A couple months after tabloid reports erroneously stated that Gaga was engaged to Taylor Kinney , a far more reliable source now confirms that the actor proposed on Valentine’s Day. According to The Times Herald-Record, the couple celebrated at Lady Gaga’s family’s restaurant, Joanne Trattoria, on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, after the Chicago Fire Season 3 star popped life’s most important question. The newspaper’s Executive Editor, Barry Lewis, was actually at the establishment at the time and witnessed Gaga showing off her sparkly new engagement ring. “Kinney, standing, seemed a bit embarrassed as they talked about trying to find the right ring and time to give it to her,” Lewis writes, adding that he overheard Gaga telling a loved one “it was time” she and Kinney agreed to wed . The artist and the actor met on the 2011 set of Gaga’s “You & I” music video, which was filmed in Nebraska. Lady Gaga actually wore her mother’s wedding dress in scenes for that racy video, which featured Kinney as the object of her affection. They started dating a few months later, briefly split in May 2012, but have now been back together for over two years. If you’ve never heard of Hefe Wine, consider yourself lucky. Hefe is the abusive “rapper” who dated Iggy Azalea in 2008 when she was only 18. We put “rapper” in quotes, because dude’s main profession is extorting his successful ex. Wine demanded a divorce from Iggy last year, despite the fact that the couple was never married. The reason, of course, was that his other attempts to make money off of her success – such as threatening to release an Iggy Azalea sex tape – all fell flat for various reasons. Wine’s attempt to fleece Iggy in divorce court turned out to be a bust, but being the persistent golddigger that he is, Hefe is giving it another go, and this time he claims to have proof that he and Iggy were man and wife. TMZ is reporting that Wine’s latest witness is a Houston doctor who’s willing to testify that Hefe and Iggy visited his office in 2008 and stated that they were married. There’s no record indicating that they ever legally got hitched, but that might not matter, as under Texas law, if a couple lives together and claims to be married, then they basically are. That loophole could prove to be lucrative for Hefe (and expensive for Iggy), as Wine is demanding half of the profits from any music that Azalea wrote while they were together. He also claims to have whole albums’ worth of music that he and Iggy recorded togther that he’s currently legally prohibited from releasing. They’re not quite Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar , but Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have quite the sizable brood. Brad and Angie are already parents to six kids – ranging in age from 6 to 13 – and they’re reportedly planning to expand their clan by adopting a 2-year-old Syrian boy named Moussa. Several media outlets are reporting that Moussa is living in a refugee camp in Turkey, waiting for his adoption into the Jolie-Pitt family to be finalized. Jolie reportedly met the child while visiting the camp as part of her humanitarian work for UNICEF. Jolie and Pitt got married in August, but have been together for over a decade. They adopted their first child together in 2005. Both known for hard partying in their youths, Pitt and Jolie have now fully devoted themselves to parenting, and have been applauded for their selfless commitment to their children’s happiness. Brad and Angie’s kids most recently made headlines when it was rumored that 8-year-old Shiloh Jolie-Pitt had decided to identify as a boy and asked family members to refer to her as John. That report has yet to be confirmed, but the couple has spoken openly about allowing their children the freedom to dress and identify themselves as they please. It’s hard to think of a celebrity who had a better 2014 than Matthew McConaughey. McConaughey won Best Actor at the Oscars, starred in one one of TV’s most acclaimed series with True Detective, and even landed a Lincoln endorsement deal that’s resulted in some memorably bizarre commercials. Just a month into 2015, however, it seems the beloved actor’s streak of good fortune may have come to an end, as he’s being accused of some shady practices in one of his side businesses, and animal rights activists say it’s decidedly not alright, alright, alright… TMZ reports that McConaughey owns a ranch in Mertzon, TX, along with his brother Mike. The ranch breeds and sells horses and cows, but it also allows visitors to hunt whitetail deer. The problem is, animal rights groups are claiming that since the deer are unable to leave the 22,000 acre ranch (there’s a high fence to prevent them from escaping) and they spend most of their time in the feeding area, they’re essentially trapped and baited.
