In an update, SZA (who was shopping for Fenty Beauty products at the time of the incident), received a gift card from Rihanna . “Lmao Sandy Sephora location 614 Calabasas called security to make sure I wasn’t stealing. We had a long talk. U have a blessed day Sandy,” SZA tweeted on April 30, adding “Can a b*tch cop her fenty in peace er whut?” Lmao Sandy Sephora location 614 Calabasas called security to make sure I wasn’t stealing . Source: Epic Games/Nick Chester Back in December of 2018, the World Health Organization was considerin g adding “gaming disorder” to its list of recognized illnesses, and now the organization officially has decided to go on ahead with the move. Could the Fortnite craze be to blame for all of this? Sure does look like the game is a contributor to this problem. If you are one of those people whose video game playing takes up their entire day, neglect to do routine things like eat and gets highly upset when you take an L you have a severe problem. The 11th revision of WHO’s International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD-11) has officially placed “gaming disorder” next to “gambling disorder” in its list “due to addictive behaviors” the disorder brings. The “gaming disorder” addition on the list includes both offline and online gaming that points out habits that can either be both continuous or episodic and is described as such: “Impaired control over gaming […], increasing priority given to gaming to the extent that gaming takes precedence over other life interests and daily activities, and continuation or escalation of gaming despite the occurrence of negative consequences.” In addition to “gaming disorder,” another entry included is “hazardous gaming” as “factor” that could influence a persons health status. “Hazardous gaming refers to a pattern of gaming, either online or offline, that appreciably increases the risk of harmful physical or mental health consequences to the individual or to others around this individual.” “The increased risk may be from the frequency of gaming, from the amount of time spent on these activities, from the neglect of other activities and priorities, from risky behaviors associated with gaming or its context, from the adverse consequences of gaming, or from the combination of these.” You cannot be diagnosed with both illnesses according to WHO. As you can imagine the video game playing community is not too happy about the news. Reps from the global video game industry which includes US, Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, South Africa, and Brazil all want WHO to hit the pause button and change its decision. In a statement, the gaming industry feels WHO reached their decision without “sufficiently robust evidence” and is “concerned [WHO] reached their conclusion without the consensus of the academic community.” Despite the decision to include “gaming disorder” on the list being agreed upon, it doesn’t go into effect until January 1, 2022. So there is still time for the gaming community to make its case to get them to not go through with the decision. — Photo: Epic Games/Nick Chester

She told Hollywood Life in a new interview that they have their own family reality series coming up, among a few other big opportunities. “A few things are in the works that I’m excited about,” she said. “The one thing I can talk about is Adam [Housley, 47, Tamera’s husband] and I are working on a YouTube/digital reality series about our family which we are very excited about.” Text “RICKEY” to 71007 to join the Rickey Smiley Morning Show mobile club for exclusive news. Tamera claimed that one of the reasons her husband departed the conservative network was because of how people on it were focused on sharing everything but the facts. “The issue with a lot of these opinionated shows is I feel like they’re more focused on riling people up with the state of their opinion instead of reporting the news, you know what I mean?” Sign Up For Our Newsletter! That’s what his very own son, Marquise Jackson, 21, claimed in the comments section of a birthday tribute for sister Mia Jaè on May 23. The 43-year-old rapper and his son have blasted one another on social media in the past. Source: Johnny Nunez / Getty Remy Ma is in a heap of trouble after being accused of putting hands on a former Love & Hip Hop: New York castmate . The Bronx rapper caught four charges in the assault case against her. Reports TMZ : Prosecutors filed 4 charges against the rapper Friday — 2 counts of assault in the third degree, 1 count of aggravated harassment in the second degree, and 1 count of harassment in the second degree … all of which are misdemeanors. The charges stem from an incident in April, in which Remy allegedly punched the “Love & Hip Hop: New York” star in the right eye while backstage at the Pretty Lou Benefit Concert at Irving Plaza in NYC. She was initially booked for misdemeanor assault after turning herself in … but prosecutors have now made the multiple charges official. Here’s what’s interesting … Remy’s attorney, Dawn Florio, tells TMZ that prosecutors have updated the time in which they claim the attack went down, from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM. We’re told they still do not have any video of the alleged attack. Remy claims she wasn’t at Irving Plaze at the time of the fade delivery, but the updated timing may change that alibi. Word is Remy was offered a deal of pleading guilty to just the assault in the third degree charge in exchange for no time and taking an anger management. If it doesn’t mean she’s going back to the bing, it’s a safe bet she’s going to take the deal. As for Brittney Taylor who caught the eye jammie and is surely suinb, why talk ish then run tell that when your mouth gets you in trouble, allegedly. Jusy saying
P ursuing a career in the military comes with several sacrifices. Individuals who make the brave decision to serve often miss out on the major life milestones experienced by their loved ones. After being away from his family for nearly a decade, U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Anthony Tillman gave his daughter a special gift by surprising her on stage at her high school graduation, Good Morning America reported. Soldier surprises his daughter at her high school graduation ceremony in Florida after not seeing her for years. https://t.co/Gt5mYNPWJE pic.twitter.com/JBuZN6Vc7C — Good Morning America (@GMA) May 25, 2019 Sgt. Tillman has been in the Army for 18 years. He served in Iraq and was most recently stationed in Korea. Due to his deployment, the only interaction that he had with his family was through FaceTime. With his daughter Kayla’s high school graduation on the horizon, he was unsure if he would be able to be present for the special moment. After returning to his station in Fort Benning, Georgia, attending the commencement ceremony became more of a reality. Tillman initially told his daughter that he wouldn’t make it to the graduation, but little did she know he was planning on driving 600 miles from Fort Benning to Fort Lauderdale for the ceremony. He worked with the school administrators to organize the unforgettable moment for Kayla. Right after she received her diploma, he surprised her on stage. The St. Thomas Aquinas High School commencement ceremony turned into a heartwarming father-daughter reunion before 524 graduates and their loved ones. “When they started playing the graduation music, tears just started coming down my eyes because right then and there I realized how much of her life I’d missed,” he told the news outlet. “I didn’t realize the stuff my kids were going through by me not being there physically. It was rough on her and I’m proud that she finished school while dealing with the fact that her dad was in the Army and not there like her friends’ dads were. For the situation we were in, I’m so proud of her.” Kayla—who will attend college in Louisiana—was overcome with emotion when she saw her dad on stage. She said that being reunited with her father made the pinnacle of her high school experience so much more special. Sgt. Tillman is slated to be stationed in Georgia for the next few years and plans on spending a lot of time with his children. Dionne Warwick is an absolute legend and one of the first black women singers who paved the way for legends like Beyonce to flourish. However, her recent comments on what makes someone iconic has rubbed the Beyhive the wrong way and an uncivil war has erupted on these here internets. Text “RICKEY” to 71007 to join the Rickey Smiley Morning Show mobile club for exclusive news. ( Terms and conditions ). During an interview with ESSENCE , Warwick had this to say: “It’s wonderful to see how she’s been able to create what and who she wanted to be and who she is…very proud of that, I really am. Now, sustaining and becoming a big icon that Gladys Knight, or Patti LaBelle, or Johnny Mathis, or Frank Sinatra, or Sammy Davis Jr. is? I doubt that, I really do. And I love her to death and can appreciate her talent. But that iconic status that I just mentioned, those four names? [She has] a long read [ahead].” This, of course, was taken as shade because she didn’t bow down and kiss Bey’s ring. However, she took to Twitter to clarify in a now-deleted tweet that read: “What I said is in quotes. What @Essence said is not. It takes a long time to reach and achieve iconic status. Source: Bryan Bedder / Getty People give millennials a lot of crap, just for being alive — but they can’t deny the fact that we’ve created everything that can be deemed as cool today. From social networks, to streaming services, to terms like “lit”…we did that! Another thing Gen Y is solely responsible for is the beauty and art that is binge watching television. Gone are the days when we were okay with waiting an entire week to see the latest episode of our favorite shows. These days, when a series makes fans wait that long for the new episode, they lose tons of viewers. And to think, this all started with the meteoric rise of the DVD player. Once shows started making their way to DVD, you got to watch it over and over as many times as you please! Why do you think most millennials know the dialogue to their favorite shows like the back of their hand. Once the DVD, along came TiVO. With TiVO, you could record some of your favorite shows while you’re not home, just that it can be there waiting for you like a passionate lover once you return. But even TiVo didn’t have the bandwidth in its early days to keep up when streaming services became a thing. Sure, cable networks like HBO had their full series available to watch whenever you want, but you’d still have to wait a week for the new episode to air in order to truly binge. But once Netflix launched in 1998 as the world’s first online DVD rental store, it was a wrap for the television game. Binge watching has become such a staple in the culture that streaming services drop full series all at once, just to give viewers the opportunity to obsessively soak it all in on their own personal time table. But before we were binging Orange Is The New Black and Breaking bad, there were plenty of shows from the late 90’s and early 2000’s that didn’t get their “binge” just due. Hit the flip to check em out.
