President Barack Obama will be arriving in Atlanta this afternoon for a series of fundraisers, including one at the Tyler Perry studios that will feature a performance by Atlanta’s own Cee-Lo Green . Before returning to the White House , President Obama will visit Tyler Perry’s home for an exclusive party that cost $35,800 per head. At least 60 people are expected to attend. The White House has not publicly released the president’s travel plans, but according to the White House’s web site , President Obama is scheduled to land at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport at 5:30 pm. Any route from Hartsfield to Tyler Perry’s southwest Atlanta studios would likely involve I-285 or I-85, as well as surface streets. Of course, there were some standouts that we had a particular amount of fun with, so here are our top five moments from the premiere. Miley Everdeen? Despite dating one of the male leads of “The Hunger Games,” Miley Cyrus admitted that she never read any of the script to help her boyfriend, , prepare for his role. “I’m a bad girlfriend,” she said. That was probably the closest we’ll ever get to seeing Miley in Panem, since she said she didn’t see herself getting a role in any of the sequels. Elizabeth Banks Before heading to the red carpet, Elizabeth Banks had talked about arriving with fingernails that her character, Effie Trinket , could be proud of. Unfortunately, things didn’t work out. “The nail place that was going to do my nails — it was a whole thing. … I was like, ‘I’m going to go crazy with the nails.’ Then the woman who does the fancy good stuff wasn’t there,” Banks said. “They were going to bring her in. It’s not my fault. I really tried to go for it. I was going to get gold jewels on my nails and everything, but it didn’t work out.” Zombie Quaid If you had any doubt before, now you know for sure that if the zombie apocalypse breaks out in the Los Angeles area, Jack Quaid is the man you need to stick close to. On the black carpet, Quaid shared his secrets for surviving an uprising of the undead. He would run immediately to a sporting goods store, set sail for Catalina and wait it out. Good to know, Jack. Good to know. Rue’s Audition If you’re trying out for a role in “The Hunger Games,” you have to pull out all the stops, just like Amandla Stenberg did. She dressed the part to convince the director to give her the role. “I went to [director Gary Ross’] house covered in mud with leaves and twigs in my hair and everything, so I looked like Rue,” she said at the premiere. “I think I made a good impression, because it went really well. I was very nervous, though, because I didn’t hear back for a couple weeks, but then I got a call from my agent saying I got the part. I started screaming and running around!” Jennifer Lawrence For the so-called Girl on Fire, Jennifer Lawrence was remarkably cool at the premiere. She joked that her lack of fire had disappointed a surprising number of people. “Was everybody disappointed that I wasn’t set on fire? God, that was a high, high bar to set. ‘Oh, darn it, she didn’t set herself on fire,’ ” Lawrence told MTV News’ Josh Horowitz. “That’s unfair. I don’t ever want to have to put myself on fire. Why am I constantly disappointing myself when I’m not putting my life in danger? The National Enquirer is not the only tabloid that won’t let Whitney Houston rest in peace . According to The London Sun , the late singer carried on an affair with Jermaine Jackson – while the latter was married – in the early 1980s. The newspaper, which does not cite a single source, even claims Whitney’s hit single “Saving All My Love for You” was based on her secret romance with MJ’s brother. A few stolen moments is all that we share/You’ve got your family and they need you there. Though I’ve tried to resist being last on your list/But no other man’s gonna do/So I’m saving all my love for you , Houston croons on that track. The tabloid goes on to say that Michael Jackson was aware of the relationship and did not approve. It also says Jermaine was so broken up over Houston’s death that he could not attend her funeral. Brooke Mueller might be on his way to ” total and complete sobriety ,” according to her rep, but the troubled ex-wife of Charlie Sheen now faces a new obstacle in her personal life. Stemming from her December 2 arrest in Aspen, she’s been charged with felony possession of cocaine. Yikes. Mueller has also been charged with assaulting a woman that night , but the most severe counts center on the allegation that she possessed over four grams of cocaine at the time. She could face six years in prison if convicted on that charge. But prosecutors have also charged Brooke with possessing under four grams, a count that could result in 18 months behind bars.
So there was Frank P. and his alleged son Philip. They have just been reunited after 20 plus years of separation. Philip’s mother was murdered when he was a child and he had been living with his aunt. Philip contacted Frank because he has always felt that he was his biological father. Frank goes above and beyond and moves 26 year old Philip in to his home with his family not knowing if he really is his son, but they say that their bond is so strong that they say regardless of the results they are continuing their family bonding.
