Ronnie was tased, arrested, and charged with kidnapping. The Jersey Shore actor allegedly chased Jen with a knife…. while holding their 18-month-old child in his arms. Apparently, Jen told cops Ronnie lost it after doing cocaine. From TMZ : Ronnie and his GF, Jen — who’ve been on and off due to several violent incidents — got into another heated argument early Friday morning, shortly after 2:30 AM, at an Airbnb they’re renting in L.A. … according to our law enforcement sources. As we’ve seen in the past … the argument got out of hand quickly, because we’re told Ronnie allegedly slapped and punched Jen … who then went running out of the house, screaming for help. TMZ states cops received multiple calls about Jen being “in distress.” Our law enforcement sources say Ronnie gave chase … running after Jen, allegedly with a knife in his hand, and horrifyingly, also with their infant daughter! We’re told Ronnie was holding 18-month-old Ariana as he yelled at Jen to get back in the house. We’re told Ronnie eventually dropped the knife and locked himself and Ariana in the house. That’s where he was when police arrived on the scene, and he did not respond to their commands to come outside. Believing baby Ariana might be in danger, the police reportedly broke down the door to the house, at which point Ronnie still didn’t calm down… so they tased him. TMZ reports the girls suffered no major injuries, though Jen has visible marks on her face according to what the site is told. The site also states that 12 hours before the incident they were hand-in-hand, happy about getting back together although their loved ones warned against it… see that HERE .

After caping for the likes of Donald Trump and disrespecting Auntie Maxine Waters , it didn’t surprise anyone that social media had a field day this past Sunday when Clueless star Stacey Dash found herself rocking some stylish steel bracelets on her way to central bookings for domestic battery. What is indeed surprising though is that in Dash’s arrest file her ethnicity was listed as, wait for it, “white.” Huh?! TMZ is reporting that the controversial actress who is the product of a Black father and Mexican mother was jotted down as a white woman on her arrest report because, well, the officer thought she was Hispanic. Yup, we don’t get it either. And while most people were quick to believe that Dash herself stated she was Caucasian, it was the officers at the department that decided to label her a “W.” A spokesperson for the Pasco Sheriff’s Department tells us, “Stacey Dash was never asked her race by the arresting deputy, nor did she volunteer any information about her race. The arresting deputy assumed that she was Hispanic.” Unfortunately, police computers do not have a “Hispanic” option when it comes time to fill out these reports even though Hispanics make up 15% of the population in Pasco County. So they decided to list her as “White” because, well, we don’t know. They could’ve just as easily gone with her actual half-race of “Black” but whatever. Still though, no tears shall be shed for Stacey Dash whether White, Black or Hispanic. Maybe Asian, we don’t know.

Source: Taylor Hill / Getty James Franco Sued For Alleged Sexual Exploitation Actor James Franco is being sued over sexual misconduct that allegedly occurred at his acting school , Studio 4. According to the reports from The New York Times , Sarah Tither-Kaplan and Toni Gaal have both filed a lawsuit against Franco along with his business partner Vince Jolivette, accusing the men of sexually exploiting students at the now defunct school. In the suit, Franco and Jolivette’s Rabbit Bandini Productions company is also listed as a defendant along with the company’s general manager Jay Davis. Tither-Kaplan and Gaal are former students of the school, which shut down completely in 2017. In the suit, they say that Franco and his partners “engaged in widespread inappropriate and sexually charged behavior towards female students by sexualizing their power as a teacher and an employer by dangling the opportunity for roles in their projects.” The women go on to explain that they joined the Los Angeles branch of Studio 4 in 2014, paying approximately $300 in monthly tuition. The plaintiffs claim the school also offered additional classes, which included a $750 master class for sex scenes, specifically. According to the lawsuit, any students who were interested in taking the sex scene class were required to submit an audition tape for Franco to review; which also required students to forfeit their rights to the footage. In the lawsuit, Gaal claims she auditioned for the master class, but ended up being denied entry after she expressed some uneasiness. Tither-Kaplan, on the other hand, said she ultimately took the class, which actually led to several roles in Franco’s independent films. In these roles she said she was often asked to appear in nude scenes or sex scenes. During the making of an orgy scene for one of his films, Franco went as far as removing plastic guards that covered other actresses’ vaginas while he simulated oral sex on them, according to the lawsuit. This is not the first time we’re hearing of these accusations about Franco from Tither-Kaplan. She previously spoke about her experiences at Studio 4 in a 2018 article in the Los Angeles Times . She also took to Twitter to blast James Franco for sporting a Times Up pin at the 2018 Golden Globes ceremony, given his own actions behind-the-scenes. I have to do that to maintain my well being, ” he said on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert . “… The things that I heard that were on Twitter are not accurate. But I completely support people coming out and being able to have a voice because they didn’t have a voice for so long. So, I don’t want to shut them down in any way … If I have done something wrong. I will fix it. I have to.” Now, after filing the lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Tither-Kaplan told the Times she hasn’t spoken to Franco in two years and that he has yet to make amends. Tither-Kaplan and Gaal are seeking monetary damages along with the return or destruction of any video recordings submitted by former Studio 4 students. The plaintiffs are also seeking “class-action status so other women who may have similar histories with the defendants can join in the suit.”

During an interview on the Ellen Show , comedian Tiffany Haddish was participating in the “Burning Questions” segment with host Ellen Degeneres , that put Haddish in the hot seat. During the segment, Haddish was asked questions about what she looks for in a man and what she likes to do naked, but things took an interesting twist when the comedian expounded on her dating history, specifically celebrities, disclosing that Chingy was a former flame. “Chingy…I mean, it was a hookup,” Haddish said with a smile. “That was the early 2000s, y’all. I don’t even know if that counts anymore.” After clips of the mention spread online, Chingy took to his Instagram , in a since-deleted post, to clear up the rumor, jokingly calling Tiffany Haddish a liar before clarifying it was his brother she dated, not him. “Now @tiffanyhaddish knows damn well that’s a lie an since she lied I’m a tell the truth she use to hook up with my brother not me but she liked me,” he wrote. “Hey if we gone be honest let’s be honest #chingy #facts #juslikethat.” In other Chingy news, the St. Louis rapper recently appeared on BET’s streaming series #FindingBET and discussed his departure from Ludacris ‘s DTP record label and revealed the reason behind his long hiatus. In the interview, Chingy states that at the time he was advised by a newly acquired lawyer that his former label was stealing funds from him. “I hired a lawyer, he was a family lawyer or injury attorney I’m not sure, I was a kid,” Chingy recalled. “I brought him in and the first thing he said was ‘DTP is stealing from you’. So I was trying to talk [to Ludacris and Chaka] but we never could really talk because every time we tried it was just a bunch of people in their feelings so I didn’t want to talk no more. But I still can’t say to this day whether they stole from me or not, because I was a kid and I didn’t know the business.” Chingy goes on to say that although the allegation was there, it was never proven and he regrets the decision because he according to him, led to his blackballing in the industry. The “Right Thurr” rapper also divulged that his beef with Nelly wasn’t intentional and that he feels it was fueled by politics. “I had just put out my second album, Jackpot , which was a great album, but after the issue with DTP, my label put very little promotion into it, so now I am sitting here with a good album that no one knows about. So fast forward and I’m at this show and I see Nelly and he came up to me and gave me a hug; well DTP was there and I guess he saw someone from that camp looking at us because before we could take a photo-he just walks off.
