Shelton and Lambert are as renowned for their cool wit as for their music, so the couple took to Twitter to address this rumor in their usual sarcastic fashion: “Sh*t! I hope I get all the liquor in the divorce,” wrote Shelton, continuing his long tradition of boozy tweets (Highlight: “I’m so drunk I just tried to change the channel on my fish tank”). The latest round of rumors are so widely agreed to be BS that dozens of fans began joking with the couple: “Don’t you guys separate every 6 months and have a baby every three months?” asked one follower. “Yes it’s exhausting!” Lambert replied.
