You hear one of the people in the fight say, “I’m ready to go to jail tonight.” That person seems to also reference a Southern California gang. Just before the fight breaks out, you hear someone in the video talk about disrespecting family. You see a woman spit on the guy in pink and all hell breaks loose. One of the people charged — 35-year-old Avery Robinson (the guy in pink) was hit with 5 felonies for allegedly beating up his girlfriend. He’s charged with domestic battery and assault with a deadly weapon. And, since his kid was in the middle of the fight, along with 3 other children, he’s also been charged with child abuse and endangerment. Now, the A$AP Mob star has been charged with criminal assault and faces up to two years in jail. TMZ reports : A$AP Rocky has just been charged with a crime after spending weeks in a Swedish jail … prosecutors just hit him with Assault Causing Actual Bodily Harm stemming from a street brawl in the country’s capital .. and if convicted he could spend 2 years behind bars. The prosecutor said A$AP will continue to be held in jail pending a trial … and the trial date has not been set, although it could be today. A rep for the prosecutor tells TMZ the trial will be held within the next 2 weeks. The prosecutor expects the trial will last 3 days. Two members of Rocky’s crew have also been charged with the same crime and they will also be held pending trial. The Swedish prosecutor just boasted he had access to more information than people on the internet. He said he’s reviewed video and also talked to witnesses, and determined the claims by Rocky and his 2 crew members of self defense and provocation didn’t hold water, despite the fact the alleged victim is the one who unrelentingly harassed and attacked Rocky and his crew first. The prosecutor in the case said in an update that he does not intend to seek the full two-year sentence but the final ruling ultimately comes down to what gets revealed in the upcoming trial. — Photo: Getty

The setting is San Diego, in case you forgot, and the episode begins with them settling into their house for the weekend. There’s a lot of tension in the room when they start to gather. Evelyn isn’t cool with Jenn, OG isn’t cool with Malaysia or Kristen, and Shaunie thinks it’s a good idea to get everyone together for dinner. Evelyn is adamant that she’s not going to dinner because Jennifer is going, and so is Jenn’s friend, Dominique, who Evelyn also accused of talking smack about her. It’s just a bunch of negative energy. There’s even a moment where the entire group inevitably gets together and Jackie says they need to get rid of the elephant in the room. Evelyn tries to get Jenn to own up to the things she said about her daughter…again. Obviously, this goes all the way left. Jenn doesn’t own up to anything…again, and they get to going back and forth…again. Jenn says some slick ish that sets Evelyn off. Evelyn threatens Jenn, surprise surprise. Evelyn even fake tries to fight Jenn. Basketball Wives security ain’t Love and Hip-Hop status but this time they actually do hold Evelyn back. Evelyn throws water on Jenn, Jenn throws water on Evelyn, nothing gets resolved. Look, Evelyn is going to have to move on. Jenn is probably never going to admit to talking about Shaniece. In fact, Jennifer reiterates that she never said anything malicious about Shaniece, even though Malaysia, Jackie, and Shaunie all heard it. Then Evelyn directs her anger toward Dominique, and they almost get into it too but security stops them. Let’s fast forward a bit. Now Jenn is with Dominique, Shaunie, Jackie, and OG talking about her mother again aka deflecting. She’s also talking about how she has no one and how they’re supposed to be a sisterhood and that she doesn’t feel the sisterhood again. Then, waterworks. Like, sobbing . This is emotional manipulation but it’s working. The rest of them believe Jenn is being genuine. Not that she’s not hurting, because she probably is, but this has nothing to do with her owning up to the things she said. Just when you’re about to finally give up, for real, for real, Jenn says she “May have said some things, and that she apologizes if she ever offended anyone.” This is the closest thing to an admission that Evelyn is going to get. Jackie and Shaunie think this is a breakthrough, so they tell Jenn to come to the group dinner and tell Evelyn exactly what she just told them. Shaunie runs and tells Evelyn about the conversation with Jennifer and how Jennifer says she’s lonely, etc. Evelyn comes to tears because she’s struggling to move forward with Jennifer knowing that Jenn won’t own up to her stuff, and this is exhausting. Shaunie tells Evelyn the apology is coming. Now we’re at dinner. Jackie puts Jennifer on the spot and asks if she’s ready to apologize. Jenn says she thinks she has done that already. Guess what? Issa backtrack! Jenn, in her confessional, says she’s not talking about it at the table in front of women this has nothing to do with. This makes sense, but she said something to the contrary earlier, so now Jackie and Shaunie are confused and annoyed and they feel like Jenn lied to them, as if they didn’t already know who they were dealing with. Again, Jenn’s emotional manipulation fooled them. Things take a surprising turn when Jenn finally gets Evelyn alone the next day and actually apologizes. It’s still a kinda-sorta apology to the tune of being s orry for anything she may have said that was negative about Shaniece and for making Evelyn and Shaniece feel as if she doesn’t love them. Evelyn comes to tears and says Shaniece considered Jenn like an aunt so she doesn’t understand what she did to Jenn that was so bad that she’d do what she did. Jenn gives Evelyn a hug and says she doesn’t want to fight with her and that she’s sorry. An actual, “Sorry!” Finally. They finally agree to move forward. The drama stops there for this episode but it picks up next week when OG reveals to Feby that she found out about her diss track, and also mentions that she could kill her with her bare hands but won’t. According to E! , the network announced that Williams will executive produce the movie about her life. It will show the ups and downs of the controversial media personality, from her dishing celebrity news to getting involved in scandal herself . In a statement, Lifetime explained: “The authorized project provides a revealing look at Wendy’s journey, from her scrappy upstart days in urban radio to the success of her own syndicated talk show. Despite all the naysayers and obstacles Wendy encountered throughout her life, her strength and determination have allowed her to thrive.” The script will be penned by Leigh Davenport, who is a writer on the BET series Boomerang. A documentary on Wendy’s life will accompany the flick. Meanwhile, if you’re a fan of the TBS series The Last O.G., a legend in comedy T.V. has been brought on to lead the show. According to Shadow and Act , Keenen Ivory Wayans will serve as the showrunner for the third season, meaning he’ll have the biggest say on how the story and comedy carries out. “I’m thrilled and excited to be working with such a great cast, team of producers and reuniting with Tracy Morgan,” said Wayans. “Together we’re all going to take the show to the next level.” The show, which stars Tracy Morgan and Tiffany Haddish , ended its second season with Tray (Morgan) in between jobs with dreams of being a chef and Shay (Haddish) pursuing a fascinating business venture. Wayans is best known for his groundbreaking show In Living Color , which boosted the careers of several actors, including Jamie Fox and Jim Carrey . Wayans also directed hits like Scary Movie, Scary Movie 2 and White Chicks. “We can’t wait to see where Keenen takes this series next,” said Brett Weitz, general manager of TNT, TBS and truTV. “It’s honestly a dream scenario to work with one of the true trailblazers of social humor; he’s the perfect fit for The Last O.G.”

According to Murphy, she didn’t know Fuqua and Lela Rochon were still married, and was giving him a friendly kiss, which would of course contradict him being a family friend. In a statement to TMZ , Murphy apologizes to her family and Lela for her behavior. “Without going into the entire situation, I want to apologize to my family, and to Lela and the Fuqua family for what transpired,” she said. “It was not my intention to be in this situation. I do not condone women kissing or interacting in anyway inappropriately with a married man. I too was once married and I would never intentionally undermine another woman, despite what has been written.” Murphy originally told LoveBScott , she and Fuqua were exchanging a “friendly” kiss between “family friends.” Clearly, there’s some lies being told from both parties. Neither Lela or Antoine have responded to the leaked photos, but Lela did delete her social media. And just when you thought it couldn’t get any messier, Lisa Raye and Da Brat stepped into the conversation accusing Murphy of trying to get with Lisa’s ex-husband.
