Look at this big dummy … Rape Victim Forced To Call Boyfriend Calls 911 Instead A sick rapist was recently arrested after he attempted to make a woman call her boyfriend during a sexual assault. Robert Giles, 27, of Atlanta is in custody after the woman he tried to attack called 911 instead and the operator pretended to be her significant other. WSBTV reports: Police say quick thinking by the victim of a frightening abduction and assault helped them catch her attacker in the act. Officers say Robert Giles, 27, asked the victim to call her boyfriend so he could hear the assault. Instead of calling her boyfriend, she called 911. Police say the savvy 911 operator also kept his wits about him. “It was quick thinking on his behalf. In fact, (it) might have saved her life,” Clayton County police Maj. Joe Woodall said. Officers say Giles kidnapped the victim from Hapeville and brought her to the closed Starship Novelties and Gifts store on Tara Boulevard around 4 a.m. Monday intending to rape her. That’s when he allegedly asked her to call her boyfriend so he could listen to the assault. The victim called 911 and told her attacker it was her boyfriend. The 911 operator played along. “She explained to him what the perpetrator had told her; that he was wanting him to listen while she was being raped,” Woodall said. The operator tried to talk the attacker out of the assault and sent police. Police quickly arrived and say they arrested Giles in the act. Media Maven Karen Civil Teams Up With Rapper Lil Wayne To Brighten The Holidays For 500 Students In Haiti Karen Civil brought seasons greetings to hundreds of deserving children in Haiti over the weekend. The Christmas celebration was a partnership with Live Civil and included sponsors Trukfit, Scholastic Corporation & L’union Suite. During the Live Civil Christmas Giveaway each child was gifted an outfit from Lil Wayne’s Trukfit clothing line and an exclusive Live Civil Thinking Cap from Karen Civil’s partnership with New Era. Haitian-American professional boxer Andre Berto also surprised the kids by dressing up as Santa Claus and passing out toys! Additionally, Scholastic Corporation, The United States’ largest children’s publishing company, donated a book to each of the 500 children, while Karen Civil did a live reading of her new book, Be You & Live Civil. “A lot of people tend to forget about those who are less fortunate during the holiday season, not many understand how receiving just one item could bring so much joy to a child’s life, especially if they don’t have the same everyday luxuries that the more fortunate tend to overlook. I’m just grateful to be able to give back to Haiti in any way possible,” said Lil Wayne. “The Live Civil initiative in Haiti is something that brings me joy! Being able to put a smile on the kids faces during the holidays is a gift within itself,” stated Karen. Via Mirror UK reports : ISIS claim that rape is part of their twisted interpretation of Islam, according to the testimony of children they have abducted and forced into sexual slavery. The Yazidis are a religious minority in Syria and Iraq and are oppressed and terrorised by the terror group- a total of 5,270 Yazidis were abducted last year, and more than 3,000 are still in their grip, according to figures within the community. A 12-year-old girl who escaped the group told the New York Times that the man who abused her explained to her that the sickening act he was about to commit was not a sin because she was not Muslim. In fact, he claimed her faith not only gave him the right to rape her – but encouraged it. After tying her up and gagging her bound her, he knelt beside the bed and prayed. Afterwards, he prayed again. The girl, who was interviewed in a refugee camp, said: “I kept telling him it hurts – please stop. “He told me that according to Islam he is allowed to rape an unbeliever. He said that by raping me, he is drawing closer to God.” Zainab Bangura, the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General on Sexual Violence in Conflict, say sexual violence in the lands controlled by ISIS is widespread and used as a weapon of terror. “Girls are literally being stripped naked and examined in slave bazaars,” she said, describing how they were “categorized and shipped naked off to Dohuk or Mosul or other locations to be distributed among ISIL leadership and fighters.” These stories are absolutely heartbreaking.
