The Atlanta-based rapper is currently awaiting a court date to resolve his status and ability to travel abroad but at the moment isn’t allowed to leave the United States to do one of the more financially significant portions of his profession. TMZ reports : As TMZ reported … Savage was arrested in Atlanta back in February and placed in ICE custody. Turns out he entered the U.S. legally from the UK back in 2005, but his visa expired and he’s been here illegally for years. The rapper wasn’t even able to get a work permit for 8 months, which meant he couldn’t work domestically. He finally got one last month, so at least now he can work in the U.S. … but traveling out of the country is out of the question until he gets things cleared up with immigration. The outlet adds that immigration courts in Atlanta have been besieged by a record number of cases, causing an effectual logjam of sorts. The woman, who claimed she left her husband, was indeed very much still married and even said that the baby boy wasn’t fathered by Howery but tests proved otherwise. TMZ reports that Howery, 39, says that a woman named LeChez Davis claimed that he was the father of her son and also granted the boy his last name. However, it’s come out in court documents that Davis was still married to her husband which she claimed was a done deal, and also painted the picture that the son was actually his and not Howery’s. After a paternity test, it’s come out that Howery is indeed the father of the boy and discovered that Davis didn’t give the child his last name and instead used the husband’s last name on the birth certificate. As a result, Howery is demanding sole custody of his son citing a “nefarious scheme replete with concealment, misrepresentations and deception in an attempt to defraud.” Howery is currently awaiting a ruling on the matter. — Photo: WENN

Mackie wed his childhood sweetheart in 2014 in a low key ceremony and kept it even quieter when the marriage came to a halt. According to TMZ reports , Mackie filed for divorce in late 2017 and finalized things last year. Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ that the split was amicable. Cuba Gooding Jr. is back in court after another woman has accused the actor of touching her inappropriately. According to published reports, an unnamed individual claims that Gooding touched “intimate parts” at a Manhattan nightclub last year. The latest accusation follows two other incidents of groping against the actor for which he was charged. Charges include “grabbing a woman’s breast” at a bar in New York City and “pinching the buttocks” of a woman at a nightclub. As previously reported , Cuba Gooding Jr. appeared in court last month pleading not guilty to a four-count misdemeanor indictment charging him with inappropriate conduct involving two women. Prosecutors revealed in court that they want to use allegations from another 12 accusers against him to assist with showing his “character” during the trial. “Defendant’s past behavior shows that he routinely approaches women while at bars or nightclubs with whom he has limited or no prior interaction, and touches them inappropriately,” prosecutors argued in court papers obtained by Vulture . “His prior acts demonstrate that his contacts with their intimate parts are intentional, not accidental, and that he is not mistaken about their lack of consent.” The uncharged allegations against Gooding include forcible biting, licking, and kissing on some 12 occasions since 2001. Gooding is not charged in relation to these other 12 accusers, and a judge will decide later whether prosecutors can use their allegations in court. Gooding pleaded not guilty to the third charge of groping. The official charges for the incident are the same as the previous two including, forcible touching and third-degree sexual abuse. A call came in about the fight over the chicken sandwich around 7 p.m. When officers arrived at the scene, they found a man in the parking lot suffering from stab wounds. Gotti addressed the situation directly with Williams live on her show, saying: “Ashanti is not a homewrecker, guys,” he went on. “Ashanti had nothing to do with me and Deb. Deb caught me when I was directing ‘I Cry’ in Baltimore. Deb, being the vicious person she is, she came down unannounced, ‘I’m Mrs. Lorenzo, give me the room key.’ The door was latched, but she knows I’m in there. That’s what broke me and Deb up.” Irv went on to say he and Deb had been separated and added that Williams didn’t want to be hypocritical seeing as how she had been out in these skreets zippin’ and zooin’ before finalizing her own divorce.
