At the tender age of 2… Royalty’s 2nd Birthday Party Remember when Chris Brown broke the news during a recent rant that he was dropping $30,000 on his 2-year-old daughter’s birthday party ? Well apparently he stayed true to his word because a beautiful b-day bash was thrown for the baby girl… complete with a Frozen theme and iced out decorations. Wow! Must be very, very nice.
