Vanderpump Rules Season 8 Preview: Stassi & Kristen Flat-Out Hate Each Other!

As the saying goes, the more things change, the more they stay the same. Vanderpump Rules Season 8 doesn't debut on Bravo until January 7, but a new trailer released today reveals that the show is attempting a tricky balancing act by mixing some fresh new faces with the SURvers we already know and … well, love is a strong word.  Tolerate, maybe? Anyway, most reality shows start showing signs of age around the season-8 mark, which is probably why producers decided to inject some new blood into the proceedings. But the OG cast claims they brought plenty of drama in their own right over the summer — in fact, they say this is the show's most dramatic season yet. Given what we've learned so far — and the fact that fans are already calling for Jax Taylor to be fired — we're inclined to believe them. Jersey Shore Trailer Teases Tears, Psychics, Parties, and Mike Sorrentino

In September, Mike Sorrentino was finally freed from prison , and was able to reunite with his wife and friends. Jersey Shore: Family Vacation 's cameras were there to capture it all, and it's all part of this teaser trailer for the new season. On top of that, the trailer teases tears, a consultation with a psychic, and some diametrically opposed parties. The teaser trailer begins with a shocking moment as Snooki  “Who do you call? 911? Oh, my God!” she asks while kneeling in the grass. We then see Deena Cortese weeping openly, though the context remains unknown. Deena says: “I won’t be able to live with myself.” Viewers are then shown Angelina Pavarnick running, and it's presumably not to fellate an orange buffoon . This is when Pauly D is heard saying: “Where's Angelina? She's an EMT.” Vinny then says that what happened was just an “accident” and assures Deena that she “had no control over it.” So it sounds like someone — possibly not a human, given some odd reacitons — was injured or killed. Maybe a bird? In a presumably unrelated moment, the gang seeks advice from a psychic woman. Some of her advice elicits a positive reaction, but not everything goes over well. We then see this same psychic speaking to Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, giving him some secondhand advice. “The spirit made me feel like if you don’t make this happen, then it’s not gonna end well,” she tells him. Then it's time for Jenni to celebrate her divorce. Divorce parties are mostly just a thing for reality stars, if largely because regular people getting divorced seldom have a budget for a party. But she even wears a tiara as her friends toast the end of the marriage. They all hop aboard what Pauly D refers to as a “DTF Wagon” as they party in town and go clubbing. On the flip side, the trailer shows the mounting hype for Angelina to marry fiance Chris Larangeira. We even get a sneak peek at her wedding dress. Deena and Snooki join Angelina to party it up in New Orleans to celebrate what's coming. Notably, we don't see JWoww involved, though with the kind of heavyhanded editing that teaser trailers get, that could mean anything. Celebrating one friend's divorce and another's impending nuptials in a single season is not lost on the gang. “If I’m DJing her wedding,” Pauly D vows. “I’m not giving her the divorce party for free.” Well, in that case, let us hope that Angelina has many years to save up. It is admittedly awkward to cheer for two diametrically opposed milestones, but that's life. Here's where things get exciting — and emotional. Lauren Sorrentino picks up her husband, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, from prison. He not only reunited with his wife, but with his friends, whom he had sorely missed while behind bars. “Life could get no better,” Mike gushes to the camera. (Awwww!) We're all so thrilled to see Mike back with his wife and friends and loved ones, where he belongs.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro Pleads Not Guilty to All Jen Harley-Related Assault Charges

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro did something unexpected on Friday morning: He wore a suit. The troubled Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star then went ahead and did something far more expected: He pleaded not guilty in court. Ronnie was front and center in Los Angeles today, standing before a judge for his arraignment, during which time he entered his not guilty plea to the seven misdemeanors he’s facing from last month’s arrest. Just to review, they are: Domestic violence. Child endangerment. Brandishing a weapon. Criminal threats. False imprisonment. Two counts of resisting arrest. If convicted across the board, Ronnie could face years in prison . Jen Harley was not present for the hearing. This ordeal stems from Ronnie’s arrest in very early October, an ugly event that concluded with Ronnie being tased — yes, tased! — by the police after he refused to surrender. And that incident followed Ortiz-Magro allegedly threatening Harley with a knife , prior to stealing the former couple’s daughter out of her arms and barrcading himself into a house. According to Harley, Ronnie partly acted this way because he was high on cocaine at the time. Harley also has said she suffered injuries from this attack — and subsequent photos of her, snapped days after the altercation, did reveal a few bruises. Moreover, there’s surveillance footage from a neighbor’s security camera that depicts Jen holding little Ariana and looking very panicked, running around and trying to hide. It’s pretty damning if you’re Ronnie or a Ronnie supporter, we’ve gotta be honest. As part of Friday’s hearing, the city attorney also requested a temporary protective order for Harley and the toddler… and a judge approved this request. (A previous protective order was lifted just a week after the altercation, which is why you’ve seen many photos of Ronnie and Ariana on Instagram of late.) Ronnie will return to court on November 12. He hasn’t really spoken out yet on this arrest or the aftermath. But Ronnie did check into rehab in January to deal with anxiety, depression and alcohol abuse, making it look like he had turned a huge corner in his life. We were so very happy for him at the time. However, multiple outlets reported over the summer that he had started boozing and then now Harley claims he’s also doing hard drugs. Troubling stuff. Let’s hope he gets the help he so clearly needs. Jade Cline Gets Roasted By Teen Mom Fans: You’re Selling Sex, Just Like Farrah!

Jade Cline is still relatively new to the world of Teen Mom stardom. After starring in a single season of Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant, Cline was selected to replace Jenelle Evans on Teen Mom 2 after Evans was finally fired. So while, she’s been in the spotlight for a couple years, Jade just experienced a major boost to her public profile. Going from a first-year spinoff to a popular, long-running series like Teen Mom 2 is like being called up to the majors. As a result, Jade is making more money, and she’s more popular than ever on social media. That may sound like an unimportant side effect of fame, but the increased following brings with it the opportunity to make big bucks from sponsored content. Unfortunately, it also means Jade has more haters than ever before. And these days, she’s being compared to one of the most reviled Teen Moms of all time — Farrah Abraham. During her time on Teen Mom OG, Farrah continued to perform in online sex shows , a decision that eventually got her fired from the show. (In reality, she was probably canned because producers were sick of being abused by her, but the Cam Soda partnership provided a convenient excuse.) Now, Jade is being accused of following in Farrah’s footsteps by partnering with an adult toy company. On Thursday, Cline invited her fans to enter a giveaway for a chance to win three free vibrators. “Hey guys! I’ll be partnering with [Vush] this week to put together an amazing giveaway bundle to one of my followers! Stay tuned! Will be posting the giveaway and how to enter this week on my page,”  Cline later offered specifics — along with the photo below, in which she can be seen showing off Vush’s wares. “3x Vibrator bundles from Vush to 3 lucky people in the comment section,” Jade wrote. “Each bundle includes The Empress, Your Majesty and The Rose! ($400 value per bundle).” For reasons that aren’t entirely clear, this promotion left some of Jade’s followers deeply irritated. “The next Farrah,” wrote one commenter. “I actually thought u were one of the good moms…” another remarked. “Wtf! Another Farrah in the making!” another echoed. “Y’all really have to come up with better insults,” Cline replied. She’s right about that. For one, there’s a major difference between what Farrah did (making a career in the adult film business and falsely claiming that her debut feature was a privately-filmed “sex tape”) and what Jade is doing — which is just a slight variation on what most reality stars do on their social media pages. From the start, Jade was upfront about the whole thing. Rather than attempt to Trojan Horse in ad into what appears to be a regular post, she stated at the outset that she’s promoting products for Vush. There’s no sneakiness involved, so is it really just the nature of the products that has people pissed off? WTF? Is Jade starring on Teen Mom 2 or Counting On? Fortunately, Cline has received a good deal of support from fans who aren’t embarrassing prudes. “People act like they have never seen a sex toy before,” one fan remarked. Paola Mayfield Gushes: My Little Niece is Cancer-Free!!!!

While some fans were uneasy after seeing Paola Mayfield’s behavior on 90 Day Fiance this year, she still has countless followers. And she has an amazing announcement to make about her beloved niece. Her Columbian niece, who has Down Syndrome, is now cancer-free after a two-year battle with leukemia! Paola Mayfield took to Instagram this week to make a very special announcement. “Last year I went to Colombia when I was pregnant,” her caption begins, explaining why she appears pregnant in the accompanying photo. She explained: “I needed to see my sister and my niece.” “My niece has Down Syndrome,” Paola notes, “and had been battling leukemia for about 2 years.” Here is the photo. Paola’s young neice is adorable! “But TODAY we received the greatest news!” Paola proclaims. She writes: “She is finally cancer free!” Childhood leukemia is a true horror and we are so, so pleased to hear this! “With tears in my eyes,” Paola’s heartfelt caption continues, “I feel full of joy and happiness.” She very well should! Paola explains that this is such a relief “because I know how hard it has been the past few years for my sister.” We have a sneaking suspicion that this was no cakewalk for her niece, either. “For those who battle everyday to have another day of life,” Paola advises. “Stay strong and don’t lose faith.” The beloved reality star then adds a string of red hear emojis. Paola concludes her post by writing: “Thank you.” For some reason — possibly fearing that trolls have no qualms and consider no subject to be sacred — Pao has deactivated replies to the post. Down Syndrome is also known as Trisomy 21, and it means that there are three twenty-first chromosomes instead of the usual pairing. This mutation, usually detectable before birth, can cause cognitive delays along with a series of tell-tale traits. Individuals with Down Syndrome can lead fulfilling lives, complete their education, and overcome stigma. However, some babies with Down Syndrome require major heart surgery within days of birth. Others simply die. Thinking about it, Paola’s niece battling leukemia may have been a factor, combined with Pao’s previous miscarriage, behind her behavior early this year. As fans of 90 Day Fiance may recall, she was weirdly possessive of baby Axel after his birth. She seemed unwilling to allow Russ or Russ’ mother to hold or be alone with her son, which was very distressing. Worse, Pao admitted to vaccine hesitancy, confessing that they would pick and choose which vaccinations Axel received. That’s not okay. Paola, seen here feeding celery juice (the very concept of which makes me shudder) to baby Axel, has clear concerns about her son’s health. Does she hope that giving him all-organic foods and denying him much-needed vaccines will ensure that he does not repeat her niece’s horror? That might explain, but not excuse, some of her post-partum struggles that shocked fans earlier this year. Teresa Giudice Goes to Italy: See all the Family Photos!

If a picture is truly worth 1,000 words, then the collection of pictures below scream out one thing and one thing only: The Giudices are one big happy family!!!! As previously detailed, Teresa and her four daughters have touched down in Italy, reuniting overseas with husband/father Joe, who has been banished to his native country while he waits to find out if he'll be deported forever from the United States. The odds are heavily in favor of this ruling. This would mean Joe will never live in the United States again — as a consequence of him commiting a felony while residing here as a foreign citizen — and it would seemingly mean he'll get divorced from Teresa . So keep that in mind while you toggle through the following images. And also keep another saying in mind, one that seems especially apt as you look at all these smiling faces: Looks can be deceiving. 1. Soaking Up the Italian Sun We can’t say we love the Giudices very much. But this is a rather gorgeous photo of everyone, even their harshest critics must admit. 2. Buddies! “My buddy.” That’s what Joe wrote as a caption to this sweet and simple photo of him and his teenage daughter. 4. Important Daddy-Daughter Time We make a lot of fun of Joe — because he seems like an entitled jerk who absolutely broke the law and only seems to regret getting caught. But we are happy for his daughters, that they got a chance to see their dad in Italty. 5. Saying Cheeese! This was the first photo of the trip to Italy shared online, the one that initially made all the Internet rounds. 6. Totes Twinning The Real Housewives of New Jersey star shared this photo of her and Joe’s daughter, Milania, looking eerily similar. Selena Gomez Reconciles With Ex-Friend Who Donated Kidney

On the list of good deeds that leave the recipient in your debt for the rest of their life, donating an organ is up there with pulling someone out of quicksand or letting them use your phone charger when you’re under 50 percent. So many fans were understandably shocked when Selena Gomez cut ties with Francia Raisa , the longtime friend who gave Gomez one of her kidneys. Selena suffers from lupus and a number of other health issues. She gushed that Raisa “saved [her] life” following the procedure, but shortly thereafter, the friends stopped speaking and unfollowed one another on social media. Rumors about the cause of Selena and Francia’s split circulated for months. Some of them were absurd, such as the claim that Gomez and Raisa fought over Justin Bieber . Others seemed to have more of a basis in reality — particularly the claim that Francia was upset by the fact that Selena was still drinking despite her myriad health issues. Whatever the case, it seems Selena and Francia have officially put their differences behind them. On Thursday, Selena donned a costume to the premiere of Frozen 2 with her 5-year-old sister, Gracie. Naturally, the singer documented the occasion for her Instagram followers: “Hope I’m officially the best big sissy ever now,” Gomez captioned the pic. “She was LIVING her best life!! Frozen 2 was amazing!!!”  For obvious reasons, the pic attracted many enthusiastic comments, including one from Raisa: “Omg! My heart right now,” Francia wrote. Unintentionally, the Grown-ish actress overshadowed the original post with that subtle indication that she and Selena have buried the hatchet. “Friends again, I’m gonna cry,” wrote one fan. Interestingly, the reconciliation comes on the heels of news that Selena has quit drinking at the advice of doctors and loved ones. While neither party has said as much, several sources have confirmed that Gomez’s boozing was at the heart of her feud with Raisa. “[Raisa] cares about her and she loves her,” an insider told Radar Online. “She told her that she was just really making some unhealthy choices, and that she was concerned for her.” The source says that while Francia never judged Selena, she felt she could not stand idly by and watch her friend make making “unhealthy” choices that might endanger her life. It’s unlikely that either Francia or Selena will offer a public explanation, but the important thing is that they’re friends once again.

Her biggest defense is that she has Black friends, particularly Alicia Keys and her producer husband Swizz Beatz . According to Page Six , Lisa Falcone is the wife of billionaire hedge funder Philip Falcone , and now she’s found herself in a lawsuit because her former personal chef accused her of racist language. The alleged incident occurred after Lisa met chef Brian Villanueva ‘s girlfriend, who is Black, according to the lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court. Villanueva said his girlfriend stopped by to help him cook for a Hamptons dinner party that the Falcones were hosting back in July. The event was attended by Keys and Swizz Beatz. The next morning, the suite says that Liza commented on how articulate Villanueva’s girlfriend was. “Your girlfriend speaks very well. She seems educated. I would describe her as a chocolate-covered marshmallow,” the chef accuses Lisa of saying. Despite Villanueva appearing visibly offended, the suit says that Lisa continued to say, “Do you use the word ‘ni**a’ at home with your girlfriend?” The suit explained, “Defendant Lisa Falcone noticed the shocked and offended expression on Plaintiff’s face, however, rather than apologize, she said defensively, ‘I’m Puerto Rican and grew up in Spanish Harlem so I can speak like that.’” The lawsuit then says that Villanueva challenged his boss to explain her comments, and she responded that neither Keys nor her husband were as well-spoken. “I meant she speaks really eloquently. Alicia [Keys] doesn’t speak that way. She didn’t have an education and was just discovered by Clive Davis when she was fifteen years old. Swizz [Beatz] definitely doesn’t speak that way either,” Lisa allegedly told Villanueva. Later in the day, Villanueva says that he delivered pizza to the Falcones on the beach, and revealed that he was quitting due to the racist remarks. “Rather than accepting Plaintiff’s resignation, Defendant Lisa Falcone asked Plaintiff not to resign and stated ‘talk to my Black friends’ (supposedly referring to Keys and Swizz Beatz — both of whom were at the beach with the Falcones during that time), and emphasized ‘they will tell you that I am not racist,’” the lawsuit states. Villanueva is suing Lisa and her husband for discrimination and violation of New York labor laws, saying he’s owed $4,230.76 in unpaid wages. The suit also claims that Philip said he would only compensate Villanueva if he and his girlfriend signed a confidentiality agreement promising to not repeat Lisa’s comments. They refused to sign. Keys nor Swizz Beatz have yet to make a public statement about the situation. Chef Danie tells the story of having less than $1 in her bank account when she set up a meeting with some folks to talk about her cooking.
