The 9 Best Lines From Harry Knowles’s Highly Sexualized Review of Eclipse

Confession time: The Twilight Saga: Eclipse ? It’s…kinda fun. No, really. I mean, it’s corny as all get out, but it’s just a big dumb ball of well-directed, wink-wink romance — why, just ask Harry Knowles! The Ain’t It Cool News webmaster published his review of the film today , and it’s a borderline giddy, possibly intoxicated missive that really get to the heart (and genitals) of the matter. Here are the 9 best passages:

Colin Farrell and Eric Bana Circling New Sheldon Turner Film

It looks like Sheldon Turner might have gotten his Oscar season frustrations out with the help of Final Draft. The Up in the Air co-writer has his directorial debut lined up: By Virtue Fall , a drama that “charts a professional and personal relationship between two characters that evolves from friendship to betrayal and retribution.” So, it’s a reality-based tale about his Academy Award rivalry with Jason Reitman? Got it. Adding to the fun: wild card Nicolas Chartier’s Voltage Pictures is setting up the financing for the indie, which may star Colin Farrell and Eric Bana. [ Deadline ]

What Are the Pros and Cons of Moving the Oscars to January?

By now you’ve no doubt read the news that newly chosen Oscar producers Bruce Cohen and Don Mischer might be asked to start working on the telecast a little earlier than initially expected. Movieline sister site Deadline reports that the Academy Board of Governors is meeting to decide whether the 83rd Academy Awards should air sometime in January instead of the previously staked out date of Feb. 27, 2011. And while a few weeks might not seem like an earth-shaking decision, you’d be surprised at how many people are not cool with this. As Awards Daily scribe Ryan Adams wrote, “I only wonder what the hell has the Board of Governors squirming so restlessly that they suddenly want to overhaul and bastardize 83 years of tradition?” Um, bad ratings? But is that reason enough to make this change? Ahead, Movieline offers some pros and cons to the whole sordid affair.

Walk of Fame Inductees: Oprah, NPH, GOOP Innovator

The new crop of Hollywood Walk of Fame inductees includes Oprah Winfrey, Neil Patrick Harris, Tina Fey, Gwyneth Paltrow, the Muppets, Reese Witherspoon, Penelope Cruz, and Danny DeVito. Of those selected, only one has never won either an Academy Award or Emmy. Can you guess? Yep, it’s good old NPH. Reminds me of that famous adage: “Those who can’t win, host.” [ THR ]

Halle Berry’s Sloppy Tits of the Day

The fascinating thing about Halle Berry is that she was the hot pussy in Monster Balls, back when she won the Oscar cuz the Academy Awards felt it was the perfect opportunity to fight rumors about them being racists, cuz she is black enough and white enough to keep everyone happen. Sure she’s no fucking Precious or Monique which I am sure is a good thing for the guy who was running the craft services on set of Precious cuz memories of working that movie give him horrible nightmares, and another good thing is that despite being older and rumored to be getting back with her Montreal Model boyfriend who I’ve never met, but if I knew he was going to be knocking up Halle Berry, I woulda put some effort to tutor him for his Spanish classes 10 years ago, is that the only thing real fat about her, other than her mom pussy, is her fat tits and I like tits.
