11 Times Megyn Kelly Was Really Very Racist

You won't believe this, but Megyn Kelly defended the use of blackface during a controversial Today Show segment. Wait… what's that you say? You totally believe it because Megyn Kelly has a history of saying inappropriate things that could best be described as offensive and worst be described as racist ?  That's right. She was a mainstay on Fox News for years, no matter how hard NBC worked to try and make us forget her employment history. Below, we run down the scandal that got Kelly kicked off NBC and compare it to other times in which she said some really awful things about African-Americans: 1. What is Racist? This is the question Kelly actually asked on air, challenging her round table panelists to explain the problem with white people dressing up in blackface for Halloween… apparently unaware of how this type of makeup was used by theater performers in the 19th century to stereotype and mock African-Americans who were being held down in society. 2. Ah, The Good Ole Days… “Back when I was a kid, that was OK just as long as you were dressing as a character,” Kelly said stupidly, adding: “Isn’t the whole purpose of Halloween to dress up and pretend you’re someone other than yourself? I feel like it’s so absurd. Who comes up with these rules?” 3. She Did At Least Apologize “I want to begin with two words: I’m sorry,” she said at the top of the next day’s show. “You may have heard that yesterday we had a conversation about political correctness and Halloween costumes. … I defended the idea (of blackface), saying that as long it was respectful and part of a Halloween costume, that it seemed OK. Well, I was wrong, and I am sorry.” 4. Continued the Embattled Anchor: “This past year has been so painful for many people of colo. The country feels so divided and I have no wish to add to that pain and offense. I believe this is a time for more understanding, more love, more sensitivity and honor, and I want to be part of that. Thank you for listening and for helping me listen too.” 5. Too Little, Too Late? Kelly will be terminated by NBC as a result of these remarks, multiple sources have said. And it doesn’t help that she has made similar comments in the past. To wit… 6. SANTA IS WHITE! During her Fox News days, Kelly got very, very VERY worked up over the idea of black men dressed up as Santa Claus, telling her audience: “For all you kids watching at home, Santa just is white…Just because it makes you feel uncomfortable doesn’t mean it has to change. Molly Hopkins: Luis Getting Remarried is Proof He Was USING ME!

Former 90 Day Fiance couple Molly and Luis are over. So over, in fact, that one of them has already moved on. Luis got married just a few months after their divorce, and now Molly is speaking out. She says that this marriage is proof that he was just using her to get into America. Molly Hopkins spoke to Us Weekly and says that Luis Mendez’s wedding is evidence that he is no good. “I feel it clearly shows he was possibly using me and my finances to get here,” Molly says. “Because,” she reasons. “Our divorce was final in May.” Their divorce was May 4 . Luis then got married in September, just four months later. “So he either already knew her and had a plan all along and I’m a fool,” Molly explains. “Or,” Molly says. “We are both fools if she doesn’t know him.” That makes sense. It does seem like either Luis had this woman on the side all along, or has simply moved on. Molly warns that Luis is not to be trusted “because I met Jekyll in the Dominican [Republic] and got Hyde here, or vice versa.” (For the record, Hyde is generally the bad guy) “Either way,” Molly wishes. “May it work out.” She explains that she gives this union her blessing “because I’m glad he’s gone.” As we previously reported, Luis gushed about his new bride. “I love this girl so much,” he shared. “She’s amazing.” Luis has yet to reveal his new wife’s identity. “The most amazing part was meeting her,” he raved. “Because she changed all life to happiness.” He says that he and Molly “have no contact.” Despite the contentiousness of their relationship, Luis doesn’t seem to outwardly harbor any ill will towards his ex. “I just want to be happy,” Luis claimed. That said, he wants to keep his distance. If Molly has a response to his marriage, he said, “I don’t want to know anything about it.” “But,” Luis continued. “If she wants to congratulate me, it’s OK.” Before speaking out, Molly did go on Instagram live and acknowledge that Luis had gotten married. “Oh yeah, for all of you who care,” Molly said. “I totally got used, but it’s all good “Yeah, he’s married to someone else,” she acknowledged. “She looks older than me, from the Dominican Republic.” “So all the people who thought I was crazy, his situation was pretty lovely,” Molly said of their erstwhile relationship. “I mean, we were together for two years, so it’s all good,” Molly concluded. “Oh God, it doesn’t hurt at all. I’m good. I’m so good.” At one point, it appeared that Luis was accusing Molly of abusing him during their marriage . Domestic violence is extremely serious. Even before that, a lot of people were convinced that Molly was no angel — but that Luis was just trying to use her. Some would say that two bad apples deserve each other. 90 Day Fiance Recap: Fernanda Finds WHAT in Jonathan’s Home?!

90 Day Fiance had its Season 6 premiere, and the drama is already heating up. Though fans have already met the Season 6 couples , we learned a lot more on the premiere. Including which fiancee arrived in the US and almost immediately found another woman’s underwear in her fiance’s home. Let’s start with Jonathan and Fernanda. These two are both adults, but their 12-year age difference is raising some eyebrows, especially since Fernanda is 19. As we saw on the 90 Day Fiance premiere, it’s not just fans who are thinking about how these two are in different stages of their lives. Jonathan’s status as a bachelor in is 30s is clearly making Fernanda a little insecure. Her finding a pair of panties in his apartment on her first day didn’t help matters. They belonged to his ex, which he tried to explain, but it was not a good start for these two. Kalani and Asuelu are one of those couples that you find yourself really rooting for. They both seem sweet and neither appear to be monsters. Also, the way that Kalani talks to the camera is charming. Fans may like these two, but Kalani’s family is not on board. it turns out that her devoutly Mormon family is not happy that she lost he virginity to and had a baby with a man who is not yet her husband. “My family was not supportive of me being with Asuelu,” Kalani revealed. “They thought he was just taking advantage of me.” She revealed that her father, who is Samoan himself, had hoped that she would end up with a very different man. There are deeper issues at play, here. Ashley and Jay are another couple with an age gap, but that’s taking a back seat. Because Jay’s horndog personality is not subtle. He isn’t shy about telling the camera about how much he loves sex. Ashley’s loved ones are worried that he cheated on her while they were in a long distance relationship. “Maybe I don’t care what Jay does when I’m not over there,” Ashley claims. She says: “What he does in Jamaica when I’m not there is none of my business.” Ashley does at least admit: “I’m hoping that he changed his ways.” Sex positivity is great — but cheating? That’s less cool. She’s hoping that he becomes devoted to her in America. Colt and Larissa aren’t on the same page just yet. There was a rpoblem with Larissa’s visa, so she had to miss her flight. She asked Colt to go ahead and book the next one, but he wanted to wait to book a flght after her visa issues were worked out. Larissa didn’t understand that, and it soon became clear that she assumes that, as an American, he is wealthier than he is. “She’s in for an extremely rude awakening,” Colt admits. And this is all before she’s met this momma’s boy’s mother — or their many cats. Eric and Leida are really flipping the script. Though Eric is an older American and Leida is younger, she enjoyed a life of privilege in Indonesia. Eric, though a 40-year-old veteran, seems to be making just enough to get by. In fact, as we learned on the premiere, he had been splitting rent with his 19-year-old daughter. To prepare for the arrival of Leida and her 5-year-old son, he asked his daughter to move out, which obviously created some friction. He and Leida both expressed some anxieties about making this work. Despite their misgivings, smart money says that Eric and Leida are likely to make it to the altar if she’s already come this far. 90 Day Fiance Revenge Porn Scandal: Paul Claims Man Posting Scandalous Pics of Karine

90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days stars Paul and Karine are one of the show’s most controversial couples — which is saying a lot. On Sunday’s Tell All special, Paul pulled the rug out from under Karine’s happy pregnancy announcement by demanding a paternity test. Now, Paul is asking for help from fans to track down a man he says is posting revenge porn of Karine. “This man is posting revenge porn of Karine,” Paul Staehle wrote on social media alongside the photo collage that you’re about to see. He implores his followers: “please help Karine criminally prosecute him.” “Report him,” Paul writes. “And send any info to help Karine to Karine to give to the police.” “She can prosecute him,” Paul says. “And he will be charged regardless of where he is.” To the shock of a lot of 90 Day Fiance fans, Paul then posted actual photos — censored though they may be — of the revenge porn. Paul was apparently displeased with the responses that he got, because he seemed to lash out in a later post. “A man posts sex videos on the internet of himself and my wife,” Paul angrily lamented. He continued to narrate: “I try to help her get his full name for her police report.” “And get people to help us find all the places he posted the sex videos,” Paul continued. “So we can have police help remove [the photos].” “But,” Paul then wrote with no hint of irony. “I am the bad guy.” At no point does Paul seem to provide necessary information that fans would need to report this unnamed man. There’s no link to where this man may have posted videos. He does not know the man’s name or link to the man’s social media. It sounds like he’s just asking his followers to do cyber-sleuthing so that he does not have to. For that matter, he doesn’t even say when these videos were allegedly recorded. Did this happen before their relationship, or is this from Karine’s alleged infidelity? As we mentioned, Karine shared happy news recently — she and Paul are expecting. Karine has had two miscarriages that were emotionally devastating to her. Now, she’s pregnant with what fans are calling a rainbow baby — a pregnancy following tragic miscarriages. Then, Paul announced at the Tell All special that he’ll demand a paternity test. That is such a hurtful thing to say, especially in public. He did promise to raise the baby as his own, for whatever that’s worth. Paul also shared a message in which Karine attempted to explain how this man had reached out to her. 90 Day Fiance viewers have felt a swell of sympathy for Karine for ages. Paul strikes many as creepy, or at least awkward. And it’s not just that he’s more than a dozen years her senior. (Anyone else remember that time he showed up and announced to her parents his plan to take her to his hotel room?) And then there is Paul’s criminal history , which includes an arrest for violeting a protective order. Also, arson . Paul was on probation. It has been suggested that Paul has a dating pattern of dating much younger women because they are naive enough to tolerate him. To many viewers, it seemed that Paul had simply run out of gullible women in his hometown and decided to look overseas. Paul’s strange behavior regarding this revenge porn — announcing it publicly so that as many people as possible see it — is just the latest stunt. With this on top of his assertion that Karina was unfaithful to him, a lot of fans are hoping that Karine gets out of this relationship. Demi Lovato: Where is She? How is She?!?

We have a couple of important updates on the whereabouts and conditions of Demi Lovato. Following multiple reports that claimed the artist was seeking treatment far away from the bad influences that plagued her life for months in Los Angeles, we can now confirm the following: This is accurate. Lovato is in Utah. According to Radar Online, the 26-year old is recovering from her near-fatal overdose, along with her substance abuse problem in general, somewhere in the Salt Lake City area. She’s in a treatment faclity for certain, but it’s one that offers its residents a great deal of freedom. To wit, an employee at a local coffee shop says Lovato has often stopped by at various points in the last few weeks. “She seemed happy to be out getting fresh air,” this worker told Radar, adding of Demi : “The other day, she sat alone for like 30 minutes staring out the window. But it looked like she was hopeful and in good spirits.” The first photo of Lovato out and about seems to back up this claim. In an image posted by TMZ on Saturday, Lovato is holding a cup of coffee, wearing a baseball cap and talking to a lady whose holding a dog on a leash. The snapshot (which you can see here ) was taken two months, almost to the day, after Lovato was found unconscious in her Hollywood Hills bedroom. An assistant discovered the singer in this state and dialed 911, prompting paramedics to rush to the scene; revive the superstar; and transport her to the hospital. Demi had been out the night before with some friends and then called her drug dealer upon arriving back at her residence; it remains unknown exactly what she snorted or smoked or injected that caused her to pass out. But insiders do say she appears to be doing well all these weeks later. “Demi has lost some weight and she’s feeling better,” a source tells Us Weekly, expounding as follows: “She’s repositioning herself again and getting her life back on track and retraining herself on the 12 steps to recovery. She is doing much better and eventually she will come back to L.A.” This trip marks the third time Lovato has checked into rehab. Those close to the singer hope that coming so very close to dying will serve as the wake-up call she finally needs to hopefully kick her dangerous habit forever. Prior to falling off the wagon this spring, Lovato had been sober for six years. Just a few days ago, Lovato’s mom spoke out for the first time since the horrifying overdose, opening up about how close she came to losing her daughter . “We just didn’t know for two days if she was going to make it or not,” Dianna De La Garza said. Back on August 5, meanwhile, Lovato broke her own silence and issued the following statement on Instagram: I have always been transparent about my journey with addiction. What I’ve learned is that this illness is not something that disappears or fades with time. It is something I must continue to overcome and have not done yet. I want to thank God for keeping me alive and well. To my fans, I am forever grateful for all of your love and support throughout this past week and beyond. Your positive thoughts and prayers have helped me navigate through this difficult time. I want to thank my family, my team, and the staff at Cedars-Sinai who have been by my side this entire time. 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days star Jon Walters is super in love with Rachel Bear. In fact, Jon and Rachel are married . But while Jon may be happy with his relationship, he doesn’t think anything at all of another couple on the show — Darcey Silva and Jesse Meester. Jon told fans exactly what he thinks of Jesse. Normally you have to wait for the reunion to see one star destroy another like this. So, context: Jon and Rachel took baby Lucy to Stonehenge on last year’s Winter Solstice. Often seen as a secular holiday, it is also a religious one, and Stonehenge is made available for druids and other people of faith for whom the day and site are sacred. When Jon and Rachel shared this photo with their Instagram followers, fans praised the picture and the couple … and began to discuss how they feel tired of Darcey and Jesse’s storyline. While fans seemed to agree that they don’t care for the couple, they were divided over whether Darcey or Jesse is to blame. Jon shared his own opinion within the comments, and he had no uncertainty. “If she had a man she who builds her up, loved her and treated her with respect, she wouldn’t be nearly as broken,” Jon asserts. “Jesse is an abusive man with huge insecurities,” Jon declares. He is referring to Jesse’s behavior, which many fans and viewers have said is emotionally abusive. The alleged size of Jesse Meester’s penis notwithstanding, Jon is far from the only one disgusted with the Dutch model’s behavior. Darcey and Jesse’s trip the United States should have been a romantic visit to the place that they both hoped they’ll one day live as husband and wife. Instead, the two of them seemed to spend every waking moment arguing. They argued over grocery lists, how to correctly cut a steak, and debated whether Darcey stepped on Jesse’s sneakers on purpose or it was an accident. We know that it’s a reality show, and that producers can be selective and only show the worst moments. But no couple should be arguing like this. Period. Many believe that Jesse’s youth and good looks are behind his rudeness — that he doesn’t respect Darcey because she’s older. Others think that he’s just … like this. Entertainingly, TLC shaded Jesse earlier this month with a tweet about his trip back to the airport. “During the ride to JFK, Darcey had to slam the brakes,” TLC’s tweet reads. “Jesse hit his face against the sun visor because he was checking himself out in the mirror.” Despite their deeply toxic arguments, the two of them left things on a good note when Darcey sent Jesse on his way at the airport. They hugged and, for worse or for worst, seem to be very much in love. Some 90 Day Fiance viewers are not quite aware of how deep these arguments run. Jesse and Darcey have been seen quarreling on social media, and even appeared to break up a few times only to, days later, insist that they were still a couple. Even if you believe that Darcey is just as much to blame as Jesse, these two seem to be a toxic combination — like bleach and vinegar. We’re glad that Jon didn’t mince words about Jesse. Jon and Rachel seem to have found their happily ever after and fans really like them as a couple. Who says that a couple has to be dramatic to be popular with viewers? Mac Miller: Will His Friends Face Criminal Charges?

It’s been nearly a week since rapper Mac Miller passed away after suffering a drug overdose at his San Fernando Valley home. Though authorities have yet to determine Miller’s cause of death , all signs seem to indicate that he finally succumbed to the substance abuse issues that had plagued him throughout his life. Small amounts of powdery white substances believed to be drugs in the opioid family were reportedly found in Miller’s home. And a 911 call seemed to indicate that panicked friends of Miller were had little doubt as to the cause of his condition. The fact that he was not alone at the time of his death combined with the revelation that Miller had been dead for several hours before authorities arrived led to rumors that there would be an investigation as a result of possible foul play. For now, however, it looks as though police are treating Miller’s death as a tragic accident. “This is strictly a Coroner’s Office case at this time,” Sgt. Barry Montgomery, a spokesman for the LAPD , told Radar Online. “As far as we are concerned, we are not investigating it as a criminal activity.” Officially, the cause of Miller’s death is labeled as “deferred” pending the results of a toxicology report. Fans have expressed shock over the fact that there will be no investigation, as early reports about Miller’s final hours seemed to indicate a chaotic scene. And for many, the length of time between when the rapper died and when his body was found suggested criminal negligence. Witnesses told police that a group consisting mostly of young men was “coming in and out all night” in the hours before Miller’s death, breaking bottles and engaging in other destructive acts. Sources claim several people left the home in a hurry just before police arrived. “They seemed in a rush to go,” claimed one onlooker. Sadly, many who knew Miller best were not surprised by his tragic passing. Miller’s substance abuse issues were a major factor in his recent breakup with Ariana Grande , and she was one of many who implored him to get sober. On Wednesday, Miller’s body was shipped from Los Angeles to Pittsburgh so that he could be laid to rest in his hometown. Our thoughts go out to Mac Miller’s loved ones during this difficult time. Jason Hitch and Cassia Tavares: Finally Getting Divorced!

There are plenty of  90 Day Fiance  stars out there, and not all of them stay with one of the show’s many spin-offs. Some go off and live their happily ever afters. That is what Jason Hitch and Cassia Tavares were doing, more or less … but that is no longer the case. The couple has filed for divorce. What’s more is that this is not even the first time that they’s begun the divorce process. Jason Hitch was 39 years old and from Florida. Cassia Tavares was 24 and is from Brazil. A few years back,  90 Day Fiance  viewers saw their engagement through to the end, even though Jason is 15 years older and, frankly, struck many as being an insufferable and controlling know-it-all. Now,  Jason tells   RadarOnline  about why he filed for divorce from Cassia on September 7. “A successful relationship is communication, physical attraction, and doing whatever it takes,” Jason begins, in what viewers familiar with him may imagine is a patronizing tone. “Right now it’s time to go in different directions,” Jason declares. “I think we’ll remain friends. She knows I have her best interests at heart.” Jason may be the kind of guy who drives past a lemonade stand and starts listing problems with the business acumen of actual children, but he is quick to shoot down the idea that Csssia just wanted U.S. citizenship. “She did not come here just to become an American citizen,” Jason affirms. “She had a good life in Brazil,” Jason explains. “She was about to finish college. She didn’t have to marry me.” Cassia has graduated here in the U.S. and he does not believe that she will be deported, given how long they were married. That said … one never knows. Jason says that the Army is sending him away. “I’ll be deployed from nine months to a year,” Jason announces. “The deployment wasn’t a factor in the divorce.” Jason explains his divorce: “If there is indecision, you can’t build a foundation on that.” He also insists that, though he filed the papers, his split from Cassia is mutual and “uncontested.” “There will be no alimony payments,” Jason claims. “No fighting over anything.” We’re not sure how that will happen, unless there was a shady pre-nup or unless the divorce will include one lump sum. Jason also filed for divorce from Cassia in January of this year. “I did everything I could,” he lamented to  RadarOnline  at the time.  “I took her to every major city in the country,” Jason said. “We went to Vegas four times. I paid for resorts to stay for weekends. We saw every show and concert, hung out with celebrities.” “I had expectations from her and she wasn’t fulfilling them,” he said vaguely. “She wasn’t communicating with me what they were. She would not talk. I had to beg for attention. It was humiliating.” In April, Jason spoke up again: “I still love her. I don’t want a divorce. I love her and I want to take care of her. What kind of man would I be if I quit this relationship?” It’s unclear what problems they were having. It is possible that Jason was doing for Cassia what he imagined she wanted. Sometimes, spouses can’t give each other what they really want. Of course, in January of 2017, Jason was arrested for domestic violence after police spotted an injury on Cassia’s arm. “Jason … grabbed [Tavares] by her left arm, leaving a mark,” the police report reads. “Jason then began screaming at [Tavares] to the point [Tavares] was in fear and dialed 911 for law enforcement.” That sounds scary. Russ and Paola Mayfield: We’re Having A…

Brace yourselves, 90 Day Fiance fans. We now know exactly what the stork is bringing Russ and Paola Mayfield. In a very sweet and revealing Instagram message, the veteran reality stars alerted fans to the gender of the baby growing inside of Paola. Are you ready to find out? Are you sure? Okay. Here we go… IT’S A BOY! We’ll let Paola explain in further detail, per her caption to the photos above and below: We are having a BOY!!!! I didn’t care if it was a boy or a girl, I just wanted a healthy baby and to be able to have it in my arms as soon as possible. Of course I’m always rooting for a girl but a boy is a blessing as well and I know my husband is really excited! This is an amazing experience now I can finally say I’m pregnant!!! I’m having a little boy. The Mayfields announced their first child was on the way back in late July. They did so via the following statement to Us Weekly: “This is the most amazing feeling ever! We can’t believe we are going to be parents – we are already so in love with our baby. “We are ready for this new adventure and we know it will bring us closer together. “God has blessed us again, and this time, we are going as strong as our baby’s heartbeat.” The couple also included the following image with this adorable confirmation: News that Paola and Russ are expecting was met with surprise and also joy by fans of 90 Day Fiance. We say surprise because there had been chatter as recently as a few weeks ago that the twosome’s marriage was on the rocks , as they seemingly could never settle the tension that existed over Paola so often posing near-nude. And we say joy because Paola suffered a miscarriage last year. This tragedy took a toll on the relationship in a variety of ways. 90 Day Fiance Spoilers: A Before The 90 Days Couple Is Already Married!

We have only just met the new 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days couples , but we already have some major news for one of those pairs of long-distance lovers. But beware, folks: even though Season 2 has scarcely begun, we have a huge spoiler for you. Remember Jon and Rachel? Well … some cyber-sleuths have uncovered something major on this across-the-pond couple. A lot of 90 Day Fiance have conspicuous age differences or deal with huge cultural obstacles. Some couples even have to grapple with racist family members. Jon and Rachel are playing the intercontinental romance game on easy mode. They’re both white English-speakers, and they’re only a year apart. Jon Walters is 34 and from England. Rachel Bear is 33 and from Albuquerque, New Mexico. And, here comes the huge spoiler: Jon and Rachel are already married! Reddit may be an absolute cesspool, but that’s only because it’s a social media site that people use. Some of those people aren’t terrible. And it was a pair of cyber-sleuths on Reddit who dug up a marriage certificate for Jon and Rachel. Jonathan James Walters and Rachel Ann Bear filed for a marriage certificate in New Mexico on June 8 of this year. Obviously, Jon and Rachel cannot tell the world about their marriage until the news breaks on the show. We’re sure that they can hardly contain themselves. Honestly, shout-out to @clevelandcray and @JonInCa for some grade-A investigative work in accessing the Bernalillo County online records. But … there’s more to this story. Starcasm followed up on Jon and Rachel and did some digging of their own. They discovered that Jon and Rachel appear to have gotten married in Cornwall, England. According to the filing records, Jon and Rachel “solemnized” their marriage at BoHo Cornwall on May 31. The two of them listed the same residence at the time of the marriage, leading some to wonder if Rachel is moving across the Atlantic instead of the other way around. It may be that it just made the most sense to write that address since they were, after all, in England at the time. As you may recall, one of the barriers to Jon and Rachel’s relationship was concerns over Jon’s past. He has dated hundreds of women. Hey, the dude looks like a knight who would guard someone’s castle. A lot of folks go for that. Another issue was that Rachel discovered that she was pregnant shortly after she and Jon began their online flirtation. She had the baby but Jon seems cool with it, and they’ve been chatting for two years. They’ve allegedly never met before 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days , though there are some conspiracy theorists who believe that this is untrue. It’s so exciting that these two are already married! That said … that doesn’t mean that they’ll remain a couple forever. We’re not just saying that because all marriages end, one way or another. We’re saying that because 90 Day Fiance marriages do not always last. Just look at how things ended for Luis Mendez after his deeply toxic marriage to Molly Hopkins fell through. But we’re holding out hope that things go better for Jon and for Rachel. When are either of them going to meet someone ellse in their age bracket whose selfies constantly cut off the top of their heads? These two were meant for each other.
