Well according to multiple sources, this could finally happen. The D.A.’s Office filed new documents in the Pennsylvania Superior Court “stating Judge Brinkley’s appearance of bias has been evident throughout the case … and therefore, Meek should be retried in his probation violation case.” Source: Meek Mill rally in Philadelphia, PA | @JustInMyView / R1 Digital Since being released in April 2018, Meek & his legal team have asked for a new trial, but was shot down by Brinkley in June. According to TMZ: “It’s kind of extraordinary … with Wednesday’s filing, you now have the D.A. on the record siding with the defendant. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, the D.A. calls out Brinkley’s bias against Meek … singling out a surprise visit she made to a homeless shelter where Meek was doing court-ordered community service.” The D.A. points out that’s not what judges do … that’s for probation officers who report back to the judge. According to the docs, Brinkley also “abused her discretion” when she hit him with the 2 to 4 year sentence for “technical violations” of his probation. The D.A. points out that Meek Mill is not a threat to the community, and had completed drug treatment, and deserves a new chance in court. Source: Bruce Glikas / Getty Wendy Williams’ estranged husband Kevin Hunter reportedly got into a physical fight with their son in a store parking lot near the family home in New Jersey. According to TMZ , Wendy dropped Kevin Jr. off at the house to pick something up with plans on returning shortly after. Allegedly unbeknownst to Kevin Jr., his father was in the the home and they ventured to the store together around midnight where they got into an argument that ultimately led to Kevin Sr. putting his son in a headlock. Kevin Jr. allegedly punched him to get out the headlock. Kevin Sr. said he will not be pursuing legal action. “I love my son very much and I will not be pursuing this matter legally. Things are not always how they appear,” he said. Earlier today, Kevin released a statement about his involvement with the Hunter foundation, saying, “Although The Hunter Foundation in its current form will dissolve, the important work will live on. I plan on launching a new foundation in the near future to continue the important mission in helping those struggling with drug addiction and substance abuse. In regards to the partnership with T.R.U.S.T. and the resource hotline 888-5HUNTER, the call center will go on a brief hiatus beginning May 31st. Since launching in early-March, the hotline has received over 13,000 phone calls and has connected nearly 900 individuals to some level of treatment and care. We will work to partner with other reputable organizations to get the hotline back up and running so that we can continue changing lives.” Kevin is also demanding spousal support from Wendy Williams. Taking on hosting duties for the reunion episode to MTV’s hit show Teen Mom 2 , Nessa confronted Evans about comments she made about boycotting Nike for their support of Colin Kaepernick. You make recall he rubbed white Amerikkka the wrong way when he made the “controversial” decision to kneel for the National Anthem during football games. In a 2018 post Evans referred to Kaep as the “most disrespectful guy in the NFL” after Nike brought him on board to be a company spokesman and swore off Nike products for their decision. Well, Nessa forgot none of that and confronted the teen mom about her hateful posts which Evans suddenly had no memory of saying “I posted them? When did I post it? After Nessa not only read them out loud but also posted them for the world to see, Evans played Trumpian dumb and stated “I’ve never seen that… I honestly have no idea who your boyfriend is, or husband.” After calmly explaining that Colin is no stranger to the set and that she’d like to have this conversation with Evans, Nessa further explained why Kaep kneeled in the first place. “Please understand something. My man used his platform to peacefully protest systemic oppression in this country, specifically police brutality against black people. Men, women and children dying, wrongfully dying, and people who are doing this are not being held accountable. That is the issue. It has nothing to do with military men, military women, okay? Because they fought for our constitution to peacefully protest. I would have appreciated if you had contacted me. I would have been more than happy to have a healthy conversation.” Of course once faced with the facts Jenelle broke out the MAGA tears and walked off the set proclaiming “i’m done with this bullsh*t” while complaining that the show should’ve been about her own personal issues and not Nessa’s beef with her. According to a TMZ report , she’s just filed legal docs staking her claim. She’s recently filed documents to own the name “Bocktails With Cardi B.” In the trademark documents, she’s laying claim to “entertainment services in the nature of providing ongoing episodes for distribution via television and the Internet featuring celebrities and artists.” Hmm, sounds a lot like FYI’s “ Kocktails With Khloe “. Remember that short-lived show? Cardi B, however, wants more than a show with the name, “Bocktails with Cardi B.” She’s asking for exclusivity on clothing, including shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hooded sweatshirts, hats, caps, footwear, skirts, dresses, blouses, sweaters, pants, and shorts. Tons of Game of Thrones fans were unhappy about how the hit HBO series ended last Sunday, but most can at least contend to there being some great MOMENTS throughout the episode. One of those moments being… Daenerys Targaryen’s tyrannical speech after conquering the now-six kingdoms. If you were watching, the Mother of Dragons probably sent chills through your body as she spoke in fictional languages to the Dothraki and Unsullied, insisting that her war was not over. Now, in an interview with Variety , actress Emilia Clarke reveals she studied Hitler and other dictators to get that terrifying speech just right. “In giving all these speeches in fake languages, I watched a lot of videos of — now it seems funny — dictators and powerful leaders speaking a different language to see if I could understand what they were saying without knowing the language,” she told the publication. “And you can! You absolutely can understand what Hitler’s f*cking saying, these single-focus orators speaking a foreign language,” she continued. Emilia was super nervous that she wouldn’t do a good job… “This speech meant so much to me. I was so worried that I was going to f*ck it up. I stayed up so late every night for like two months. I said it to my cooker, I said it to my fridge,” she went on. “I said it to all of Belfast out my window! Well, the window was closed because I didn’t want people to think I was actually barking mad.” Ultimately, she got it right on her first take. So, all that rehearsal definitely paid off. “Then the weirdest thing happened — I walked onset, didn’t need a rehearsal, and I got through the whole thing perfect on the first go. The rest of the day it was like Daenerys was just with me. That’s the only time I got through that speech without getting anything wrong, when it was on camera. If you had asked me to do it the next day, I’d already forgotten it,” she said. Relive one of her most memorable GoT moments here .
