The Philadelphia Sixers point guard has reportedly broken up with Kendall Jenner of House Kardashian, for real this time . Reports Page Six : Sources said that at the same time a new Australia Vogue cover story dropped — quoting supermodel Jenner saying of potentially marrying Simmons, “Maybe. Definitely not now, but maybe one day” — Simmons was partying solo in Atlantic City, NJ, with pals. Simmons was spotted with friends at Kuro at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino celebrating a pal’s birthday. We hear that the group later turned up at Scores, and that there was buzz among Ben’s entourage that he and Jenner called it quits last week. And while you may not have thought about B-girls or B-boys since the ’80s and ’90s, breakdancing is still very much a scene in many major cities across the U.S. — and internationally — and so is the style that goes along with it. This past weekend we were invited to Houston for the finale of Red Bull’s BC One All Star Tour , and as much as we were entranced with the popping, locking, and breaking on the dance floor, we were equally enamored with the B-girl style we witnessed on the ladies as they battled one another in cyphers and the main competitions. Source: Kien Quan / Red Bull Content Pool H-town was the last stop on the Red Bull BC All Star One Tour, which kicked off in Los Angeles on April 25th and ended May 19 in Texas. This is the first year in the tour’s history that a National B-Girl Final was held, and on Saturday night B-Girl Macca of Atlanta (by way of Philly and Germany) was crowned the winner . Macca will go on to compete in the World Finals in Mumbai, India, on November 9, but while we wait to see her moves on the next leg of the competition, let’s get into the fashion that was on display this past weekend from some of our favorite dancers, hosts, and performers.

We get to talk to people faster, connect with people from all across the globe, and be as nosey as we want without the fear of being creepy. And don’t get me started on the abundant access we have to breaking news. The days of waiting for the 6 o’clock news to find out what happened to your favorite celebrity are long gone (thank goodness). But with many benefits comes many disadvantages. There’s a quote by Steven Furtick that says: “The reason we struggle with insecurity is because we compare our behind the scenes with everyone else’s highlight reel.” That one quote pretty much sums up all the drawbacks of social networking. Which also raises the question, how would life be if social media never existed? Folks took to Twitter to share how they think the game of life would be different if there were no Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. The #IfSocialMediaDidntExist hashtag is trippy to me because I remember a time when it actually didn't exist. It's kind of crazy how there are people alive right now who don't know what it was like. Cops pulled the social media star over Monday night for traffic violation. When they ran his license, they discovered it was suspended. The viral star also had outstanding bench warrants which prompted the search of his car, that’s when cops said they found the weed. Well according to multiple sources, this could finally happen. The D.A.’s Office filed new documents in the Pennsylvania Superior Court “stating Judge Brinkley’s appearance of bias has been evident throughout the case … and therefore, Meek should be retried in his probation violation case.” Source: Meek Mill rally in Philadelphia, PA | @JustInMyView / R1 Digital Since being released in April 2018, Meek & his legal team have asked for a new trial, but was shot down by Brinkley in June. According to TMZ: “It’s kind of extraordinary … with Wednesday’s filing, you now have the D.A. on the record siding with the defendant. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, the D.A. calls out Brinkley’s bias against Meek … singling out a surprise visit she made to a homeless shelter where Meek was doing court-ordered community service.” The D.A. points out that’s not what judges do … that’s for probation officers who report back to the judge. According to the docs, Brinkley also “abused her discretion” when she hit him with the 2 to 4 year sentence for “technical violations” of his probation. The D.A. points out that Meek Mill is not a threat to the community, and had completed drug treatment, and deserves a new chance in court. Source: Bruce Glikas / Getty Wendy Williams’ estranged husband Kevin Hunter reportedly got into a physical fight with their son in a store parking lot near the family home in New Jersey. According to TMZ , Wendy dropped Kevin Jr. off at the house to pick something up with plans on returning shortly after. Allegedly unbeknownst to Kevin Jr., his father was in the the home and they ventured to the store together around midnight where they got into an argument that ultimately led to Kevin Sr. putting his son in a headlock. Kevin Jr. allegedly punched him to get out the headlock. Kevin Sr. said he will not be pursuing legal action. “I love my son very much and I will not be pursuing this matter legally. Things are not always how they appear,” he said. Earlier today, Kevin released a statement about his involvement with the Hunter foundation, saying, “Although The Hunter Foundation in its current form will dissolve, the important work will live on. I plan on launching a new foundation in the near future to continue the important mission in helping those struggling with drug addiction and substance abuse. In regards to the partnership with T.R.U.S.T. and the resource hotline 888-5HUNTER, the call center will go on a brief hiatus beginning May 31st. Since launching in early-March, the hotline has received over 13,000 phone calls and has connected nearly 900 individuals to some level of treatment and care. We will work to partner with other reputable organizations to get the hotline back up and running so that we can continue changing lives.” Kevin is also demanding spousal support from Wendy Williams.
