I know I don’t. At some point, you have to be ready to graduate. Thirty-five, that’s just a number in my mind.” “I heard him say that, but I’ll believe it when it happens,” says Rich Kleiman, his business partner. Durant currently has 20,913 career points and is on pace to challenge Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s all time regular season scoring record of 38,387. However, Durant claims that the record is not on his mind. “Because it’s not about the record,” Durant said Friday. “I can leave the game knowing I did everything I wanted to do, my way, on my terms. That’s how I want to leave the game. And if I happen to have all these accolades and these accomplishments, then that’s cool. If not, I’m still cool.”

Source: Jeff Kravitz / Getty GZA is arguably hip hop’s smartest rapper. With complex rhymes, a vocabulary straight out of the dictionary, and broad scientific knowledge , the Wu-Tang Clan co-founder is always schooling folks no matter where he is. So it comes as no surprise that the New York spitter was caught on camera performing a music set, but also handling a chess game…AT THE SAME DAMN TIME. In one video, he can be seen rapping “Wu-Tang Clan Ain’t Nuthing ta F*ck Wit” while making a move on the chess board. In another clip, it seems he’s playing during a break. Bro @TheRealGZA was challenged to PLAY CHESS from the crowd and he did it while rapping his set pic.twitter.com/Fw6Ho0kymf — Frak (@FrakTheMC) June 10, 2018 Your fav could never. GZA’s efforts are not surprising considering he’s a well known chess fan. Even the reissue of his classic album Liquid Swords included a full-sized wooden chess set . Now I’m not saying your favorite rapper has to be a genius, but come on…GZA is setting the bar pretty high.

Regular folks aren’t the only ones confused by the rebranding. Restaurants are dragging IHOP by their edges too. A t least two undocumented immigrants recently detained by U.S. immigration agents have killed themselves before their deportations were complete, underscoring the latest worrisome aspect of the growing humanitarian crisis caused by America’s immigration policies. And while the popular narrative has been that only Latinos have been punished for trying to enter the U.S. illegally, an increasing number of Black and brown migrants have also been on the receiving end of the country’s harsh immigration policies. In the most recent instance of this troubling trend, an Eritrean man seeking asylum in the U.S. out of “fear of returning to his country” had his request denied before he killed himself in transit back to his native country, the Associated Press reported . Zeresenay Ermias Testfatsion hanged himself in a detention area at Cairo International Airport while waiting for a connecting flight to, Eritrea which has been fighting a civil war with neighboring country Ethiopia for nearly two decades.
