Believe it or not, Heidi Montag is not through with plastic surgery. The reality star revealed to People.com that she’ll be getting more nips and tucks “eventually … for maintenance.” Until then, Montag says she is ready to show the world her newly enhanced assets in a second round for Playboy magazine. Following her cover shoot for the nudie mag last September, the 23-year-old starlet to RadarOnline.com confirmed that the second shoot will be “soon, very soon.” “I can not wait to show off my new assets,” the famously altered star of MTV’s “The Hills” said. “I’m very excited.” Of those assets, she told People she’s most proud of her new chin. “My favorite part, I think one of them is my chin. I think that’s what I was so excited about,” she revealed. However, Montag admits she is less than entirely thrilled with another body part. “I love my boobs but I still want to Improve,” she told People. “I did not get them as big as I originally wanted. Meanwhile, Montag’s husband, Spencer Pratt, 26, said his fave part of his wife has Endured no scalpel at all. It’s her hair. “It keeps growing so beautifully and naturally,” he crowed. As for that second Playboy shoot, Montag says she’ll go further this time. The first time around the busty blond kept some clothes on. But this time, she’ll go all the way. Apparently, Montag can not wait to show off her fiddled with list of parts, which include a mini brow lift, botox, nose job, fat injections in her cheeks and lips, a chin reduction, liposuction to her neck, her ears pinned back , buttocks augmentation, liposuction to her waist and thighs and breast augmentation revision.
