Chicago Rail Chief Killed Himself On Train Tracks

Metra chief Philip Pagano killed himself Friday morning by stepping in front of a speeding train. He has been accused for financial irregularities. He was paid on leave on April 29th. The board of Metra system has hired a private lawyer with experience in government misconduct to investigate into the case. A tremendous loss within the agency was discovered after Pagano received an unauthorized bonus amounting to $56,000 last month, which is apart from his salary. The agency does not award bonuses.
