The baller reportedly popped the question to his girlfriend and former Basketball Wives star Hazel Renee, but how the world found out about the news is just as exciting as their engagement news itself. After a pre-game practice, Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr revealed to reporters, “The time’s been great. A nice change of pace during the middle of the season, especially in mid-January. Beautiful weather here, and a lot of guys have brought family members. Draymond got engaged. A lot of great stuff.” Rumblings of Draymond dating Hazel first sufaced back in October of 2017 and at that time, Green had to dispel rumors that he was allegedly cheated on his baby mama-to-be with her. But whatever their relationship status was at the time, it looks like things are going strong now. Neither Draymond nor Hazel has confirmed or addressed Steve Kerr’s statement about their engagement–but there’s a pretty good chance the guy knows what he’s talking about. Congrats to the happy couple!

Last week Hov and Bey attended a surprise dinner for Kareem “Biggs” Burke’s 45th birthday at Avra Beverly Hills. The celebratory get together had an all star list of celebrities in the house including Diddy, N.O.R.E., former NBA player Al Harrington, Saint Jhn, Mr. Rugs and Emory “Vegas” Jones. While The Carters apparently stayed for the festivities they made sure to take another route for their exit. According to the gossip rag’s sources “they snuck out through the back as the other guests made their way to the front to distract the paparazzi.” Humbled by the turnout Burke took to his Instagram to give his sincere thanks. “The Love is real!! One of the many people involved in the scam was rapper Ja Rule who can be seen in both docs excited about the festival that never was. He recently broke his silence, blasting both documentaries on Twitter. Hulu paid convicted fraudster Billy McFarland, and an undisclosed amount of money for an on-camera interview and Netflix’s doc was co-produced by Jerry Media better known as the Fuck Jerry group who helped market the festival. Ja Rule wasted no time shifting any blame thrown his way and directed it towards his former business partner stating he has “receipts, “pointed out those issues with the docs and made himself to look like a victim as well stating he lost “plenty” of money. Well, then again, there was that little tiff they got into after Kandi appeared on The Real post Tamar’s firing leading to Tamar unfollowing her on Instagram. But according to both ladies, it may be a little deeper than we originally thought. Despite going on tour together last year, Tamar revealed, she and Kandi’s relationship is a bit strained. “She just never really liked me like that,” Tamar revealed in a confessional for Celebrity Big Brother. However, Kandi has a different story. According to Kandi, while on tour, Tamar invited a guest on the tour who had said negative things about Kandi and the rest of Xscape. Aha! Now we remember. Source: Kevin Winter / Getty Hours after he was released from custody in Paris, Chris Brown went on the offensive regarding allegations that he raped a 24-year-old model . He’s planning to sue her for defamation. Brown’s Parisian lawyer, Raphael Chiche told the press, “Chris Brown is free. No lawsuits were filed against him. He vigorously challenges the charges against him. A complaint for slanderous denunciation will be filed tomorrow with the public prosecutor of Paris.” Brown alleges that he was set up by the woman as she claimed that Brown took her to his hotel in Paris and violently sexually assaulted her. According to Brown, he never was alone with the woman and only played music from his iPhone while in the living room of the suite, while 20 other people were present. Brown was released on Tuesday and the investigation is still ongoing. With Brown being released and able to leave the country, authorities may believe there are some discrepancies in the women’s case.
Chris Brown is speaking out about his rape allegations. He and two people on his team have been released from jail in Paris. Closer magazine reported that the singer allegedly raped a 24 year old unknown woman on January 15th. He’s free to leave the country but the case is not closed yet. The couple were seen celebrating at the surprise birthday party for Biggs Burke, Hov’s former Roc-A-Fella partner, in a private area at Avra Beverly Hills Saturday night, but the couple managed to avoid cameras when they left. According to Page Six reports: “they snuck out through the back as the other guests made their way to the front to distract the paparazzi.” Our sources tell us the lavish dinner was hosted by Burke’s publicist and business partner Simone King who partnered with Avra and managed to get the restaurant to drape off their section and avoid cameras. We’re told the dinner was an intimate affair filled with love, laughs and beautiful speeches to Biggs Burke honoring him on his birthday. The dining table was decked out with beautiful roses from Venus et fleur. Besides, Jay Z and Beyonce, the guest list included Kelly Rowland, Diddy, former NBA player Al Harrington, singer Saint Jhn, music manager Gee Robinson, rapper/podcaster, Noreaga, Tyrina Lee, Brandon Jennings and Emory Jones.
