90 Day Fiance Divorce: Ashley Filed Just Days Before Hospitalization

Just two days before Ashley Martson was found unresponsive at home and hospitalized , she filed for divorce from Jay Smith. The 90 Day Fiance couple had stayed together despite Jay’s cheating, but apparently not forever. Curiously, Ashley was not the only Season 6 star who filed for divorce on that exact same date. Late Wednesday morning, blogger John Yates shared  The court document from Cumberland County, Pennsylvania  The plaintiff is Ashley E Smith — Ashley Martson’s married name. The defendant is Conroy St. Christopher Smith — whom 90 Day Fiance all know as Jay. What is really interesting about this divorce filing is the date. This was filed on January the 11, 2019. Two things are significant about that date. As we previously reported, Ashley was hospitalized on January 13 — just two days later. She was found unresponsive at her home. During her battle with lupus, she had gone into kidney failure. Some can say that it’s fate or that she collapsed from a broken heart, but … again, she collapsed from kidney failure. There’s nothing romantic about lupus. The other interesting thing about the January 11 date is that she wasn’t the only 90 Day Fiance star to file for divorce on that date. Mere hours after Larissa Dos Santos Lima’s latest arrest, Colt Johnson filed for divorce . That would have also been on January 11. This followed an incident in which both Colt and Larissa accuse the other of domestic battery (there are a lot of disputed facts). In contrast, Ashley is believed to have filed for divorce because Jay downloaded Tinder and cheated on her just days after their wedding. That’s bad, but it’s not the same as Larissa’s scary bloody cry for help . Is this a huge coincidence? Maybe. But it has been reported that Ashley and Jay are operating under a non-disclosure agreement. Why? Because they are appearing on 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? (Yes, the question mark in the title of that spin-off absolutely belongs there) Do you know who else was filming Happily Ever After? Larissa and Colt, as Larissa revealed more than once as she wailed on social media about Colt’s cheating. We wonder which dates exactly were covered by their Happily Ever After? contracts. Did Ashley and Colt have to wait before filing for divorce until that date in order to meet their contractual obligations? (If so, that would really feed into conspiracy theories, some voiced by Larissa herself, that Colt planned their horrifying fight in advance) Alternatively, did Ashley see that Colt had filed for divorce and just decide “f–k it, if they’re filing, I’m filing too.” Nobody wants to be the first to divorce, we suppose. Or, again, it could all be a coincidence. There is a chance that we will never see an explanation for the curious timing of divorce filings. That said, Ashley’s focus right now is probably on her health battle and of course on her children. Lupus is a serious and brutal illness that is treatable for some, but may claim the lives of others. Thanks to some generous 90 Day Fiance fans, Ashley was able to afford her surgery . We wish her happiness and health as she recovers from this frightening medical ordeal. We definitely prefer reality TV drama over real-life medical emergencies, thank you very much. Leida Margaretha and Eric Rosenbrook Fight: What Happened?

Marriage is complicated. Throw in a time limit, an international move, cultural differences, and sudden reality stardom, and you have a recipe for drama. Sometimes, you have a recipe for disaster — real world, scary disaster. Leida Margaretha accused Eric Rosenbrook of abuse and the couple called the police. Since then, we have learned a lot more about the alleged incident — both sides have confirmed aspects of the story. 1. This is serious On January 20, 2019, Leida and Eric were visited by police. It was very early Sunday morning, and the married 90 Day Fiance couple had just had a fight. 2. Leida accused Eric of domestic violence In a series of “leaked” messages, Leida claimed that Eric had pulled her hair painfully — and that wasn’t the most upsetting part. 3. Read Leida’s words for yourself As you can see, she says that she had thratened suicide, but that Eric had taken the knife from her — it was after this, Leida writes, that he abused her. 4. She says she doesn’t want to live with him anymore These text messages were “leaked” — we’ll get into that later. 5. Then Eric shared his side Eric acknowledges much of what happened, saying that he was focused on saving her life, and essentially that he got carried away. 6. Abuse is never acceptable Eric may have explained why he went too far and pulled her hair, but that is not an excuse. We hope that both he and Leida know this. View Slideshow

David Eason Threatens Woman With Gun: New Details of Alleged Incident Emerge

As you may have heard, David Eason has been accused of threatening a woman with a gun after she committed the unforgivable sin of pulling over on a public road near his property. There have been so many Eason scandals in recent weeks that it can be hard to keep track of them all. So here's a brief recap: David allegedly threatened to shoot a 57-year-old woman named Sandra Britt earlier this week. Like most bullies, he hoped Britt would just quietly slink away after he asserted his false dominance, but unfortunately for David, both Sandra and her daughter are calling him out every chance they get . Take a look:   1. Crazy Dave Yes, David allegedly threatened to shoot a 57-year-old grandmother. Now, she and her daughter are fighting back. 2. Menace to Society Britt pressed charges against David, telling police that he threatened to shoot her. 3. Get Him! She also plans to file a civil suit alleging that he lied to the public with the intent of denigrating her character. 4. Speaking Out Sandra’s daughter, Kelli Faulk, was the first to address the matter publicly, calling David and Jenelle out on Facebook. 5. Jonathan Rivera and Fernanda Flores Exchange Veiled Barbs After Split

The 90 Day Fiance couple everyone thought had made it … did not. Jonathan and Fernanda have addressed their split in separate posts . But not everything is amicable. Now, the two are making vague posts about which of them is the better person.  Fernanda had taken a “break” from social media. This week, she returned. “Some of the kindest souls I know have lived in a world that was not so kind to them,” she wrote in a vague post. “Some of the best human beings I know,” Fernanda continued. “Have been through so much at the hands of others.” “And,” Fernanda said, those people “still love deeply, they still care.” “Sometimes,” she noted. “It’s people who have been hurt the most, who refuse to be hardened in this world.” Fernanda says that this is “because they would never want to make another person feel the same way they themselves have felt.” It is difficult to read that and not interpret it as meaning that she will remain hopeful despite her broken marriage. In another post, still without naming Jonathan, Fernanda views her current situation through a religious lens. “I declare that God has a great plan for my life,” Fernanda begins. “He is directing my steps,” she writes. “And even though I may not always understand how,” Fernanda admits. “I know that my situation is not a surprise to God.” “He will work out every detail to my advantage,” she trusts. “In his perfect timing,” Fernanda concludes. “Everything will turn right.” Jonathan has also been active on social media. For the most part, as we have mentioned, he has been continuing as if it is business as usual. As we reported on Thursday, Jonathan shared a program that he started for underprivileged children in his community. But he has also shared a very succinct text post. “Be kind to people for no good reason,” the image reads. “#nocaptionneeded,” he wrote as his caption. Those posts are vague but generally pleasant. We wish that we could say the same for Jonathan and Fernanda’s marriage. “I haven’t spoken to Fernanda since December 22,” Jonathan clarified last week . “I have a lot going on,” he explained. “And so in the midst of all the craziness, I try to focus on what’s important.” Even so, he wanted to make it extremely clear that Fernanda isn’t any more of a villain than he is. “Fernanda’s not a gold digger,” he affirmed. “Fernanda didn’t come here for a green card.” “What happened was things change,” he admitted. “Things change and people change and I can’t help that.” “Every marriage has its problems. Every relationship has its issues,” Jonathan said on Instagram Live. “It’s all about your attitude,” he noted. “As long as you’re positive… [I] gotta take it day by day.” “I promise you, I didn’t give up,” he assured fans. I gave 110 percent to my marriage.” In the end, he says: “I reached a point where I said, ‘I have to love myself just as much.'” We hope that, at some point, Jon or Fernanda or both of them will explain what happened. Leida Margaretha: 90 Day Fiance Villain Accused of Violent Attack

Leida Margaretha may have been the most hated cast member of her 90 Day Fiance season, which is quite the accomplishment. During the Tell All Part 2 , Leida’s conflict with Eric Rosenbrook’s daughter took center stage. But now her former sister-in-law has come forward to accuse Leida of a brutal violent attack. Leida Margaretha has a young son, Alessandro, from a previous relationship. Alessandro’s father is a man named Daniel, and Daniel’s sister is a woman named Amelia. (Amelia is still Alessandro’s aunt) She says that Leida’s toxic behavior began long, long before she ever became a reality star. Amelia went on social media and claimed that Leida attacked her when they were still sisters-in-law. And Leida was apparently being investigated by the police for this particular attack. To no one’s surprise, this apparently began with an argument between Leida and Daniel. After the bickering, Leida wanted Amelia to return with her to her parents’ house — but Amelia did not want to. “The next morning she was mad at me and destroy all me belongings,” Amelia says. She explains that Leida felt entitled to do so “because she thinks all my belongings is belong to her.” Amelia accuses Leida of stealing money from her and of threatening to ruin Daniel’s business, financed by her wealthy family, if they broke up. Beware, folks, because this is where the details turn violent. Amelia says that Leida has “anger issues” that drove her to track Amelia down when she was staying at her aunt’s house. She says that Leida arrived uninvited and was “screaming because I talk back to her.” Leida was allegedly “really mad” and “hit me and punch me in my face and my head at the same time.” Amelia also says that Leida kicked her during this encounter. She notes that, during the assault, Leida allegedly shouted “you should die!!” Obviously, a physical attack is the sort of thing where police get involved. Amelia says that she did press charges — initially. But Leida allegedly went to great lengths to “manipulate me to drop the case,” Amelia says. And, eventually, it worked. Amelia blames herself for dropping the charges, lamenting that she was “stupid and innocent.” There are a lot of violent, manipulative people in this world. It is never the victim’s fault. Amelia had much more to say about Leida, including accusing her of using expensive gifts to “blackmail” her own friends. At times, she would allegedly give someone a gift and then threaten to take it back if they displeased her. Amelia also says that Leida would surprise people with gifts, like a concert ticket to see Katy Perry, and later claim that the person begged for it. That also sounds nasty and toxic … and there’s more. Amelia says that Leida had very specifically banged on her door, screamed at her, and invaded her privacy over having a “messy room.” Does this sound familiar to anyone else? It should. Messiness was Leida’s exact issue with Eric’s teenage daughter, Tasha, whom she forced out of her own home. Leida’s own castmates were horrified and shocked by Leida’s treatment of Tasha. The only thing worse to them, some of whom are parents themselves, was the way that Eric seemed to accept Leida’s behavior. He admitted that he knew that Leida had called his own daughter a “bitch.” He didn’t seem to care. He also caved to Leida’s emotional blackmail and banned his own daughter from her apartment. As of the Tell All’s filming, he and Tasha have no relationship, and he sounds perfectly happy with that. Maybe he and Leida deserve each other. Eric has seen these accusations against Leida — taking aim at Soap Dirt for covering these same social media posts. He then tells them their business, insisting that they should hear both sides if they wish to be taken seriously. Our take is that Eric is the last person to lecture people on taking people seriously. Also, Soap Dirt and other outlets are just reporting Amelia’s accusations, the same as we are. Colt Johnson Files to Divorce Larissa Dos Santos Lima

The most contentious marriage in 90 Day Fiance history has come to an end. According to multiple outlets, Colt Johnson filed to divorce Larissa Dos Santos Lima on Friday, mere hours after the reality star was arrested on a charge of domestic battery. It was Larissa’s third arrest on this charge, although she was not prosecuted either of the first two times. Late Thursday night, however, Colt and Larissa got into an ugly and vicious and seemingly violent altercation. Each side shares troubling/bloody photos of the encounter on social media, with Larissa allegeing that Colt called the police and also alleging that he was responsible for the following facial injuries: HOWEVER, Las Vegas cops on the scene investigated Colt’s hands and fingernails, along with Larissa’s wounds, and determined that he did not cause her any harm. They were only husband and wife for seven months. Colt’s mom reportedly paid the divorce filing fee, while Larissa turned yesterday to a GoFundMe page in order to make bail. Us Weekly has since confirmed that Dos Santos Lima posted bail on Friday and has since been released. “He had a swollen lip, and his gums and teeth were bloodied,” Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Officer Jay Rivera told this same tabloid of Johnson’s wounds after the incident in question. He continued: “After cleaning her off, officers determined that the cuts were not consistent with the kind of bleeding she was claiming. “She also has scratches on her abdomen, but those injuries were also not consistent with the length of [Johnson’s] fingernails.” TMZ originally reported that these cuts may have been self-inflicted. In a lengthy statement posted on Instagram Stories (below) after the divorce went public, Dos Santos Lima said “the truth will come out” about what transpired. She also appeared to reference the claim that Johnson was a nail-biter and that the cops do not believe he assaulted her during this confrontation. “I want to thank everyone who toke [sic] time to investigate the domestic violence episode and found a ‘history of long nails.’” (NOTE: a few fans shared photos on social media showing Johnson with longer fingernails, suggesting that he had bitten them after the couple’s physical altercation.) Here is what Larissa wrote on Saturday: As for Johnson? He jumped on his Instagram page and went over all the items he says he purchsaed for his wife throughout their relationship, claiming that she came to the U.S. with “literally nothing.” Detailed Johnson, along with a photo full of garbage bags and boxes: The suitcases she used for travel I provided for her. On her arrival I already had clothes waiting for her to wear and everything she needed to start a basic life in America. Over the course of months I continued to provide for her, gave her shelter, food, and supported her wants and dreams. When she wanted a dress or makeup I bought it for her. When she wanted to take ESL classes I found a class for her and drove her. When she wanted to go to a gym I took her to every gym in town and eventually she joined two gyms simultaneously. When she needed a doctor, lawyer, therapist I would always do what I could for her. The estranged couple, who have been at the center of multiple cheating accusations and rumors since December, got engaged five days after they met in person in Mexico. Larissa has claimed that TLC bought all of her clothes and accessories, not Johnson. But this is how Colt concluded his most recent statement: “My sole mission since her arrival was to see that she was happy, taken care for and nurtured. “When she wanted to start her business I gave her a thousand dollars just to start. 90 Day Fiance Finale Recap: Zero Days Without Cheating

90 Day Fiance aired its season finale and viewers are already hyped for the Tell-All Special. But the finale itself had so much, including Jay Smith’s cheating scandal and a lot of family drama. Who actually made it to the altar? Take a look: Let’s start with Kalani and Asuelu, who are likeable enough even though they really should not have gotten married. These two had a lot of problems from the beginning. Their fling would never have become more than that if she hadn’t become pregnant. Kalani had baby Oliver and she and Asuelu resolved to marry … and now Kalani is pregnant again. So she spends a lot of her wedding day episode narrative hoping that her father won’t find out that she’s expecting her second child. (As you may recall, Asuelu refuses to wear condoms and says that they are for “slut people,” which is … really stupid) He doesn’t find out on screen, though he obviously knows about it now. Should these two have gotten married? No. Did they? Yes. Their wedding was as beautiful as the memes spawned from Asuelu’s crying. Next up, we have to talk about this season’s worst couple: Colt and Larissa. While most of the drama with Coltee and Larissa happened off-screen, plenty of their nonsense was caught on camera. These two did get married, despite Larissa’s (first) domestic battery arrest. Larissa got married in a wedding dress from Goodwill. There were more people from TLC, filming and producing the wedding, than there were actual guests. Considering the bride and groom themselves … that’s not really a huge surprise. Speaking of toxic relationships, let’s look at Eric and Leida. Admittedly, most of their drama was with Eric’s family, whom Leida seems to think he should foreswear. Leida’s dismissive attitude towards Eric’s children has earned her a lot of hate (deservedly) and some death threats (not cool). Despite Eric’s lack of financial resources, he and Leida did get married. His older daughters were not interested in watching this go down, but his youngest was there. For a comical twist, Eric forgot his pants just 35 minutes before the wedding. For possibly the first time, I sympathize with the guy — pants are nothing but leg-prisons. Eric immediately dashes any connection wtih viewers by toasting “everyone that showed up” to his wedding. Steven and Olga’s story really belonged on 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days . Why? Because Olga gave birth in Russia, and this high-conflict couple spent their time in Russia. Steven’s open resentment of their child, Alex (that’s his name, regardless of what you heard on the show; it’s a long story), was yikes-worthy. So it was nice for viewers to see him leave Russia without Olga and without their baby. He was vowing to work on the K-1 Visa paperwork (it costs money, folks). Fans really, really hope that he gave himself a major attitude adjustment, too. Because, in real life, these two are still together. We will say that their social media posts seem extremely endearing. The secret is for Steven to not be talking while the camera is on. Jonathan and Fernanda’s wedding was almost as beautiful as the couple themselves. The one downside to their happy day was that Jonathan’s mother couldn’t attend, at the last minute. This wasn’t an issue with Fernanda or her youth. Jonathan’s grandfather was sick. Real life doesn’t pause for weddings, and Fernanda understood that. Fernanda also wished that her own mother could be in attendance. Also, Fernanda let it slip that she’s planning to have yet another wedding in Mexico, so it’s all good. Then there’s Jay and Ashley. Ashley caught Jay cheating on her, though he objects to that definition of “cheating.” The dude downloaded Tinder the instant that they got married. She caught him video chatting another girl the day ater their wedding. Ashley was understandably furious, which is probably why Jay is currently asking fans for cash . Jay is 20 and seems to have almost no impulse control. From day one, Ashley’s friends had warned her that he was going to cheat on her. We had all hoped that they were wrong. Who else is absolutely, unapologetically hyped for the Tell-All Special ? They’ll get into relationship issues, from Jay’s cheating to Steven’s absolutely repulsive attitude and the way that he speaks to Olga. But most of all, fans are looking forward to seeing how Larissa interacts with her castmates. Coltee may be good at putting on his condescending “nice voice” and at least pretending to be reasonable. Colt Johnson Lashes Out at 90 Day Fiance Fans: SHUT UP, Internet Hobos!

These past two weeks have been a rollercoaster for Larissa, Colt, and all of their fans. Larissa exposed Colt as a cheater , Colt apologized, and then  Larissa revealed that Colt is still cheating  and  is hiding money . But now, Colt is lashing out at followers who dare to criticize him. And Larissa? She’s acting like a Stepford Wife. After the entire world learned that Colt Johnson has been cheating on Larissa with multiple online admirers,  Colt apologized . At the time, he said that he’d let his fame get to his head and it looked like he and Larissa were going to try to work things out. Now, his tone is very different. “Look, internet hobos,” Colt begins a very confrontational post. Accompanying his caption is a meme of President Bill Clinton, in an old-fashioned meme format, with the words “did someone say p–sy?” No, we don’t know why Colt is like this, either. “Even though I’m on a TV show,” Colt tells his followers. “I’m still a private person.” If by  private , he means the sort who sends photos of his  privates  to a bunch of random women while he’s married, then sure. “I choose not to share or disclose my intimate moments to you,” he says. He used the word  private  and then  intimate . Is he trolling us or just hilariously lacking self-awareness? “And trust me,” Colt claims. “None of you understand what is going on.” Oh, good. There’s that oh-so-familiar condescending tone that he uses so often on  90 Day Fiance . “I will not take the low road by trying to hurt another person in public,” Colt says. It’s unclear if he’s saying that he won’t insult Larissa, whom he called “bats–t crazy” in a recent  90 Day Fiance  episode. Or maybe he intends to blame his apparent harem of Instagram skanks who say that he lied to them about his marital status. “I made mistakes,” Colt acknowledges. Coltee then adds: “I have problems.” No argument here. “But I am not so vile as to openly and freely promote hate speech against someone “I love” or even someone I hate,” he concludes. Colt’s cousin, John Maymoun, told  RadarOnline  earlier this week that the couple has been filming  90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? And they are a great example of why there’s a question mark in the show’s title. “I appear on the show only to bring Debbie a birthday gift and Larissa flowers,” John reveals. Viewers remember John from when he accused Larissa of using Colt to get a Green Card. “Larissa locks herself in the bedroom most of the time,” John shares. John didn’t have much good to share about Colt, even though he’s on his side. “He’s quite passive. I’m not sure he knows exactly what to do. He doesn’t seem happy at all. Debbie locks herself in her room as well.” Though he apologized to Colt for his behavior on 90 Day Fiance, he says that Larissa is “horrible.” “She attacked Colt twice and I don’t believe she loves or respects Colt,” John accuses. Attacking a member of your family is never okay. Though some would ask who  does  respect Colt. “But if Colt’s stuck with her, I want him to be happy,” John says. “It’s cheaper to keep her!” By Thursday, Larissa had purged her Instagram Stories and even her old posts. Now, she is — in text format only — promising her fans that she’s okay. Some are still worried. She has changed her Instagram display name to Larissa Johnson and uploaded a series of happy, peaceful modeling shots. You know when you see social media accounts by actresses who seem to just travel the world in different dresses and share captions you’d find in a self-help book? Larissa’s new posts all look like that. From a woman who used to live on her Instagram Stories, this is wildly impersonal and a little alarming. So, is she now being a good little Stepford Wife for Coltee? Is she even still in control of her own Instagram posts? You’ll know when we know. After he was exposed as a cheater, Colt Johnson claimed that 90 Day Fiance fame went to his head and made him cheat. Now, Colt is publicly apologizing to his wife and condemning fans who rush to judge him. Meanwhile, Larissa is claiming that, despite her domestic battery arrests , she has never been abusive to Colt. Speaking to InTouch Weekly , Larissa Dos Santos Lima condemns claims that she was abusive to Colt. “I was not abusive to Colt,” Larissa insists. She refers to both her behavior on 90 Day Fiance and to her two domestic battery arrests. “Anything pointing otherwise is extremely edited or taken out of context,” she claims. It’s true that reality shows, 90 Day Fiance included, may edit out context. But are we to believe that police reports about them do the same? Despite the recent revelations about Colt’s rampant cheating on her with various Instagram women, Larissa isn’t giving up. “I love Colt,” Larissa insists. “And we have normal relationship troubles like any other couple.” For the record, some friction with Colt’s mom is normal. The cheating, the domestic battery arrests, and the toxic fighting are not . “I understand his actions,” Larissa says. “And I will forgive him.” Yikes. “A true relationship,” Larissa believes. “Is two imperfect people unwilling to give up on each other.” In one of the messages that Larissa exposed, Colt claimed to an Instagram mistress that Larissa was “violent.” Within the context of the message, it appeared that he was using that as an excuse for why his online affair had to remain a secret. “He was lying to these girls,” Larissa says. “It was already proved.” “He was talking to a girl making promises of a relationship,” Larissa notes. “And talking to others as well behind her back.” “He was saying whatever he wanted to make these girls feel sorry for him,” Larissa points out. “If I was an abusive wife,” Larissa says. “He could just get divorced.” There are many abuse victims who have to stay with their partners for financial security, for their children, for citizenship, or in fear of their lives. As far as we know, Colt has no such ties forcing him to stay with Larissa. Larissa says that if she were abusive, “he would not be here right now asking me to come back to him.” “He is [begging] for forgiveness,” she characterizes. “So,” Larissa asks, in the eyes of some fans, “how come I am abusive?” Most of that was pretty well-reasoned. Unfortunately, Larissa then takes things too far and shoots herself in the foot. “The real abuse is the humiliation of being cheated,” Larissa claims. Cheating is a dicksh thing to do, but it is by no means as bad as abuse. Equating the two makes it sound like domestic violence is much less serious than it really is. “I am the abused victim here,” Larissa concludes, to the frustration of fans who have begun to root for her. At best, they may hope that something has been lost in translation from her native Portuguese. Larissa and Colt both shared a message that Colt wrote on Instagram. “All of these accusations are ridiculous and need to stop,” Colt insists. “Whatever problems I have in MY relationship,” he writes. “I’ll deal with them.” He doesn’t want advice on how to apologize or how to not cheat or how to not be a condescending jerk to her constantly. Colt says: “I will work on them in private.” Last week, fans learned of Colt’s multiple flirtations on social media. But Colt says that none of it is serious — at least, not anymore. “There is nobody special for me,” Colt writes. He clarifies: “There is no new girlfriend.” And to think that he’d been telling some women that he and Larissa were secretly separated but not telling anyone yet. “I love Larissa,” Colt claims. “And,” he continues. “I want to fight for our relationship.” Colt concludes: “and I apologize for all the pain I caused to her.” This couple has seemed toxic since Larissa stepped off the plane. Leida Margaretha and Eric Rosenbrook QUIT 90 Day Fiance Over Death Threats

As you may remember from this week's 90 Day Fiance recap , Leida Margaretha made her worst impression yet upon viewers. Her disregard for Eric's family struck such a nerve that some inexcusable trolls bombarded her social media with graphic death threats. Struggling through tears, Leida lashes out at the people who have threatened the life of her, Eric, and her 5-year-old son. Leida Margaretha and Eric Rosenbrook released a very dramatic video on Instagram in response to death threats that they have received. We have included that video for you to watch. Though Eric appears to be calmly dissociating or perhaps watching television in the background, Leida is in tears and clearly distraught. “We put our lives in danger. We put our lives on the front lines,” Leida laments. “This is not fair,” she continues. “This is not worth it at all. We are never gonna do this again.” “I swear to God,” Leida vows. “Once the contract is done, we will reveal everything that they never showed you on the show.” “How can people wish me to die?” Leida asks through tears. “This is not fair,” she exclaims, growing increasingly distraught as the video goes on. “I am a human too,” she reminds 90 Day Fiance viewers. “And when I signed up for this,” Leida wails. “I didn't know. We didn't know they're going to portray us that bad.” Eric chimes in: “And TLC's not going to do anything about it, of course.” Leida also wrote out a message sharing her frustrations. “No we won’t be on the next season,” Leida writes. “Sharp doesn’t care about the death threats. We will deal everything on our own.” “Death threats are not acceptable under any circumstances,” Leida affirms. No reality star's drama has ever warranted death threats, folks. “If I made those death threats by myself I wouldn’t let the authorities involved,” she says, referring to theories that she is fabricating the threats for attention. “Whoever says, 'Boohoo Leida this is on you'… Thank you so much,” she writes. “And,” she continues. “I pray you will never experience the same way like I have.” “My son doesn’t deserve to be killed or kidnapped,” Leida points out. “I keep it real. I never lie,” she says. “I value honesty and I hope it will help me at the court later.” Eric also wrote on Instagram. “I get why many of you hate on us so much that feel the need to contact us and spew your hate,” he says. “But for the love of God, leave her son alone!” Eric implores the couple's haters. Eric points out: “He doesn’t deserve any of this from any of you!” He's right. Whatever you think of Leida and Eric, Leida's 5-year-old son has done nothing wrong. But also, just don't send death threats. RadarOnline spoke to the police, who confirmed that they had been in contact with Eric and Leida about the death threats. “An officer was dispatched because Leida received threatening messages through social media,” Chief of Police Mark Schauf reports. “The officer gave them advice,” Schauf shares. “And counseled them on what they could do to ensure their safety.” Police do not offer 'round-the-clock protection as if they were bodyguards, even to people who have received death threats. There just aren't enough police officers to give everyone a bodyguard. Schauf explains: “They asked for police presence because of their profile on 90 Day Fiance. ” No matter what you think of Leida as a girlfriend or even a human being, don't send her or anyone else any death threats.
