The Indianapolis Mini marathon begins at 7:30 a.m. and kicks off near at West and Washington Streets. There is also a 5k race downtown. More than 30,000 runners are registered, making it the largest half-marathon in the United States. Race packets can be picked up Thursday between 4:00 and 8:00 pm.
