Then in a 2018 press run she tried to interrupt Yara Shahidi when she was asked about being a role model for black women. Then some months later she claimed that Latinas were paid less than anyone else in Hollywood. Not true. Then she went on Sway In The Morning and cried over the backlash : “So to get anti-black is saying that I’m anti-family. My father is dark-skinned, he’s Afro-Latino … If anything, the black community is my community. As Latinos, we have black Latinos. That is what we are. More Women Have Come Forward To Accuse Cuba Gooding Jr. Of Sexual Misconduct

This brings the new total to five and comes just as he’s set to face a new charge this week related to an incident from last year. According to reports from TMZ citing “law enforcement sources,” several women have come forward with their own stories about Gooding. Last week, while already in court for an alleged incident that occurred this past summer, prosecutors revealed that the actor was being indicted for an alleged October 2018 incident that involved a second woman. As of now, the specific allegation against the actor involving that second accuser is unknown, but it’s expected to come up during his arraignment on Tuesday. His lawyer, Mark Heller, has already stated that Gooding will plead not guilty to that charge, going on to say that no charges were pressed immediately after the incident is said to have occurred, and that the alleged victim is only coming forward because she saw his client had been arrested earlier this year. Heller added that her attorney allegedly reached out for a settlement, but that his client “declined to be shaken down.” SEE ALSO:  Cuba Gooding Jr.’s Groping Trial Is Postponed Police are said to be looking into three other alleged incidents now, which reportedly occurred in 2008, 2013, and 2015 respectively, but no charges have been filed in those cases. According to reports from Page Six , Gooding has been accused of engaging in a “pattern” of sexual misconduct throughout Manhattan bars and restaurants, alleging that the 2008 and 2013 incidents stems from Gooding allegedly grabbing a woman’s butt. The 28-year-old singer, dancer and actress is slim, but also strong and busty (and bootylicious, too) at the same time. But before you run off thinking that her body is perfection , she says that’s not true. There are things about being very lean that she struggles with just like we all have issues with our own figures. Cop Sues Ava DuVernay And Netflix Over “When They See Us”

The truth can be a hard pill to swallow, so it’s not surprising that law enforcement figures who played a role in robbing the Exonerated Five of their childhoods are trying to rewrite history and misplace blame. According to TMZ , the latest jab comes from former Chicago police officer John Reid. While Reid does not appear in the film, he’s arguing in a defamation lawsuit that the series misrepresents and demonizes his work. Reid is credited with a police interrogation tactic known as The Reid Technique, which some police training firms have done away with because they suspect that it has a tendency to produce false confessions. In the series, the technique is referenced as “universally rejected” when a prosecutor and detective are discussing the manner in which the detective coerced confessions out of the boys. That’s truth to you.” According to the lawsuit, the Reid technique does not teach officers to withhold parental supervision or deny interrogation subjects of their rights. He adds that his technique teaches officers to take caution when interviewing minors. In summary, he claims the Reid Technique rejects the practices depicted by officers in the film. You know, his friends, the people that knew him, the people that loved him. Like, they had someone snatched away from them. And I did that.” She wants people to see a different side of her: “I want them to see that I’m so much more than the worst thing that I’ve done. You know, I’m so much more than that moment.” She’s changed: “I know there are people looking at me saying ‘okay, well what’s this girl gonna do? And is she really changed? So I feel like it’s an honor to actually be a picture of what rehabilitation looks like. Of what it looks like when we give people a second chance.”
