The announcement in court was met with cheer from onlookers. A$AP is free to leave Sweden while they await a verdict, which is expected August 14. The other 2 defendants are also released and free to leave. Prosecutors had asked that Rocky, who’s spent a month in jail, remain there because he was a flight risk, but the judges disagreed. Reading between the lines, the fact that the judges are letting him leave the country may be a sign he won’t be found guilty. D uring the first Democratic debate, Sen. Kamala Harris went viral for holding Joe Biden accountable for comments about segregationists and his policy on bussing. Now, the tables have turned and Harris took a blow in the polls. Sanders, Booker, Buttigeg, Booker, O’Rourke and Yang all remained the same. Warren went from 13 to 15 percent. Biden went from 31 to 32 percent. Harris’ drop could be due to the attack by Tulsi Gabbard . The Congresswoman from Hawaii said, “Now Senator Harris says she’s proud of her record as a prosecutor and that she’ll be a prosecutor president. But I’m deeply concerned about this record. There are too many examples to cite but she put over 1,500 people in jail for marijuana violations and then laughed about it when she was asked if she ever smoked marijuana.” She continued, “She blocked evidence — she blocked evidence that would have freed an innocent man from death row until the courts forced her to do so. She kept people in prison beyond their sentences to use them as cheap labor for the state of California.” Harris tried to defend herself but Gabbard continued, “The bottom line is, Senator Harris, when you were in a position to make a difference and an impact in these people’s lives, you did not. When Biden tried to distance himself from Obama’s immigration policies, Booker went in, “You can’t have it both ways. You invoke President Obama more than anybody in this campaign. And the second thing that this really irks me because I heard the vice president say that if you got a PhD., you can come right into this country. Source: Michael Campanella / Getty Swedish prosecutors have it in for A$AP Rocky . Reportedly, they want the Harlem rapper to serve 6-months in jail for his part in a brawl in Stockholm. The “Goldie” rapper insists he was acting self-defense. According to TMZ , the crux of the prosecution’s case is that A$AP Rocky hurled a bottle at the victim. However, witnesses say they never saw the rapper throw a bottle, although he admitted picking it up. Because of the bottle, prosecutors have requested to the judges that A$AP to do at least 6-months in jail. The sentence won’t be handed down for another week or so. Also, once again Donald Trump has tried to intervene , allegedly sending a letter requesting A$AP and his co-d’s be moved to a hotel. The letter is unprecedented, and the court rejected it. We get the feeling time served would have been more than enough if this was Aeson Rock. And you know why. A$AP’s mother, Renee Black (pictured above), has been in attendance during the trial.

He also spoke about an alleged video that could have shown him hitting the victim with a bottle but A$AP claims that video doesn’t exist because he didn’t use the bottle as a weapon. via TMZ Rocky took the stand and admitted he and his crew “jumped” the alleged victim … but only after they threw punches at his bodyguard. The attorneys focused on a bottle A$AP was holding as he tried to stave the alleged victim away. He insisted, “I didn’t break any bottles,” but conceded his crew picked up bottles to “get them out of there.” He also said, “You got to realize my life is very unique and particular. I’ve been stabbed in the face and my home has been robbed at gunpoint twice. That’s why I have security.” This was in response to why he picked up the bottle. Rocky said his bodyguard tried various “tactics” to get the 2 guys away, to no avail. He says his bodyguard was trying to protect him but insists he didn’t “beat up the alleged victim.” TMZ posted video where you see the bodyguard pick the alleged victim up by his neck. Source: FatCamera / Getty A DeKalb County school in Atlanta, GA recently found itself in hot water after a post surfaced online of a sign that depicted appropriate haircuts and inappropriate haircuts for black students. The woman who posted it called out Narvie Harris Elementary School for the post calling it shameful and a hit on self-expression, but the post also seems a bit racist. Haircuts like mohawks and designs etched into the hair was deemed not acceptable. County officials have stated that the images did not reflect the districts grooming policy and the matter is being handled, but parents are still quite outraged. Click here to see the post. Source: Infinity Ward / Activision Today (August 1), Infinity Ward and Activision unveiled the multiplayer mode for the upcoming “reboot” of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and boy does it look GOOD. With fans of the ridiculously popular first-person shooter franchise already hyped after seeing the story mode trailer , today’s reveal during the big live stream event in Los Angeles definitely has them salivating. In the 3:02 clip we are pleased to learn that Killstreaks are returning and they are not the same old ones we are used to from previous titles. We also get a glimpse of the new maps players will battle it out on for COD dominance. During the event, Infinity Ward discussed the many changes players can expect when they play the game. The reimagined version of Modern Warfare will be scrapping symmetrical three-lane maps we were used to in favor of more open-ended stages. Developers also revealed there will be deep weapon customization in the game. Gone is the Pick 10 system with players now able to customize weapons with up to 60 attachments. Game loadouts will now allow combatants to carry both a lethal and tactical grenades, two guns and equip three perks. A “Ground War” mode is also coming to Modern Warfare’s multiplayer that will allow up to 100+ players to take part in the action. It wasn’t shown during today’s event. This news followed the reveal of the games new 2V2 “Gunfight” mode back in July. Activision also spilled the beans on upcoming Beta with PlayStation 4 owners getting first dibs beginning September 12-13 (early access) and September 14-16 (Open beta). As announced previously, Modern Warfare will allow all the consoles to play nice with each other introducing cross-play to the franchise. Early access for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 owners begins September 19-20 with the open beta kicking off September 21-23. Fans have been patiently waiting for the follow-up to Rick Ross’ debut album Port Of Miami since it was first released back in 2006. According to WJLA, authorities said the burglary was reported on Saturday, July 27, at 3:40 a.m. at the home located in the 2000 block of Madison Avenue. At this time, police don’t know if any property was taken. Hours after the report was made, President Trump criticized Cummings and the City of Baltimore on Twitter.
