The 26-year-old rapper was born in the London borough of Newham to British parents, according to a birth certificate obtained by CNN . ICE says he came to the States at age 12 in July 2005, but didn’t leave under the terms of his nonimmigrant visa. His visa expired in 2006. He’s going a step further by hiring attorney Alex Spiro to assist with his case. “We are not going to stop until he is released, bonded out or in front of a judge,” said Spiro. “What we have here is someone who overstayed their Visa with an application pending for 4 years – not a convicted criminal that needs to be detained and removed but, by all accounts a wonderful person, father, and entertainer who has a marijuana offense which was vacated and sealed.” 21 Savage apparently had a visa permit pending for four years before he reapplied for U Visa in 2017. Raphael Samuel of Mumbai, India is suing his parents for giving birth to him because they didn’t ask for his consent. The 27-year-old (yes, 27) is an ‘anti-natalist,’ who believes parents don’t have the right to give birth to a child who has not agreed to being born. Samuel apparently has a great relationship with his parents telling The Print , “I love my parents, and we have a great relationship, but they had me for their joy and their pleasure.” He continues saying, “My life has been amazing, but I don’t see why I should put another life through the rigmarole of school and finding a career, especially when they didn’t ask to exist.” Samuel is urging people to ask their parents for an explanation as to why they chose to have children. Fortunately, Instagram allows its users to “unsend” a message, as long as the recipient hasn’t opened it yet and moving forward, Facebook will give you a 10-minute grace period to “remove” messages you sent another user. Obviously, you should still think twice before you hit the “send” button, but at least you’ve got a chance to fix any future lapses in judgment. Mashable reports: “Facebook Messenger is finally rolling out the unsend button it promised nearly a year ago. The feature is in the latest version of the Messenger app on iOS and Android, Facebook said Tuesday.” “In order to exercise your newfound message deletion powers” the site explains, “all you have to do is tap on a message in a conversation and select ‘remove.’ The app will then ask if you want to remove the message for everyone or just for you (the latter keeps the message visible to other participants, while hiding it from your view). There is, however, one important catch: you only have a 10-minute window to delete your messages. Once ten minutes have elapsed, you’re stuck with your embarrassing typo-ridden messages forever.” According to the site, Facebook started working on the new feature last April after “it was reported that a number of Zuckerberg’s old Facebook messages had mysteriously disappeared from the recipients’ inboxes years after the fact”…the same could be said for a number of executives. In a statement to Tech Crunch , the company issued an explanation, saying “After Sony Pictures’ emails were hacked in 2014 we made a number of changes to protect our executives’ communications. These included limiting the retention period for Mark’s messages in Messenger. We did so in full compliance with our legal obligations to preserve messages.” Almost a year later, us regular degular folks have finally reached Mark Zuckerberg status—sort of. You won’t be able to remove old messages, but you’ve got a shot at avoiding humiliation moving forward, with Mashable stating the feature is “not retroactive like it was for Zuckerberg. She told officers on the scene the whole fight started when they got home from a party. Leslie — who appears on “Growing Up Hip Hop” — claims Bow Wow was pissed she was talking to another man at the party, and lit into her about it when they got home. In the police report, obtained by TMZ, Leslie says Bow Wow hit her in the head, pulled her by the hair, dragged her from her bedroom … and told her to get the hell out. For his part, Bow Wow acknowledged being pissed about the other guy … telling cops she “disrespected him” by hanging “all over another man’s body.” He claims Leslie called him a “bitch ass n***er” when he complained about her behavior. He claims he merely told Leslie to leave their home, and placed her bags by the door. He claims Leslie “grabbed a night stand lamp and threw it at him.” He says she missed with the lamp, but scratched the hell out of his face … which is obvious in his mug shot. An officer on the scene says he saw the lamp on the ground when he entered the bedroom. Cops observed red marks on Leslie’s fingers as well as broken fingernails. From the looks of their mugshots, Bow Wow may have a case against her. Nevertheless, the cops pinched both of these lovebirds. The struggle is real. While the Super Bowl turned out to be a total dud and the halftime show was probably the most forgettable in history (didn’t even get that rumored SNKRS shock drop at the end of it), the commercials weren’t half-bad. Jordan Peele certainly used his spot to build anticipation for the reboot of the cult classic series, The Twilight Zone . Serving as both a producer and host for The Twilight Zone , the brains behind the cult classic Get Out and Us certainly seems like the man to bring back the classic sci-fi television series. They even cleverly tied the commercial into the Super Bowl with a football stadium setting. Maino and his girl, Maggie, pop back up again and their situation is that Maggie wants to get on a song that Maino has about bad chicks. She feels like it’s only right that she’s on the song since she’s Maino’s girl and she’s bad. Maino reluctantly agrees, but he really wants her to do something other than music, like be a businesswoman. He’s not trying to shut her dreams down just for the heck of it, he’s coming from a place of knowing how hard it is to make it in the music industry. But Maggie doesn’t care. Sidney Starr finally consults with a surgeon about gender reassignment surgery. Later on, Sidney tells MariahLynn about it. Unfortunately, Sidney Starr doesn’t have the $30,000 for the procedure. However, MariahLynn is supportive and springs into action trying to figure out what Sidney can do to get the money. MariahLynn’s advice is that Sidney needs a record, but not just any record, she needs a bop, something to get the people excited. In related news, Nya Lee goes to Rich Dollaz and talks all about the drama that went down with Sidney. Rich is swayed by Nya Lee’s testimony that Sidney can’t be taken seriously and he’s ready to sever business ties. Later on, Sidney Starr and MariahLynn present a new record to Rich Dollaz. It’s Sidney and it sounds much better than previous stuff and even makes Rich decide to give her another chance. Basically, MariahLynn should have been the one to groom Sidney this entire time. Back to Maino. Now we find him in the studio with Alexis Skyy and plays the track from earlier for her. Then Maino’s girlfriend walks in the middle of this because Alexis invited her to her studio session to hear the fire track. Awkward. Alexis gets a sense of what’s going on and now she’s irritated that Maino had entertained the track with Maggie first. Alexis excuses herself so that Maino and Maggie can talk. Maino repeats that he didn’t really think Maggie was serious about music and frankly, he wishes she would pursue more stable options than music, like launching businesses (she already has a boutique and he wishes she would focus on that and other, non-music related things). But Maggie is going to do what she wants and what she wants is music. Maggie decided to break away from Maino and link up with Hollywood Play, a rapper she met over a decade ago. They record their song, but less than 12-hours after recording, Hollywood Play is gunned down. So, a celebration of art turns into a vigil for the slain rapper. Finally, the episode concludes with Juelz proposing to Kimbella, you know the proposal. It’s the one we saw go viral a couple of months ago. Isn’t that sweet? Ride or die for years for someone who doesn’t really treat you right and then after they lose their teeth to a drug addiction and are on the verge of going to jail they’ll propose. Congrats? Ok, I couldn’t resist being shady but let’s reconvene next week.
