In late October, we reported that Loren and Alexei Brovarnik are pregnant with their first child . This is wonderful news, and it couldn't happen to a more beloved couple. Look at any 90 Day Fiance poll on favorite couples, and their names will rise to the top very quickly. One name from teh franchise who is more polarizing among fans is Ashley Martson. Believe it or not, Ashley and Loren got into a heated feud online … over Loren's baby announcement . The weird part is that fans may be shocked by which one's the bad guy. 1. Let’s start with the good news As we previously reported, Loren and Alexei are expecting their first child! 2. Hooray!! As n added bonus, Loren revealed that her first trimester was a relatively easy one. 3. They gushed over each other Loren has praised how Alexei has been an “amazing support system” for her during this pregnancy. 4. The baby is due this spring! And the pair hinted that their baby may have been conceived in Israel, which is of course where they met while Loren was on her Birthright trip. 5. Nice! These two are amazing and HUGE fan-favorites, so it’s so wonderful to see them celebrating such happy news. 6. Folks, there’s irony, and then there’s whatever the hell this is. As you know, self-proclaimed billionaire Donald John Trump is famous for many things — a complexion the color of ripe mango flesh, the most corrupt presidential administration in US history, and of course, the introduction of the phrase ” Russian pee tape ” into the journalistic mainstream. But one thing the Donald is not known for is his ability to withstand criticism. In fact, we’ve eaten apples with thicker skins than the current American president. (If you’re keeping score at home, we’ve now compared Trump to two different fruits, and neither of them was an orange! #Trailblazing) So the idea of 45 offering advice to anyone on how to endure the slings and arrows of negative press coverage is downright hilarious. But the most unintentionally funny politician in American history decided to bless us with a Friday afternoon chuckle by doing exactly that: Trump enjoys speaking with the Brexit folks across the pond because ass-kissing Brits like Piers Morgan live to boost our president’s self-esteem. So it’s no great surprise that Trump sat down for a live radio interview with Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage. What is surprising is that Donnie took the opportunity to encourage Meghan Markle to toughen up a bit. “Well I’ve been watching her interviews and I’ve seen it and she’s taking it very personally,” Trump responded when asking about Duchess Meghan’s handling of negative press coverage. “I guess you’ve got to be a little bit different than that but she takes it very personally and I can understand it. But I don’t know her.” Asked for his feelings on Prince Harry, Trump had this to say: ‘I met him when I was over at that incredible… we had something that was so incredible recently. “What that was five months ago, time flies. He’s a great young man. The whole family is great, it’s a great family.” This whole thing is funny for a number of reasons, not the least of which is that Trump clearly tries but fails to remember the name of an event he attended a few months ago. If his memory were a little sharper, he’d probably recall that Meghan snubbed him at said event. He might also remember that she had good reason to do so, as Trump called Meghan a “nasty woman” just prior to touching down in the UK. It’s a testament to her grace and dignity that Meg chose not to fire back at Trump — she knows better than to go after such low-hanging fruit. It took one alleged beating and one definite killing of a dog for Jenelle Evans to come to her sense: She has finally filed to divorce David Eason . “Nobody gets into a marriage expecting it to end but I know that’s what is best for me, and for my kids,” Evans wrote this week on Instagram, adding that this is not a mere separation: “Today I’ve filed papers to start that process.” Sounds rather official, right? Sounds like this marriage is over for good, doesn’t it? Yes, and yet: You’ll forgive our staff if we’re a little hesitant to believe Evans here, won’t you? She’s proven time and again that she has trouble turning away from David and/or seeing him for the monster he clearly is. Might she go back on her word? Might this even be some sort of PR trick to get the couple back on reality TV? Anything, sadly, is possible when it comes to Jenelle and David. For this reason, we’re posing the following question to our The Hollywood Gossip writing team: IS THIS REALLY IT FOR DAVID EASON AND JENELLE EVANS? Tragically, No by Tyler Johnson Remember that scene from Brokeback Mountain where Jake Gyllenhaal says, “I wish I knew how to quit you!” to Heath Ledger? Imagine that same scene… except Jenelle is Jake, David is Heath, and the whole thing inspires no compassion — or emotion of any kind — because instead of gay cowboys, it’s a pair of racist homophobes who seem to enjoy abusing animals and neglecting children. Now you have some idea of the scene that’s playing out on The Land as we speak. David has given Jenelle ample cause to file for divorce at least a dozen times in the two years since they tied the knot. She’s accused him of abuse numerous times — and let’s not forget the time he BEAT, SHOT AND KILLED HER PUPPY ! But each time she’s come running back to him. Things were bound to get ugly between these two once MTV stopped coming around, and the threat of getting an actual job began to seem real. It was inevitable that these two would eventually call it quits yet again under those circumstances. But both of them are hopelessly addicted to bad decisions, so you can bet they’ll be back together in no time. Unless, of course, Jenelle gets sick of supporting David’s unemployed ass. She’d never leave him to protect her kids, but she might stick her guns in order to protect her bank account. No by Emily Trainham Jenelle lies. A lot. It’s really one of the biggest parts of her personality, so when she announced that she’s divorcing David, a lot of people had trouble believing it. Which is smart, because she’s probably lying about the whole thing. Think about it: when has Jenelle ever left a relationship without having another soulmate waiting in the wings? When has she ever been able to truly admit she was wrong about someone or something like she did in her divorce statement? Are we supposed to believe that her big meeting with MTV just happened to take place days before the big announcement? Also, and this one is the kicker, if she was really leaving David, do you think that he’d be posting all that sad, sappy “can’t eat, can’t sleep, can’t live without Jenelle” nonsense all over social media? If their marriage was truly over, then David would be going off like we’ve never seen, and Jenelle wouldn’t be able to maintain her silence It would be messy and terrifying, some animals would probably get killed, we could see some revenge porn involved … it would be so, so bad. Nope, what’s probably happening is that Jenelle is staging the breakup to get back on Teen Mom 2 while David goes along with it so they can both get that sweet MTV money flowing again. She may have moved out, she might even end up filing for divorce – in North Carolina, you have to be physically separated for a year before the actual filing – but until they start attacking each other, it’s not real. That’s true for most Teen Mom stars — otherwise the series would never caught on. Drama sells, right? But even on a show with Amber Portwood and Farrah Abraham, Jenelle has always stood out as the worst of the lot. I’m not saying this to be mean, but to remind hopeful fans that Jenelle was a bit of dumpster fire even before she married a dog-murdering ex-con. David Eason is irredeemably awful, but there’s something in Jenelle that has kept her with him for this long, that much is clear. She stayed with him even after the world heard that 911 call about him allegedly slamming her to the ground and breaking her collarbone . Heck, she went back to him just days after he brutally murdered her dog. David has been unhinged, online and offline, for a long time now. He’s legitimately scary — the Columbus County sheriff even once called him “the most dangerous man in two counties.” I sure hope that Jenelle will have the fortitude to see through this divorce, for the sake of her kids, even if their lives are already ruined forever… … But I’m not going to hold my breath. In a week, she could be singing a different tune. Yes by Hilton Hater Look, I’m not gonna sit here and tell you that Jenelle makes sound decisions. Nor will I claim that she can see clearly when it comes to Eason. Very sadly, she has often exhibited all the typical behavior of a victim of abuse, someone with a total lack of self-confidence and self-esteem who likely thinks she deserves to be treated terribly. It’s been easy to joke about for years, but in actuality, it’s horrifying and depressing. This is what I am gonna say, however… Evans may not always be able to speak in coherent sentences, but she knows that money talks. And she also knows that all cable networks will walk away from her for as long as she’s aligned with Eason. Yes, as my esteemed colleague mentioned above, drama most definitely sells when it comes to reality television — but only to a point. Even MTV producers are unlikely to bring Jenelle back into the fold if she’s married to a woman beater who takes innocent pets into the woods and blows their brains out with a shotgun. Eason is also homophobic and racist. With that in mind, for the sake of her bank account and her financial future, I actually do think Evans is done with Eason. There’s no material left for any program to navigate when it comes to these two as a couple. But Jenelle Evans? On her own? As a single mother? Attempting a rehabilitation tour of some kind and maybe even threatening single men in North Carolina by dating again? You better believe some network will sign on the dotted line to air that series. A laser facial uses a laser to deep clean your pores, leave your skin feeling brighter, and improving the texture. While all lasers are considered non surgical, not all lasers have zero downtime. Non-ablative lasers, or lasers that only use heat but don’t injure the surface of the skin, require no downtime. Ablative lasers is deemed one of the most effective cosmetic procedures for improving skin aging. The procedure users lasers to deliver an intense wavelength of light into the skin and remove the outer layers of the epidermis. This procedure can have 2-3 weeks of recovery. Upon entering the location, if feels like an airy medical spa. I signed in on the iPAD and chatted with Dr. Adam Geyer, a private practice dermatologist based in TriBeca, who is also the Medical Director of Skin Laundry. Before my appointment, I admit, I was very skeptical. I fall in the range of someone who has a good skincare routine, but I haven’t delved in the medical arena of options like fillers or laser treatments. It just seems aggressive and could aggressive really improve my skin? I held nothing back. Dr. Geyer explained the goal of Skin Laundry is “to bring light and laser treatments from the rarified offices of dermatologists to a wider audience and to do so safely and efficiently.” As mentioned earlier, laser light therapy and facials can cost up to $1K. Dr. Geyer shared, “In a dermatologists office, if something is in the $400-$500 range, it will be in the $75 to $150 range here.” They keep the costs at a minimum in several ways. One, they allow specially trained nurses to administer the procedures. Dr. Geyer explained, “at a dermatologist office, it’s the doctor who is directly performing it often, depends on what office you are going to.” Another reason is that medical offices have a higher overhead because there is more staff. Dr. Geyer explained, “We keep costs low by keeping the treatments efficient.” They keep the menu small because they “want to do a few things really well.” I kind of appreciated that there are only three treatment offerings, knowing that the staff is well trained in these arenas. Dr. Geyer reassured me, “We want customers and clients to grow within their treatments. What you would start out with today is not an aggressive treatment, nothing here is aggressive.” The fact that nothing is aggressive also keeps the costs affordable. I was still a little leery. A laser on my face? I looked around the office and saw none of the models or people with my skin tone. He shared, “You aren’t pushing the envelope where something needs to be done in a Doctors hands where energy settings are at that line between risk and benefit.” He continued, “You are doing treatments that are safe and universally safe. It’s something where yes, you will require more treatments in order to maintain and build results because we’re not an all in one approach where you’re going in for a total overhaul and having a significant recovery, but with risk.” I instantly felt a bit better about the treatment. After we spoke, I was introduced to a nurse who would be performing my treatment. Before going in, they had me wipe my face with this pad. Once laying on the table, the nurse went over with me what we would be doing again (even though I did it in the iPAD) and asked if I had any questions. Then we got started.
