Gossip Girl star Blake Lively covers the February issue of Esquire. Suffice it to say, she looks good – although a bit different than we usually see her. Blake is sporting more coverage up top than we’re accustomed to, but no pants! Nice job mixing things up, Esquire! You’ve gotta keep it fresh.
