Fast-forward to today and she’s being slammed for interviewing the alleged survivors of Leaving Neverland. View this post on Instagram #PressPlay: #MoNique and her husband #SidneyHicks share their thoughts on #Oprah and her decision to interview #MichaelJackson’s #LeavingNeverland accusers!! A post shared by The Shade Room (@theshaderoom) on Mar 7, 2019 at 10:44am PST Comedienne Mo’nique particularly had a problem with Oprah’s interview and questioned if she did it for ratings? “Here’s a man that was found not guilty in the eyes of the law,” Mo said during the broadcast with her husband Sidney Hicks. “And you wait for 10 years after this man was deceased, to now do an interview with people who said they lied.” She added, “For me, it’s sad and disheartening. That man welcomed you in his home. And you spoke of how beautiful, and all the love this man has shown children all over the world.” Clearly Mo isn’t letting up in Oprah anytime soon. “When we’re calling someone a molester and they’re no longer here… Michael Jackson is not here to defend himself, which is a major problem. [He was] found not guilty… then you come back and you allow these two men to get on your platform and tell this story, and that man cannot defend himself, who does that?” What say you? Was Oprah in the right or the wrong? RELATED STORIES: The ‘Leaving Neverland’ Documentary Left Michael Jackson Fans Polarized Bobby Brown Says He Taught Michael Jackson How To Do The Moonwalk

A man and his dog are making headlines after being trapped in a car for five days—apparently, the Oregon resident and his furry pal survived the business week by eating taco sauce packets. These weren’t just any taco sauce packets, however…Jeremy Taylor specifically mentions Taco Bell’s Fire Sauce. From HuffPost : “An Oregon man may have a good argument for not cleaning out your car. Jeremy Taylor told authorities that he and his dog survived by eating packets of taco sauce as they were trapped by snow in his vehicle for five days. The 36-year-old, who goes offroading in the area, said he drove up west of the resort community of Sunriver with his dog, Ally, when his SUV became stuck in snow last Sunday, the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office said. He spent the night in his vehicle and attempted to walk for help on Monday, but had difficulty because of the amount of snow that had fallen, authorities said.” “Jeremy stayed warm over the next four days by periodically starting his vehicle and used a few taco sauce packets he had as food,” Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office said before thanking everyone who assisted in the search. [ione_media_gallery src=”https://globalgrind.cassiuslife.com” id=”4283064″ overlay=”true”] So, we know what they ate while they were stuck in the car, but how did Jeremy and Ally finally get home ? It turns out it was a random snowmobile rider who saved the day. HuffPost reports: “It wasn’t until Friday afternoon that a snowmobile rider spotted his car and called 911. Taylor and his dog were described as hungry but otherwise in good condition.” Once he got home and settled in Jeremy reportedly went on Facebook to update his friends, describing himself as lucky according to the site, adding “Let’s never do that again.” When asked by a friend about the taco sauce that helped him out when he was in a bind, he reportedly responded “Taco Bell Fire Sauce saves lives.” We’ll have to remember that. Here are more tips to survive the snow, provided by HuffPost: “If a driver becomes trapped in snow, it’s advised that the car’s motor is run for just 10 minutes every hour to provide warmth while preserving fuel. If the vehicle is covered or surrounded by snow, first ensure that the exhaust pipe is not blocked before turning on the vehicle so that carbon monoxide doesn’t enter.” Also Click here for the full list of items drivers should carry in extremely cold weather…you know, besides Taco Bell’s Fire Sauce of course.

Source: Scott Olson / Getty Azriel Clary and Joycelyn Savage , the two girlfriends of R. Kelly are finally speaking out. “When I first met Robert, my parents told me to lie about my age,” Clary told Gayle King in an exclusive interview. “When I met him, he thought I was 18. My parents wanted me to take pictures with him, make sexual videos with him and they said, ‘If they ever had to blackmail him, they could use it against him!’ Savage agreed. “Our parents are out here to get money, both of our parents are trying to scam. Because they didn’t agree with what happened or music and … they’re just very upset.” Savage and Clary’s parents deny ever asking R. Kelly for money even though Clary labeled her father as “manipulative”. Kelly told the CBS This Morning crew that he would not be in the room for Savage and Clary’s interview but later walked in and stood nearby. King says Kelly coughed loudly at one point during the interview when Savage and Clary were giving answers to King to let him know they were there. He asked if he should stop the interview but they never did. “My dad and my mom told me that, ‘They’re going to put all my naked pictures on the Internet for the world to see’,” Clary said. “I’m going to ruin you, I’m going to ruin him if he doesn’t send $20,000 to this bank account by Monday. I’m going to ruin you and then want $10,000 in a bank account after.’ They’re trying to solicit me like I’m some f**king h*e!” In another segment, after it was revealed that Savage’s family contacted her wanting for her to come home after two years of the two not speaking to one another, Kelly says that Savage’s mother pushed her daughter towards Kelly with the promise that he could help her singing career. “She couldn’t sing at all,” Kelly told King. “I’m not with her because she can sing. It’s because she’s beautiful.” In Surviving R. Kelly , the six-part Lifetime docuseries, Clary’s parents say it was Clary who pressed them and made little threats to push her to sing with Kelly. Clary in her interview with Gayle King says she never attempted suicide over singing but according to medical records, Clary attempted suicide over an argument with a then-boyfriend and music calmed her down. Source: C Flanigan / Getty It’s certainly a shock how many stories are popping up as of late about people, Black women in particular, battling with pneumonia. First it was Kim Porter , who passed unexpectedly of lobar pneumonia late last year, then it was Tamera Mowry-Housley , who was out for a week with what developed into viral pneumonia. Now, Whoopi Goldberg has it, and the effects are pretty serious, because the 63-year-old hasn’t been seen at her seat on The View since February 6. Sign Up For Our Newsletter! Email Submit Co-host Joy Behar shared on February 20 that Goldberg was recovering from the illness. “She’s not feeling well,” Behar said, according to PEOPLE . “She’s actually recovering from pneumonia. I saw her last night and she’s very funny still, and we had big laughs. She’s getting there, she’s on the mend.” But again, that was two weeks ago, and she hasn’t been seen since. However, on Saturday, the ABC show’s social media page posted a picture of Goldberg , assuring fans that she was on her way back to the table very soon. “Sending good vibes to this lady!” they wrote. “She’s on the mend recovering from pneumonia and we look forward to having her back at @TheViewABC table soon!” According to the CDC , since 2016, 48,632 people actually died of the infection, which inflames one’s air sacs. Pneumonia can be caused by any virus affecting the respiratory tract, as well as by bacteria left behind from a cold or flu, fungal infections, and by inhaling particles into your lungs, particularly after vomiting. Those over 65 are at increased risk for it, as are those who are in environments where there is a lot of dust, chemicals and pollution. You’re also at increased risk if you abuse alcohol or smoke, if you have a weak immune system, if you recently had major surgery or you have been hospitalized in the intensive care unit. Experts recommend getting the flu and pneumococcal vaccine, not smoking, practicing good hygiene and making an effort to ensure you’re eating a balanced diet and are active to help prevent the possibility that you might get pneumonia. As for Goldberg’s recovery, she is reportedly supposed to host a Love Rocks NYC benefit with comedian Martin Short tomorrow. There has been no mention of a cancellation, so an appearance will certainly confirm that she’s on the mend. Fingers crossed! So it’s no surprise that the more you laugh with your person, the better. “Couples who laugh together have usually the best relationships because they can mutually enjoy each other’s jokes, and similar interests,” Mackenzie Riel, relationship expert with TooTimid, told Bustle. 2. “You’re The Best” As with any relationship, affirming partnerships tend to outpace connections where couples are super critical of one another. “They were each other’s biggest fan, communicating excitement over the little and big things,” Anne Nelson, CAPP, ACC, positive psychology practitioner and coach, told Bustle of happy couples. “Essentially, kindness served as the glue that held the marriages together.” 3.”Thank you.” As the phrase goes, “gratitude is the best attitude.” And yes it’s corny being spoken, but in practice, it’s a beautiful thing. “Happier couples express gratitude and thank one another even for the seemingly small day to day things,” Rachel Ann Dine, licensed professional counselor, told Bustle. Source: The Washington Post / Getty It’s a sad day for Jeopardy fans as we just learned that the long-time host, Alex Trebek , was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Trebek intends to finish out this season of the game show despite his condition, according to TMZ . “Anything beyond that is up in the air.” Trebek has been hosting Jeopardy since 1984, but the Ontario native began his TV career in 1961 at Canadian Broadcasting Corporation where he reported news and events. He went to host a live music show and then a high school quiz show called “Reach For the Top,” which eventually launched his career in game show hosting. Sign Up For Our Newsletter! It was a hit, and he’s been doing it ever since … often with his classic mustache. When he shaved his mustache off in the early 2000s, it made headlines.
