Source: Netflix / Netflix We’re only a few weeks from Halloween season and to celebrate the month of October, Netflix is rolling out a gang of new horror based shows and movies while banking off it’s most popular social media term, “Netflix and chill.” For fans of the horror genre, Netflix’s new category “Netflix & Chills” is a dream come true as it will feature a gang of cult classic horror films including Pet Sematary , Poltergeist , and The Shining , while debuting some brand new bone-chilling joints such as In The Shadow of The Moon , Fractured , and Rattlesnake . Though little is known about the new Netflix flicks, the trailer released showing bits and pieces of everything that “Netflix & Chills” has in store for subscribers come October seems like it’s the kind of stuff that’ll give people a problem sleeping at night. We can’t wait. There’s a Netflix called Daybreak described as high-school during the apocalypse that’s out October 24 that looks promising. We say this just because the Black dude in the pic above has on Yeezy’s. Apple announced that everyone’s favorite stoner will have a recurring role in the first season of the Apple TV+ show Dickinson . In the upcoming show that stars Hailee Steinfield as Emily Dickinson, the “Black and Yellow” crafter will take on the role of Death. Per a release from Apple, the character is described by Apple as Dickinson’s “muse” in multiple episodes. Wiz was not featured in the show’s first trailer which gave us a first look at the show. In it for some reason has Steinfeld’s portrayal of Dickinson twerking and shouting in the air. According to multuple reports, Kevin Hart has a long road to full recovery after being involved in a very serious car accident. While he lies at home and tries to get better, meanwhile, the actor now has something rather important and interesting to read: A lawsuit for $60 million filed against him by ex-lover Montia Sabbag. Sabbag, who had previously been identified as Hart’s mistress , slept with the comedian in 2017… while Hart was married. In 2017, the two engaged in consensual sex inside of a Las Vegas hotel room — and they were caught on tape while doing do. Hart actually shared a video on Instagram at the time, claiming someone was trying to extort him over the sex tape. Eventually, Hart’s former friend, Jonathan Todd Jackson, was later arrested and charged with extortion, although he has since denied the allegation. In new court documents filed this week, however, Sabbag says Hart was aware that Jackson set up this camera and alleges that the actor played a role in the sex tape filming and release. According to this 38-page complaint, Sabagg accuses Hart, Jackson, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and other related companies of intentional inflection of emotional distress, violations of privacy and negligence . Hart was already an A-Lister with an enormous fan base and impressive resume at the time of the affair. However, Sabbag claims the tape was made to help “promote [Hart’s] Irresponsible Tour, which was a record-breaking comedy and to increase his overall pop culture status,” according to the documents. Sabagg goes on to write that she “had no knowledge that the intimate activity” depicted in the video of her and Hart “was being recorded.” The video, which according to the suit showed Sabagg “naked from the waste down and engaged in private, consensual sexual relations with Hart,” was published online in September of 2017. Hart has not yet commented on the lawsuit. However, he admitted to the affair and apologized two years ago during a radio interview. “I made a bad error in judgment and I put myself in a bad environment where only bad things can happen and they did,” Hart explained back then, adding: “It’s a sh-tty moment. It’s a sh-tty moment when you know you’re wrong and there’s no excuses for your wrong behavior. At the end of the day, man, I just simply gotta do better.” Wife Eniko Parrish has since chosen to remain with Hart. “I’m gonna go home, I’m gonna address it,” he continued in December 2017. “I’m gonna make my wife full aware of what’s going on and the situation I have now put us in, and I’m hoping she has a heart to where she can forgive me and understand that this is not going to be a reoccurring thing and allow me to recover from my f-cking massive mistake.” According to TMZ yesterday, Hart has been working with the district attorney for two years on this case. He believes his friend (Jackson) totally screwed him over and he’s been actively teaming with authorities any time they need his assistance, prompting some to wonder why he would do this if he did, indeed, play a role in the sex tape release. We have no idea what really happened, though, of course. Hart is currently recovering from a crash that left him with “major back injuries” when his Plymouth Barracuda veered off the road and landed in a ditch earlier this month. The actor was discharged from the hospital last week after undergoing surgery and is recovering from his injuries in a rehabilitation facility.
Counting On matriarch Michelle Duggar celebrated her 53rd birthday on Friday, September 13. But she didn’t do it alone. In light of this special occasion, numerous members of the reality star’s family came out and shared a few very special tribute to the mother of 19. We might as well start with her partner in crime, which we only mean in slight jest considering she and her husband teamed up years ago to cover up for son Josh Duggar’s child molestation scandal . “Happy 53rd Birthday to my best friend! I love you, Michelle!! You are the sweetest wife, a loving mother, and a fun grandmother,” Jim Duggar wrote on Instagram as a caption to the photo above. He added: “I have really enjoyed our special get away the last couple of days for your birthday at [The Keeter Center] in Branson! I love spending time with you. “You are my #1 encourager, you are my business advisor, and my spiritual accountability partner. You’re my best friend. “I am so thankful for the wonderful 35 years of marriage, I look forward to spending the rest of my life with you.” Michelle and Jim Bob, of course, are the parents of 19 children. They rose to fame as the anchors of the series 19 Kids and Counting, which TLC canceled due to the aforementioned Josh Duggar scandal . It then spun this program off to Counting On, which focuses on just a few of Michelle and Jim Bob’s offspring. One of them, Joy-Anna, wrote the following late last week to Michelle: “I love you, Momma!!! You truly are the BEST mother.” Then there was daughter Jinger (Duggar) Vuolo, who shared a sweet birthday wish to her mother in her Instagram Story, including numerous throwback photos of Duggar and a video of her mom on roller skates. “Happy birthday to this incredible woman,” she wrote, adding: “My mom is so beautiful, loving and kind. She is the most patient woman I have ever known. She is so selfless … and she can out skate any kid at the rink!” “She’s an amazing woman of many talents. Happy birthday, Mom! I love you more than words could ever say.” Jill Duggar also chimed in with some very nice words about her parent. “Happy Birthday to my amazing mama! I love you so much and am beyond blessed to have been raised by such wonderful parents,” Jill wrote on her Instagram page. We’ll go ahead and conclude this post with a few heartfelt messages from Counting On fans, all of whom also wished Duggar a happy birthday in her comments section. “Happy birthday Michelle!! Heartbreak was in the air last week as Larissa Lima dumped her boyfriend Eric after seven hot and steamy months together. The 90 Day Fiance alum has never been shy about enjoying being showered with attention. But any fans expecting her to move on quickly have another thing coming: she’s so over men. After Larissa dumped Erickee last week (via text message, no less), she’s not feeling in a romantic mood. In a statement to Us Weekly , Larissa Lima has revealed that she’s not looking for another rebound romance. “I’m done with men and men trying to exploit me,” Larissa announced. Larissa had previously tallied the ways in which Eric benefitted from dating her. Perhaps that was her way of shutting down rumors that he was paying for her lifestyle … or maybe she really felt used. An inside source spoke to Us Weekly and described some additional drama that went down. “Colt texted Larissa yesterday after he heard about her split from Eric,” the insider dishes. They exchanged messages, the source says, “and she thought he was being nice and there for her.” “But this morning,” the insider continues. “He reposted a story that Eric gave.” “And Larissa thinks Colt is completely two-faced,” the source concludes. We been knew . “Last time you did it to me,” Larissa asserted furiously at her ex-husband after a text conversation did not go well. “Now I never ever will talk to you,” she vowed. We hope that she keeps that promise to herself. Part of self-care is not getting lured into traps by your ex. She accused Coltee of “always trying to come back then playing innocent online.” Larissa also expressed: “I am tired.” Oh, mood . The nice thing about feuds like this is that text messages have a way of becoming public, which happened here. “You don’t just come to me demanding s–t You dumb broad,” a text message attributed to Colt reads. Not surprising to see him raging at a woman like he’s an old-timey incel. Amazing how people act when cameras aren’t rolling. “You seduce me first,” the text claims. “Then you convince me I’m not a p–s like your exes. …” “You are a loser, always will be,” the text rails at her. “Can’t finish anything, school, marriage, children.” What a charmer. Elsewhere in their texts, Colt acts almost nice. “I never stopped caring for you and i wish you the best,” Coltee’s text claims. “Good luck in your future and your relationships.” he expressed. The text added that he did not “care that much about your life. Even so, he expressed, he found it to be “sad that we can’t even be friends after everything.” The cruel messages mixed with kind ones are a classic manipulator tactic. Does Colt even notice when he’s doing it at this point? As for her split with Eric, Larissa posted a message last week about her feelings on that matter. “There is no hard feelings or regrettes [sic],” she epxressed. Larissa continued: “But I need to look in my own soul and focus on being the best Larissa I can be.” “I try to heal one painful breakup by jumping in relationship with Erickee [sic],” she admitted. ABC scraped the bottom of the barrel while casting Dancing With the Stars Season 28. Some of the casting decisions are downright bizarre, but who will win the coveted Mirrorball Trophy? That's the big question, and with a cast as random as this one, it really will come down to the wire. Weirdly, ABC decided against revealing who these celebrities are being paired up with — presumably to get people to watch live. It's a weird decision for sure, and one that makes it difficult to forecast which of these celebrities will make it far. But that didn't stop us from rounding up how we think things will shake out. Scroll down and pick your favorite now! Dancing With the Stars premieres Monday, September 16 at 8/7c. 1. Sean Spicer – 300-1 He wasn’t very good at being the White House press secretary, and nothing about gives us much faith that he will make it far in the competition. Heck, his casting alone caused a social media frenzy, with many bashing the show for casting him. If the viewing audience continue to have an impact on the game, then look for this loser to get the boot. We’re sure he’ll have a press release ready to go in which he tries to spin the whole thing in his favor. It’s what he does. 2. Lamar Odom – 40-1 Lamar only seems to have success in the NBA. He can’t hold down a successful relationship. Add in the fact that NBA players don’t have the best track record in the ballroom. It will all come down to which returning pro he is paired with, but for now, don’t expect much. 3. Ray Lewis – 35-1 Ray has been outed as a liar, so it’s hard to believe that this disgraced pro football player will garner much traction. 4. Sailor Lee Brinkley-Cook – 30-1 Sailor was a last-minute addition because her mother had to exit the series due to an injury during rehearsals. She’s young and should do better than some of the others. But the jury is well and truly out on this one. 5. Kate Flannery – 25-1 The Office remains as one of the most popular shows around thanks to the world of streaming. The fans will want to keep Kate in the competition — even if she isn’t cutting the right shapes. It’s sad, but it’s true. This series is a popularity contest. 6. Mary Wilson – 20-1 Dancing With the Stars appeals to the older audience — the ones who were probably around when the Supremes were a thing. That should keep Mary in the competitive loop for a while. On Friday, one chapter of the college admissions bribery scandal came to a close. In a Boston courtroom, actress Felicity Huffman was sentenced to 14 days in prison for paying an admissions consultant $15,000 to have a proctor correct her daughter’s answers on the SAT. Dozens of affluent parents were ensnared in the FBI’s “Varsity Blues” sting operation, and along with fellow actress Lori Loughlin, Huffman came to embody the unchecked entitlement that led to such rampant cheating on behalf of already-privileged young people. When word of Huffman’s sentencing got out, thoughts turned to Loughlin and what the news might mean for her. Unlike Huffman, Loughlin rejected a plea deal and plans to fight the charges against her in court. At first, there were reports that the sentencing might actually be good news for Loughlin, as it amounted to a defeat for prosecutors — a defeat that might lead them to offer a second plea deal. Now, however, an insider tells Fox News that even if a second deal is offered, it will certainly involve jail time for the actress. “If she’s found guilty, she will go to jail; that is clear. And if another deal is offered to her, which I don’t think it will be, she will go to jail,” the source said. “Her only chance of avoiding jail is to beat these charges. Lori is a smart woman; she understands that,” the insider continued. “She’s scared and upset, but she’s resolved to be strong and to fight this. She will do what she has to do to protect herself and her family.” Considering the charges against Loughlin are far more serious (she allegedly doled out $500,000 in bribes to Huffman’s $15,00) it seems almost certain that she’ll be going from Full House to the big house. She stands accused of bribing admissions officials so that both of her daughters would be accepted to USC as members of the crew team — even though neither of them had ever rowed before. Loughlin is still holding out hope that she’ll beat the charges — but that seems increasingly unlikely in the wake of Huffman’s sentencing. She and her husband — fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli — are playing the ignorance card and claiming they didn’t know they were doing anything wrong. But legal experts say that didn’t work for Huffman, and it won’t work Loughlin. “The government doesn’t have to prove that Loughlin and Giannulli knew what the payments were used for,” said attorney Neama Rahmani. ” The fraudulent application to USC is enough to support the conspiracy charges. And there is more than enough circumstantial evidence to prove that they knew the payments were for an illicit or unlawful purpose.” The source says Loughlin regrets not accepting the original deal from prosecutors, but he claims her reason for doing so is that she did not fully understand the charges against her. “She didn’t understand the entire nature of the charges against her, and she wasn’t even sure if or how she had broken the law. It was very early, and she didn’t have all the information that she has now,” the source said. “Based on what she understood at the time, she made the best choice for herself. Now there is no deal on the table, and she has to have faith that the courts and the prosecution will move fairly and not make an example out of her.” Of course, the reality of Lori’s situation has come into stark clarity in the days since Huffman’s sentencing. Despite her bleak prospects, however, it seems Loughlin still has not come to grips with the fact that she’ll likely be doing time. “This has been a rough day,” the source says. “Lori is going to move forward as best as she can, but now she has a little more clarity about what will happen next.”
90 Day Fiance stars being unlucky in love is nothing new, but now, not even their rebounds are safe. First, Larissa Lima broke up with Erickee . Now, Jay Smith and his sidepiece-turned-girlfriend Kayal have split. Kayla is opening up about where they went wrong, and why she now fears for Jay’s stability. Kayla O’Brien was there to pick up Jay when he emerged from ICE custody at the tail end of July. Now, Kayle is opening up to RadarOnline on her relationship with the notorious cheater and how they have now broken up. “We were happy,” Kayla characterizes their relationship. “We always had a good time together.” Depending upon whom you ask, Kayla and Jay may have been together as far back as January. “We didn’t fight,” she claims. “We still acted like best friends.” Even when things were good, Kayla admits, she “always did way more for him” in the relationship. “Deep down, I think he is a good person, but he’s just lost,” Kayla suggests. “He was just moving on his own motives,” she describes. “And I had mine as well.” “We’re different people,” she points out. “Who value different things.” It’s always so interesting to hear women making all kinds of excuses for men. Society conditions them to do so from a very young age. Still, it’s clear that the general horniness wore off and she could see him clearly: “He’s a mess. I wish him peace.” Over the weekend, Jay showed up at the same event as Ashley — who has a protective order preventing him from approaching her. “God help him if he’s messing with Ashley again,” Kayla laments. “All I can think of is all the hard work to reverse the damage,” she worries. “There’s a current PFA,” Kayla points out. “If she turns on him again he’s so f–ked.” She’s at a loss, expressing: “I don’t know why he would put himself in that position… I feel sorry for him.” So, what was their relationship really like? “He was loyal for a period,” Kayla says. “And good to me for a period,” she adds. “But,” Kayla admits. “That’s all I want to say.” Wow. Sounds like a prince. “I am proud of myself to have loved him and done what I did for him,” Kayla claims. “Regardless of if he appreciates it now or not,” she insists. “He needed me and I will always be that person.” “Anyone I love will have unconditional love and support,” Kayla asserts. “And,” she concludes. “He can’t take that from me.” That last line … implies a lot of unspoken misery. I do feel sorry for that girl. In the mean time, Jay decided to post some thirst traps to Instagram now that he’s single again. And who should comment but his also single former castmate, Larissa Lima? Back in July, Amber Portwood was arrested on domestic violence charges after allegedly assaulting boyfriend Andrew Glennon. At the time, several of Portwood's Teen Mom OG castmates stood by her side, including Catelynn Lowell, who tweeted that fans should wait until they have all the facts and refrain from rushing to judgment. Of course, Lowell's comments were made prior to the release of shocking new audio recordings in which Portwood can be heard threatening to stab Glennon . Now, Catelynn is speaking out again — but instead of defending Amber, she's defending victims everywhere. Take a look: 1.
