Email Submit A developer is now suing Kimmy Cakes over her popular Kimoji app. David Liebensohn is claiming that he helped Kim initially build the application, but was then cut out of the profits. He is suing the soon-to-be mom of four for $100 million, citing breach of contact and fraud. SEE ALSO:  The Game Gets Super X-Rated About His Sex Life With Kim Kardashian In New Snippet [AUDIO] According to reports from TMZ , Liebensohn was behind an app called CensorOut, which helped to bring his team to the Kardashian’s attention. The developer claims that Kim agreed to cut their company in for a hefty 60 percent of Kimoji back in 2014. He then goes on to say that he was left off of the trademark paperwork for the sake of expedience, but it was supposedly understood that the product was a joint venture. Liebensohn goes on to claim that Kim backed out of their deal in August of 2014, supposedly because one of Liebensohn’s partners shared her personal information. He also adds that Kim supposedly attempted to get him to back away from this lawsuit via a team of lawyers, but he’s still doing everything in his power to get that nine-figure settlement. Kim has kept the Kimoji money coming in strong with different ventures, including her incredibly popular Kimoji Hearts fragrance line, which alone netted the star $10 million. Barneys in Chicago shut down early on Monday (Feb. 11) to allow Corley to shop to her heart’s delight. PageSix reports : Ahead of the holiday on Thursday, Chance had Barneys Chicago close early on Monday so that his fiancée, Kirsten Corley, could have the place to herself as she went on a shopping spree. As Corley shopped until she presumably dropped, Chance kept himself busy by dancing to the mind-numbing tune “Baby Shark,” as one does. Corley left with four extra-large shopping bags and four garment bags filled with clothing, shoes and accessories, a source told Page Six. The couple enjoyed bite-sized sandwiches, Champagne and macaroons while shopping. Chance, 25, shared some videos of their exclusive experience on his Instagram Stories, where he showed off the empty store and their snacks. The fact that the rapper has pseudo-beef with Tyga makes it all the more likely since he’s shown his petty knows no bounds. XXXTentacion Excluded From Grammys’ “In Memoriam” Segment Due To Violent Past: Report

Source: Miami Herald / Getty XXXTentacion was noticeably left out of the 2019 Grammys’ “In Memoriam” segment over the weekend. It seems the Recording Academy caught wind of the rappers’ violent past and decided against including him. “According to a source, representatives for the late rapper requested repeatedly that the Recording Academy recognize the artist, whose ‘Sad!’ was one of the most consumed songs of 2018,” Variety states. “But because of the rapper’s history of domestic violence, the show opted not to include him alongside such acts as Avicii and Mac Miller.” At the time of his death XXXTentacion had been prepping for trial following accusations that he beat his pregnant ex-girlfriend . Additionally, he was facing charges for witness tampering and harassment. A tape, in which he confesses to a crap load of violence,  leaked  in October. Back in December, Recording Academy president Neil Portnow responded to Rolling Stone ‘s question about whether or not XXXTentacion would be included in their “In Memoriam” segment. “I will tell you it’s a daunting challenge. We track those that we lose in our industry in any given year and then we have a process by which we go through it. Our on-air in memoriam — we’re lucky if we wind up [featuring] 10 to 15 percent of those we lose,” he told the publication. “Because it’s always hard choices. All of that is to say, I don’t have any answers for you now, but obviously artists who were prominent and well-known by the public are people who are recognized and we’ll just wind up having to see how it plays out.” Was it the right call? According to TMZ ,  Usher , Rich the Kid and their entourage members were attacked Tuesday afternoon in broad daylight at the Westlake Recording Studio, in West Hollywood. Usher was in the studio, but not hurt while Rich the Kid was outside the studio during the robbery. However, multiple entourage members were attacked during the one thing, with one being pistoled whipped. Reportedly, multiple shots were fired as one of the assailants was running away. L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies are currently on the scene and investigating. This story is developing, we will keep you updated as more details become available.
