The Houston rapper owes some of her success to former MLB player Carl Crawford, who explained recently that he signed her to his entertainment imprint. TMZ Sports reports : If you’re not familiar with Megan (shame on you) she and her hottie army are taking over the rap game with her debut album, “Fever,” which just dropped … and everyone from Drake to Juicy J is showing love. Turns out Megan had a big-time ally helping her get to the top … she’s signed to Crawford’s label, 1501 Certified Ent, and when we talked to Carl he told us it’s not a one-off, he’s in the game to stay. “We got Megan and we think she’s gonna be a huge star. And, not only her … we’re hoping we have other people come up through the system as well.” Crawford played 15 years in the MLB making over $179 million in his career — and he tells us he’s spent a big part of his fortune to launch his record label. “It was at least 7 figures, I’ll tell you that. Check out this story that just broke yesterday about Iggy Azalea’s secret pictures that aren’t so secret anymore. Via | HipHopDX Iggy Azalea apparently deleted her Instagram and Twitter accounts after nude photos of her were leaked online. She made the move on Monday (May 27), just one day after the breach of privacy. The origin of the leak appears to be from a website called The Fappening Blog. Prior to the deactivations, the “Fancy” pop star didn’t address the incident. As pointed out by US Weekly, the photos originate from a 2016 GQ Australia photo shoot with photographer Nino Munoz. Over the weekend, however, his new smooth ride reportedly hit a snag, and now the rapper is planning on striking back. Check it out. The rapper and his entourage arrived at the luxury hotel because they were planning to attend a DJ Mustard concert, but they were denied entry by security. In video footage of the incident, security told Meek that because of a prior incident they had with him, he was banned from entry. Meek said that no such incident ever occurred and, if so, to provide the paperwork including a date and time. The man told him he could get that information to Meek later, but for now Meek had to vacate the premises or he would be arrested for trespassing. READ MORE

Source: Marcus Ingram / Getty Tonight’s episode of Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta picks up with Scrapp, Bambi, Joc, Kendra, Shekinah, Tokyo Vanity, Kirk, and Rasheeda are headed to Trinidad, but what they don’t know is that Mimi invited Pooh. Those two will show up later, and we all know that’s going to be lots of fun when they arrive. Anyway, Karlie Redd is in charge of hosting the group since her family is from Trinidad. Spice is the reason they’re there, but Spice will be performing in The Gambia for the first leg of their shenanigans so she’ll join the fun later. Back in the states, we find Akbar V recording. Che Mack shows up to her session to inform her that Made Man got shot. Someone tried to rob him and now he’s in the hospital in intensive care. Che puts Akbar on the spot and asks if she can watch her daughter while she runs to check on him in the hospital. Che Mack explains that she’s conflicted about how to behave with him because she just moved out of the house they shared and she’s still mad at him but he’s also in a near death situation yatta yatta. Obviously, she should just go to the hospital and hope he doesn’t die. In Trinidad, Karlie makes reservations for the group at a restaurant that serves local cuisine so they can taste Trinidadian food. There’s already tension between Karlie and Shekinah, and it doesn’t help the situation when Shekinah (and also Tokyo Vanity) is knit picking the food. Karli gets annoyed and snaps at Shekinah. Then they get into it. Karlie starts yelling at Shekinah to give Trinidad a chance. Shekinah reminds Karlie that she’s actually not from Trinidad. Then Tokyo jumps in and says she needed a passport to get there just like the rest of them. Karlie says she just wants them to have a good time. Then Shekinah says she don’t eff with Pooh but she gets what she’s saying about Karlie. Karlie gets triggered hearing Pooh’s name and plays the recording of her phone conversation with Hiriam allegedly saying nothing happened between them, but the context of what Karlie played is shady so we don’t really know if that’s exactly what he’s talking about in that moment. You know how tricksie Karlie is. Plus, we already saw the convo between Pooh and Hiriam where she told him that Karlie had recorded their conversation and he said that he was lying to Karlie and saying whatever she wanted just because it’s not his style to put his dalliances out there like that. So it’s a matter of he said she said. Someone is lying. In Atlanta, Scrapp and Sierra are painting an anti-gun violence mural. They’re talking about all the gun violence they’ve experienced. Then Akbar pulls up and tells them about Che Mack’s babydaddy. Scrapp knows Che Mack, hasn’t seen her in a while but plans to check on her. Then We get back to the bs. Akbar V asks Scrapp about what was up with Moniece. He tries to downplay his relationship with her, like he does to pretty much all the women we’ve seen him with on this show. Then Sierra pulls Akbar V aside and asks her to stop beefing with all her friends. Akbar V agrees to behave herself…once again. Later on we find out that Made Man is stable and will survive. Then we cut to Scrapp walking with Che Mack. This is him checking up on her. They haven’t seen each other in a while but the story goes that they used to be close. According to Scrapp, she used to be his wingwoman. Then they start gossiping. Scrapp reveals that he feels some type of way about Stevie J because he wasn’t there for him when he was locked up. This is the perfect opportunity for Che Mack to bring up the fact that she heard that Stevie also creeping with Tommie while Scrapp was locked up. Scrapp heard that same rumor and plans to see his Uncle Stevie to discuss. We all know that means that Stevie will probably be making an appearance soon. We also know that that discussion is not going to go well. Now we’re back in Trinidad at the point where Mimi shows up with Pooh. Mimi tries to get Pooh and Karlie Redd to put their differences aside. Karlie says she needs Pooh to admit that she lied about everything she said they did. Pooh, however, goes into graphic detail and even simulates some of what allegedly happened. This obviously goes straight to hell, like we knew it would. First, it’s Karlie vs. Pooh but security shuts that down. Then Tokyo Vanity tries to get in on the fun and again security shuts that down. Mimi acts shocked that things went left with Pooh and then we get to next week when Pooh plays a recording she has of her husband saying that he lied during his convo with Karlie because he just didn’t want to put her out there. Puma has revealed plans to release a collaboration with the proceeds going towards Nipsey’s children. The Blast reports : During the Wall Street Journal’s “Future of Everything Festival” in NYC, Puma executive Adam Petrick was leading a talk with brand ambassador, G-Eazy, when the news was revealed. Nipsey and Puma had been in a partnership before his murder, and Petrick said the, “The concept of working with Nipsey just made sense.” Petrick revealed that Puma still had unfinished business with Nipsey, and that they will continue to release product that he was associated with. “We had a lot of things that were coming, and hopefully a lot of things we will still do with his estate. Rider allegedly threatened to go to his car and pull out the gat at a youth basketball tourney after his wife got into some funk with another mom at the game. TMZ Sports reports : 48-year-old Rider — who spent 9 seasons in the NBA — is the head coach of the SkyRiders basketball team, which was playing a tourney at the Inspire Court gym in Mesa, AZ on May 17. Cops responded to the tournament over reports of parents fighting — and when they got there, they spoke with Isaiah’s wife, Vanessa … who said she had been attacked by another woman for “no viable reason.” Vanessa Rider also claimed her 9-year-old son was physically assaulted by an older boy and injured during the altercation. When cops arrived, they found the other woman … but she told a completely different story. The woman claims her son’s team had defeated the SkyRiders so Vanessa was bitter — with Vanessa calling her a “bitch” and trying to swing at her. Rider’s wife claims someone else in the gym threatened to pull out a gun, and that her husband was just trying to even the odds. No one was charged with a crime. — Photo: Getty

But Fif’s son, Marquise Jackson, says his famous father needs to pay up. Hollywood Life reports : Plot twist — 50 Cent owes someone else money? That’s what his very own son, Marquise Jackson, 21, claimed in the comments section of a birthday tribute for sister Mia Jaè on May 23. Instead of offering birthday wishes, Blue Mountain State star Page Kennedy, 42, commented, “Yo tell yo pops to pay me my money son.” But instead of defending 50, his son replied, “Sh!t he owe me some money too .” Perhaps not the answer Page was expecting, the actor replied, “Oh.” This is a new turn in the saga of 50 demanding people to pay him back, but it’s hardly surprising. The 43-year-old rapper and his son have blasted one another on social media in the past. Marquise even slammed his father after the rapper shaded his ex, Shaniqua Tompkins (Marquise’s mother) in Oct. 2018. Shaniqua was gearing up to do a reality television show, and 50 posted mean-spirited jokes like “you starting to look a little thirsty you ok?” and “Child support ls over .” Defending his mother, Marquise wrote on Instagram, “And y’all wonder why I don’t respect him as a man or father?
