On Monday, September 30 the 52-year-old actress was arrested on charges of domestic battery. According to the police reports she allegedly assaulted her newly wedded husband Jeffrey Marty. While she was the one who called for police assistance she was the spouse who was put in handcuffs as Marty, who happens to be a lawyer, was found with scratches on his body. As spotted on Page Six the audio from her phone call has been released. On the recording the Bronx native is heard explaining her side of the story to the 911 operator. “We were all arguing, I asked his daughter to get out of my face, she was in my face. I pushed her back and he put me into a chokehold” she said. She goes on to detail that her hubby and his kids were in another room conspiring to frame her for the physical altercation. “They’re all saying what a b*tch I am, I’m the stepmother, how they all hate me. They’re just disrespectful, awful children” she vented. “They’re just talking with each other about how to put me in jail.” Midway through the call Marty is heard in the background. “I can’t believe you did this. I can’t believe you’d go after her like this” he exclaimed. It’s hard to say what brought each and every person into a situation that led them to being homeless, but a lot of people in this situation are subjected to homelessness because of unforeseen circumstances that simply knocked them off their feet. A lot of Californians are understanding of the unfortunate situations that can so easily leave someone living on the streets, and because of this, the public is now rallying behind one musician in Los Angeles to help her get back on her feet. The very talented woman reportedly moved to America from Russia 28 years ago and is a trained pianist and violinist who taught lessons to others before suffering a serious health condition. Zamourka always worked several jobs to make ends meet, but once her instruments were stolen, medical bills surrounding her condition started to pile up, and that’s what forced her into homelessness. “I am sleeping actually on the cardboard right now, in the parking lot,” she told the ABC 7 . “I am sleeping where I can sleep…I have people that feel sorry for me, but I don’t want to be a burden to anybody.” After hearing Zamourka’s heartbreaking story, a person named David Tweet organized a GoFundMe page where he collected donations for the woman. Currently, the page has amassed over $28,000 in just two days. The organizer is hoping to generate a total of $75,000 to help Zamourka return to her life and get back into making music.

Us , Peele’s follow-up to Get Out broke records following its debut earlier this year. Today (October 1) was supposed to be a big day for the famed first-person shooter franchise Call of Duty . The highly-anticipated mobile version of the game dropped ahead of Modern Warfare’s upcoming release. Actress and Trump-loving MAGA-advocate Stacey Dash claims she can’t afford her own attorney to deal with the domestic violence charges she is currently facing. You may have heard that the former Fox News talking head ( who got fired ) got arrested for allegedly putting hands on her fourth husband. Since then, she has claimed she was the victim and those scratches on her arm that prompted her arrest were due to self-defense. However, we now learn that Dash claims she can’t afford an attorney to help her make her case. According to TMZ , Dash filed legals docs that say she is indigent aka too broke to afford a private attorney, so she’s requesting a public defender. The judge signed off on the public defender, but also asked that the actress provide proof of her suspect finances. Doesn’t Dash have any rich GOP friends that could hold her down?
