Yet another woman has come forward to accuse Bill Cosby of sexual assault. Chloe Goins claims that she was drugged and awoke to find Cosby licking her toes during a party at the Playboy Mansion in 2008. Goins says she attended the party at the invitation of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner. She claims that Hefner introduced her to Cosby and then offered her a drink. She was just 18 years old at the time. “I wasn’t really supposed to drink because of my age,” Goins tells the Daily Mail. “Everything kind of went a little foggy. I started feeling sick to my stomach and just dizzy.” Goins says the comic escorted her to a bedroom where she later woke up naked to find Cosby fondling her feet and masturbating. “I came to and remember seeing this big man crouched over me,” she says. “It was Bill Cosby, and he was at my feet, kind of licking and kissing them and I think he bit my toe and that’s what woke me up.” Goins claims that Cosby ran from the room when he realized that she was awake. More than 20 women have now accused Cosby of sexual assault . Cosby has remained largely silent on the issue, but he gave a bizarre statement on Sunday, telling the New York Post that he expects the “black media” to remain neutral in its coverage of the accusations.
