Paloma Ford And Nick Young Dating? Father-to-be-again Nick Young was caught by paparazzi heading out for the night with model/singer Paloma Ford. The two tried to play coy by leaving in separate vehicles but Nick’s friend gave up the goods on the pair. We can’t say for sure if this is a first date or a maturing fling, but to paps Nick says “I’m happy” when asked about the two hooking up. TMZ Welp! Nick Young seems to be happily moving on from Iggy and evidently the mother of his children Keona Green who is pregnant with his second child. “Black-ish” Creator Kenya Barris Sued By Man Claiming He Helped Create The Hit Show

Kenya Barris Sued Over Taking Full Credit For “Black-ish” When success comes knocking and the glow-up is real…people inevitably start emerging looking for a cut of the action. Things are no different with “Black-ish” creator Kenya Barris. Just days after it was announced that he was granted a multi-million dollar movie deal after the success of the ABC show…a man claiming to have helped Barris conceptualize the show concept has come from the woodwork looking for cash and credit. Via TMZ : The hugely successful creator of “Black-ish” forgot someone on his way to the top … namely the guy who says the show is based on his life. Kenya Barris is the credited creator of the huge ABC hit, starring Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross, and Bryan Barber says he and Kenya go way back to their college days in 1996. In a lawsuit Barber just filed — obtained by TMZ — he says he and Kenya both became writers and both had agents at William Morris. He says they formed a partnership in 2006, and came up with a script focusing on the “black experience” … through the eyes of a “successful, creative and affluent black man” working in the mostly white entertainment industry. That’s Anderson’s character to a T, except he works at an ad agency. In the the suit, Barber says the script was based on HIS life experiences, and he and Kenya agreed to exploit it for their benefit. Problem is … he says they parted ways before 2014, when “Black-ish” debuted. Barber says “Black-ish” has tons of similarities to the OG show idea — such as the lead character driving a luxury car, wearing high-end clothes, and marrying a bi-racial doctor named “Rainbow.” He’s suing Barris and the show’s production company for at least $1 million. Plus, he wants writer and creator credits which would net him even more dough. We’ve reached out to Kenya’s rep … no word back. Yikes. Well time will tell if this guy truly has a case. Broncos Linebacker Brandon Marshall Loses Credit Union Endorsement Over Anthem Protest According to a report in SportsIllustrated , Brandon Marshall ‘s Kaepernick-esque protest of the National Anthem will cost him on of his endorsements… Broncos linebacker Brandon Marshall has lost his endorsement deal with Air Academy Federal Credit Union after kneeling during the national anthem on Thursday night before a win over the Panthers. The Colorado-based credit union serves active and retired members of the United States military. “Although we have enjoyed Brandon Marshall as our spokesperson over the past five months, Air Academy Federal Credit Union (AAFCU) has ended our partnership,” president and CEP Glenn Strebe said in a statement. “AAFCU is a membership-based organization who has proudly served the military community for over 60 years. While we respect Brandon’s right of expression, his actions are not a representation of our organization and membership. We wish Brandon well on his future endeavors.” After the game Marshall explained to the DenverPost exactly what his kneeling was meant to signify: “I’m not against the military. I’m not against the police or America. I’m just against social injustice,” Marshall said after the game. “I’m proud of it. I don’t regret it. I know this is right.” Marshall said he was moved by the wave of police brutality that occurred this summer, including two killings of black men by police officers and a third mass shooting of police officers within a three-day span across the country. He’s following the path of Kaepernick, 49ers safety Eric Reid and Seahawks cornerback Jeremy Lane who have all sat or knelt during the national anthem in the preseason seeking change in what he feels are some of the hidden struggles like racial oppression and police brutality. “I feel like this is the right platform. I feel like this is our only platform to be heard,” Marshall said. “A lot of time people want us to just shut up and entertain them. Shut up and play football. But we have voices as well. We’re actually educated individuals that went to college. When we have an opinion and speak it, a lot of people bash us.” Would you like more athletes to speak up even at the risk of sounding like Shaq and Ray Lewis ? Not only does she look stunning inside, but she also gives a lot of juicy inside scoops — including what her parents and “Haves And Have Nots” boss Tyler Perry had to say when she revealed her pregnancy to them. Check out that answer and more excerpts when you continue. On keeping it under wraps…but eventually telling your boss: “I didn’t want to hear, ‘Who’s the dad? Are you with the dad?’ Social media can be harsh, and I’m a mama bear, protective of my family. So that’s why I waited to tell people, including some friends. My friends weren’t mad at me. They said, ‘You did it the way you wanted to do it. You’re an inspiration.’” “It’s hard to be pregnant, because you get scared about your job. I even felt worried about telling my agent and manager. Then when I was five months, Tyler Perry [her boss, the creator of The Haves and Have Nots] texted me, ‘Are you pregnant?’ Inside, I was thinking, ‘Oh, my god, how did he know?’ I wrote back, ‘What are you talking about? You’re crazy!’ But when I saw him that afternoon, I told him. He just said, ‘I knew it! Tika, this is going to be the best time of your life.’ I feel lucky that he’s been so supportive.” That’s definitely the way that a boss (especially of TP’s stature) should react.
