MBJ is making some shocking claims in court documents about her pivotal role that landed her two Oscar noms. According to The Blast Mary J. Blige is alleging ahead of her upcoming divorce trial that she doesn’t owe Kendu Isaacs any spousal support because he’s to blame for her financial downfall. MBJ says her expenses are so bad that she actually didn’t make a single dime from “Mudbound” because all of it went to bills. Those bills include $25 million in advances and $12 million in debt that was acquired during her marriage. She’s also telling a judge that she’s been doing TV and film projects solely for her image because they’re not actually profitable for her. As previously reported Kendu asked a judge to make MBJ give him $65K a month because her “divorce songs” ruined his rep and left him unable to work. Tiona Rodriguez Sentenced In Dead Baby Incident At Victoria’s Secret Remember this story? The teen mother from New York who allegedly killed her newborn baby, then carried the baby’s remains in her purse to go steal at Victoria’s Secret has been sentenced to 16 years. The Daily News reports Tiona Rodriguez, 21,  previously admitted to  snuffing the life out of her 8-pound boy in the bathroom at her pal’s Queens apartment before bringing the corpse with her to the lingerie store in Herald Square on Oct. 16, 2013. The teen had a 2-year-old son at the time of the incident. Prosecutors said she also delivered a baby that immediately died in a bathtub in 2012 and that the cause of death was unknown. Rodriguez was initially charged with murder, but struck a deal in Manhattan Supreme Court that got her the reduced sentence for pleading guilty to manslaughter. The show is hosted by Steve Harvey and co-hosted by Emmy Award Winning TV personality Adrienne Bailon. FOX: © 2018 FOX Broadcasting. The series will feature a reimagined take on the classic talent showcase taking place at the legendary  Apollo  Theater. It will incorporate elements from  Apollo Amateur Night and serve as a platform for up-and-coming artists to perform in front of the toughest audience in the world (boos and all!). This season holds special guests performances from artists such as Snoop Dogg, Fifth Harmony and Pitbull. Bossip! had the chance to hit the Fox Studios lot last week with a mix and mingle with Bailon and to screen the first episode of the show.
