Here’s The Hills hottie Kristin Cavallari out the other day looking somewhat chilly in the cool California spring weather. I say that because I think I see a hint o’ nipple. Unfortunately a hint doesn’t quite do it for me anymore. Would it be frown upon to hire homeless people to pour cold water on hot celebrities in white t-shirts? It’s a win win situation, the homeless dude gets money for crack food, we all get to see Kristin in her very own one woman wet t-shirt contest in the middle of the street and she gets a little more exposure. Everyone’s a winner.
