The undisputed Queen of Halloween took things to a new level last night with an especially eccentric costume and a star-studded bash. This was Heidi’s 20th annual party and it was presented by Amazon Prime Video and SVEDKA Vodka and held at Cathédrale Restaurant at Moxy East Village New York. The supermodel wore full-body prosthetics which took nearly 13 hours to put together and came dressed as an alien experiment complete with exposed insides, metal tubing and spikes. The G-Unit mogul sat with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and other members of Congress to address the issue of diversity in the entertainment world. The Hill reports that the artist born Curtis Jackson was in Washington on Wednesday (October 30) to discuss representation and diversity issues. The outlet also adds that Fif was also there to lobby on behalf of the Starz network to remain on Comcast/Xfinity’s service, which airs his popular Power series. It appears that 50 Cent has some support from lawmakers as Rep. Bobby Rush tweeted out support for Power and Starz, while also saluting Fif and actress Naturi Naughton, who joined in the Washington visit. Study Shows Men With Psychopathic Traits Are More Attractive To Women

Source: LaylaBird / Getty We all know that saying, “Women like bad boys.” Well according to some Canadian researchers, this statement could actually be close to the the truth. These Canadian researchers have found that men who show psychopathic traits are found to be way more attractive to women, than those men who do not show psychopathic traits. In their study called   Evolutionary Psychological Science , the scientists discovered that  men with psychopathic behavior were well-liked, didn’t experience much remorse, and lied often. These traits create a personality style that is very attractive to women. In the study, researchers studied 46 men in controlled dating videos and found that women found men with certain psychopathic traits to be more desirable based on general attractiveness, sexual attractiveness, and confidence. Seriously?! White Starbucks Manager Is Suing For Discrimination For Getting Fired After The Wrongful Arrest Of Two Black Men In Philly

Source: Alex Wong / Alex Wong Former Starbucks Manager Files Discrimination Suit After Firing Shannon Phillips managed various Starbucks locations in four different states over the course of 13 years, but after being fired, she’s filed a lawsuit against the coffee chain. According to reports from The Daily Beast , the white former employee is claiming that she was the victim of racial discrimination when she was terminated in wake of the wrongful arrest of two black men at a Philadelphia store last year. “Weeks after the arrests and surrounding media coverage, [Starbucks] took steps to punish white employees who had not been involved in the arrests, but who work in and around the city of Philadelphia, in an effort to convince the community that it had properly responded to the incident,” the lawsuit states. The suit is referencing the highly publicized incident from April 2018, where Rashon Nelson and Donte Robinson ended up being cuffed and escorted out by police officers for sitting inside the Starbucks as they waited on a work associate to arrive. At the time, the company responded by re-evaluating how their employees deal with customers supported by company-wide racial bias training. Now, Phillips alleges that Starbucks was internally targeting its white employees–including her–after the mishap. According to the suit, said “discrimination” allegedly started about a month after the arrests, when Phillips was forced to suspend a “white employee (who had not had any involvement in the arrests)” for “an allegation of discriminatory conduct” which she says wasn’t true. Phillips was allegedly told in a meeting with her supervisors that the manager she was tasked with suspending had been paying non-white employees less than those who are white–but she disputed the claim, stating that store managers cannot determine salaries. Phillips ended up being fired the next day because “the situation [was] not recoverable,” claiming that the excuse was a “pre-text for race discrimination.” Shannon Phillips is seeking compensatory and punitive damages over the “embarrassment, humiliation, loss of self-esteem, mental anguish, and loss of life’s pleasures.” As for Starbucks, the company has denied these claims.

It seems the rapper had a bloody physical altercation behind bars. As per HipHopDX the Florida native got into something at Miami’s Federal Detention Center where he is being held. WPLG Local 10 News is reporting that he got into a brawl with another inmate. In an effort to diffuse the situation a guard intervened but ended up getting injured in the process. The station is claiming that the correctional facility employee was kicked in the groin. While the injury does not seem too gruesome on paper the person in question had to be rushed to hospital to undergo surgery. The “No Flockin” rapper was caught with weapons in March which he plead guilty to. He is waiting for sentencing which is scheduled for November 13.
