Page Six is reporting that OG cast members, Jim Jones and his forever fiancée, Chriss Lampkin will be back on VH1’s hit reality show. Mona Scott-Young is hoping Jones and Lampkin who haven’t been on the famed franchise since season 1 and 2 can restore the feeling fans claim is missing since the show first premiered. They are not the only ones returning, Tahiry Jose, who is the ex-girlfriend of returning cast member, Joe Budden will also be on board and contributing to the drama the gossip column reports. Joe is currently single after proposing to Cyn Santana last season. So we expect some sort of storyline involving all three of them. Along with those names, fans can look forward to the return of Safaree Samuels, his very pregnant wife Erica Mena-Samuels, Remy Ma, and her husband, Papoose. Kimbella, who famously got hands and feet put on her literally by Chrissy Lampkin in the reality show franchise’s inaugural season, will be back. It will be interesting to see how that dynamic plays out between the both of them in the 10th season. Kimbella is also dealing with the fallout of her husband, Juelz Satana, being locked up plus news broke recently about the foreclosure of the couples New Jersey $650K condo . Ironically Jim Jones and Lampkin also saw their NJ home seized by the bank as well. Rich Dollaz, who also has been in the news for missing child support payments , will be back as well as Cam’ron’s ex JuJu, Yandy Smith, and makeup artist Jonathon Fernandez. After years of being labeled the lackluster show of the Love & Hip Hop franchise, it looks like season 10 of LHHNY could bring it back to its glory. Source: Jamie McCarthy / Getty Another year, another dummy… Teacher Suspended For Wearing Blackface Common Costume A teacher in California might be out of a job for a (surprise, surprise) BLACKFACE Halloween costume. CNN reports that an unnamed Milpitas High School teacher donned blackface to portray rapper Common for Halloween. The costume consisted of a turtleneck and black jacket and the teacher rapping lyrics like, “Opportunities limitless, possibilities senseless, what will you do? Millions of people, not enough to eat, what will we do? With AI, Microsoft technology, the future is up to you, you can do it. With AI. The future will blow your mind!” A video went viral of the costume and immediate action was taken. Milpitas High’s Principal Francis Rojas and MUSD Superintendent Cheryl Jordan said in a statement that the teacher, who has not been named, was suspended and now is under investigation for the “disparaging” act. “In a school community where we welcome learners and families from over 50 languages who represent cultures and religions throughout the world, and where our long-standing neighborhood, Sunnyhills, was established as the first city in the nation for planned integration, it hurts to know that this type of cultural insensitivity and lack of cultural awareness still hovers in the background,” reads the statement given to CNN.   What. A. Mess. What do YOU think about another person wearing blackface for Halloween???

Source: Prince Williams / Getty Here’s a blast from the not so distant past. Atlanta rapper Gorilla Zoe was recently arrested for domestic violence for allegedly putting hands on his girlfriend. Not exactly the best way to jog everyone’s memory about your rap career. According to TMZ , Zoe got popped early Sunday morning (Nov. 3) in Monroe County, Florida after cops were summoned to La Siesta Resort by security. They say Zoe got into a physical altercation with a woman on his hotel room balcony. According to the police report, the former Boyz N Da Hood rapper was seen trying to shove the woman back into the hotel room, eventually knocking her to the ground. However, she managed to lock him out on the balcony while she was in the room. But this is only the start of the struggle. Zoe reportedly began kicking and punching the door, and the woman eventually let him back in. By this time the police arrived and witnessed the rapper “pinning his girlfriend” to the ground. And this is where the struggle expands exponentially. After the cops separated the not so happy couple, she reportedly began defending Zoe. She allegedly claimed they always argue when they drink. Nevertheless, Zoe was arrested for domestic battery, and posted $2500 bail about an hour later. Bruh… — Photo: Getty

The Atlanta-based rapper is currently awaiting a court date to resolve his status and ability to travel abroad but at the moment isn’t allowed to leave the United States to do one of the more financially significant portions of his profession. TMZ reports : As TMZ reported … Savage was arrested in Atlanta back in February and placed in ICE custody. Turns out he entered the U.S. legally from the UK back in 2005, but his visa expired and he’s been here illegally for years. The rapper wasn’t even able to get a work permit for 8 months, which meant he couldn’t work domestically. He finally got one last month, so at least now he can work in the U.S. … but traveling out of the country is out of the question until he gets things cleared up with immigration. The outlet adds that immigration courts in Atlanta have been besieged by a record number of cases, causing an effectual logjam of sorts. It might be years before the 27-year-old star will have his case heard and he still faces potential deportation as well. — Photo: Splash News

For Valentine’s Day in 2020, Issa Rae continues to explore the complexities of love in Stella Meghie’s The Photograph  which stars Rae and LaKeith Stanfield as young lovebirds whose stances on their relationship mirrors those of their respective parents when they were young themselves. While Rae feels she’s not capable of completely loving someone a la her mother, Stanfield struggles with whether or not to let her go and living with that regret for the rest of his life a la his father. How will they work things out? Guess y’all have to find out come February 14, 2020.

The woman, who claimed she left her husband, was indeed very much still married and even said that the baby boy wasn’t fathered by Howery but tests proved otherwise. TMZ reports that Howery, 39, says that a woman named LeChez Davis claimed that he was the father of her son and also granted the boy his last name. However, it’s come out in court documents that Davis was still married to her husband which she claimed was a done deal, and also painted the picture that the son was actually his and not Howery’s. After a paternity test, it’s come out that Howery is indeed the father of the boy and discovered that Davis didn’t give the child his last name and instead used the husband’s last name on the birth certificate. As a result, Howery is demanding sole custody of his son citing a  “nefarious scheme replete with concealment, misrepresentations and deception in an attempt to defraud.” Howery is currently awaiting a ruling on the matter. — Photo: WENN
