The former “All That” cast member will serve as executive producer. The network is also banking on additional cast members to make guest appearances as well. The sketch comedy show “stayed in the zeitgeist for many years,” Brian Robbins, president of Nickelodeon said. “People are really fond of it.” One regular sketch, “Good Burger,” was set in a fast-food restaurant with a clueless cashier, and served up the premise for an original movie in 1997. “All That” also set the stage for spin-offs “The Amanda Show,” “Kenan and Kel” and “Drake and Josh.”

Source: Rockstar Games / Red Dead Online Beta Rockstar Games right now is basking in the success of Red Dead Redemption 2 and the steady but cautious rollout of Red Dead Online beta. Listening to feedback from gamers, the studio is rolling out a massive update that aims to tackle some of the online component’s most significant issues. While it did not stumble out the gate like Grand Theft Auto Online , Red Dead Online had a much smoother introduction but has suffered from some in-game issues since its November launch . Players were quick to point out the lack of missions, problems with the in-game economy and players hell bent on just being destructive trolls in the game or as some describe it “grieving.” To combat those issues, Rockstar announced a massive update coming February 26 that will hopefully improve Red Dead Online . Being a Black gamer, of course, my character in the game reflects that. The minute my created character stepped foot in the digital Wild West I was greeted with racial slurs and regularly killed and chased down by white players. Now don’t get me wrong I’ve experienced racism while gaming before but when you play Red Dead Online it just feels too real,. In speaking with The Verge’s Patricia Hernandez who wrote a piece about Black players enduring racist nonsense myself others detailed our experiences within the game. “I remember a player actually saying ‘get that nigger’ with a Western twang to his voice,” Smalls says. “It was like they felt they have the perfect game to do so.” I would dread playing the game alone opting to only hop on with friends in hopes to deter trolls from aggressively targeting me. Now the game does allow you to initiate a parlay with that person who is hellbent on killing you, but Rockstar will take things even further. The upcoming update will now reduce your visibility or blip over long distances only revealing your location on the map to players within 150 meters of you. Your position will only be shown if you’re firing your weapon. This new feature aims to stop people from continually targeting you from long distances. Now if you are one of those players who like to cause trouble on the regular the new system will highlight your over-aggressive play by darkening your dot on the map. The only way to make your visibility fade is by good behavior but if you keep killing innocent players and horses a bounty will be placed on your head, and NPC bounty hunters will track you down this also another new feature coming with the update. Another much-needed improvement is the ability to parlay with an entire posse because of course trolls run in gangs. Last but not least there some bug fixes and minor improvements as well as the introduction of daily challenges such as foraging for herbs, selling items at a Fence, hunting, and skinning animals, clearing hideouts, winning feuds and so much more that will reward players with gold nuggets and XP. Rockstar says it will continue to expand and evolve the challenges over time. Los Angeles Chargers player Jahleel Addae was proudly filmed by his white fiancée Lindsey Nelson toasting to “light skin kids” among a group of swirl friends. Might I add, there wasn’t a sista in sight. The video above was initially posted to Nelson’s Instagram story with the caption reading “Cheers to more light skin kids” in case their ovation wasn’t audible enough. Addae, who is Ghanian-American, is currently being dragged by Twitter and subsequently left the chat, as his Instagram account is now private. Now, for those who want to go on a love-whoever-you-want tangent, please note, the issue isn’t that he’s engaged to a white woman, it’s the underlying reasons indicated by his praise for a potential “light skin baby” (because being mixed doesn’t automatically equal a fair complexion) showcasing an inherent hate toward his own dark skin. Then there’s also those truth-telling Tweets unearthed on Twitter. Oscar nominee Regina King learned that first hand Wednesday night when she attended the Philadelphia Sixers vs New York Knicks game at Madison Square Garden. King was enjoying the game during the 3rd quarter, when 76ers star Joel Embiid chased down a pass and leaped straight over King’s head. He narrowly missed her, but did land on the statistician behind her, who was reportedly unharmed. Email Submit Michael Avenatti is a Los Angles based attorney and is representing a man who he claims worked with R. Kelly for years but has now become a whistleblower. The tape was reportedly handed over to the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Chicago last weekend by the whistleblower and is now under review. Avenatti to CNN that, “My client knows the identity of the girl and R. Kelly. He identified the two of them on the videotape. He worked for and has known R. Kelly for decades and he met the girl on a number of occasions,” Avenatti also tweeted this statement and documentation from his personal Twitter account: In response to press inquiries, attached is a stmt regarding our work on the R. Kelly matter since April, including the discovery of new critical video evidence establishing his guilt. Kelly in legal trouble back in February of 2002. The new tape is 42 minutes and 45 seconds and clearly shows a man that appears to be R. Kelly in two different “scenes” with what appears to be an underage girl. The young girl refers to her genitalia six times in the video as, “”14-year-old p***y.” The man in the video also can be heard saying the same thing. At one point the young girl can be heard calling him daddy and he asks her to urinate. She does and he urinates on her. CNN also reports that the video depicts a man who appears to be R. Kelly performing multiple sex acts with the girl. If you remember in the last case R. Kelly was adamant that it wasn’t him in the video. But there could be a clue in this video that may refute if he tries to deny it this time. The man in the video has a mole on the back of his neck. No word on if R. Kelly himself has a matching mole. Now, according to recent Grammy party pics , Chyna seems to be spending some quality time with Soulja Boy. Which, from a rational perspective, feels like… Why. But from a Blac Chyna perspective, it doesn’t feel strange at all. As a matter of fact, the two could probably be the poster couple for strange love. Soulja Boy recently made headlines for his dramatic visit to The Breakfast Club where he proclaimed his influence on music culture and especially Drake. Though there was some truth to his proclamations, his eccentric delivery made him go viral, almost to the point where it seemed like he planned the whole thing. Him and Blac Chyna could be a match made in heaven. Blac Chyna continually keeps herself in the headlines, sometimes for good reason, such as her revenge porn fiasco with Rob Kardashian . But then other times, you really have to think… This story is so bizarre, Chyna has to be seeking attention (or crying for help), like when Chyna promoted skin-lightening cream in Nigeria. Bill Cosby is having an “amazing experience” in prison apparently With recent talks about mass incarceration and prison reform, many folks across the country are having deep conversations about what justice looks like. Bill Cosby ‘s experience in prison is sure to stir the pot, especially since his lawyer, Andrew Wyatt , says Cosby is having an “amazing experience” behind bars. Wyatt spoke to WCAU-TV about Cosby’s time in maximum security at a facility near Philly. Cosby is serving up to ten years after being convicted of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand back in 2004. Wyatt said Cosby has high spirits while in prison, and he’s even talking to other inmates and encouraging them. “Despite the circumstances, he said, ‘This is an amazing experience,’” Wyatt said. “Mr. Cosby had prepared himself… He’s mentally strong. He’s just a strong man.” Wyatt and Cosby even maintained his innocence amidst sexual assault accusations from over 50 women. “When I visit him, it’s nothing sad about it,” Wyatt said. “He’s not sad. He’s not remorseful because he did nothing wrong.” Cosby’s “amazing experience” brings to question whether the women accusing him of rape really got the justice they needed. It’s a peculiar thought that might not have an answer right now, but one thing’s for certain… The strange times don’t stop.
YNW Melly , the Florida rap star who was set to appear at Warehouse Live at the end of the month has been arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder in connection with the October 2018 shooting deaths of two men described as the rapper’s close friends. Miramar, FL police tweeted that Melly, real name Jamell Demons shot and killed two men, Anthony Williams and Christopher Thomas Jr. and that Demons along with an associate, Cortlen Henry, staged the murder to resemble a drive-by shooting.
