Jennifer Aniston: Dating Christopher Gartin?

Is there a new man in Jennifer Aniston’s life? As in an actual new man, not just co-stars she’s supposedly friends with benefits with (Gerard Butler, Bradley Cooper) or ex-husbands she’s sneaking around with ? That’s the rumor, and the new guy is actor Christopher Gartin, with whom she was spotted having dinner last week at her favorite hangout, the Sunset Tower Hotel. If it’s true, the man doesn’t kiss and tell. “No comment,” he said when asked about their status. Either way, Jennifer didn’t seem too happy to see the paparazzi Thursday night as they tried to leave: Jennifer Aniston really wants to keep her life private, or doesn’t want the paparazzi to know she’s dating Christopher Gartin. [Photo: PacificCoastNewsOnline.com] As you can see, the actress ducked and covered her face when photographers caught him driving her home after their dinner together, although who knows why. Chris Gartin seems like a good guy. He is 42, has dozens of credits to his name, hails from New York and was previously married to an event planner. Word is that Jen’s BFF Courteney Cox set them up . Think this is for real Think they’re a good match? How will he react to this week’s tabloid covers proclaiming that she’s having a baby ? We can only wait and see.

‘Harry Potter’ Actress Bonnie Wright Dishes On Growing Up With Ginny

‘Being the person who sort of ends up with the hero of this franchise is never something I ever would have imagined,’ she tells MTV News. By Kara Warner, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Bonnie Wright Photo: MTV News It’s hard to believe that Bonnie Wright was only 9 years old when she first appeared onscreen in “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.” Though looking at production stills of Wright in “Sorcerer’s Stone” through the teasers for “Deathly Hallows,” it’s easy to see the evolution of the young girl grown into the young woman she is today. When MTV News caught up with the actress at the recent opening of Universal’s Wizarding World of Harry Potter , we asked Wright to reflect on how her character, Ginny Weasley, has evolved along with her over the course of the eight “Potter” films. “Being the person who sort of ends up with the hero of this franchise is never something I ever would have imagined,” she said of her character becoming Harry’s love interest. “It’s just been so exciting, so lovely to have something that develops further, and you can make [Ginny] my own and take things from your own life growing up and put those things into it.” Regarding the much-discussed, heavily hyped epilogue , Wright said the “full-on scene” is a fitting end to the series because the filmmakers chose to shoot it as a stand-alone ending, not just a background for the end credits. She added that one of her last scenes in the epilogue was a particularly surreal moment, because her character started and ended her “Potter” journey in the same place. “It wasn’t my last scene, but it was one of my last scenes. That’s where I started the journey of ‘Harry Potter,’ on the platform, and then to see the girl who’s playing our daughter was just psychologically, it was very weird, because she’s the same age as me. It was literally having a whole cycle of the journey.” Wright hopes audiences will appreciate that final scene as much as she did. “I hope it’s well-received. In terms of the prosthetics and creativity of it, they took months and months — I must have done 100 tests and costume fittings. A lot of energy went into making that moment perfect.” Check out everything we’ve got on “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1.” For young Hollywood news, fashion and “Twilight” updates around the clock, visit HollywoodCrush.MTV.com . ‘The Last Airbender’ Stars Talk Bending Powers

Jackson Rathbone would choose to control water, while Dev Patel would turn back time. By Mawuse Ziegbe Nicola Peltz Photo: Andrew H. Walker/ Getty Images M. Night Shyamalan’s kid-friendly fantasy, “The Last Airbender,” details an epic war between four nations driven by the powerful natural elements water, fire, earth and air. The flick follows the plight of Aang, the sole Avatar with the ability to control all of the elements, as he tries to restore peace between the warring factions. Given the choice to manage any one of those elements, the stars of the film have a variety of reasons for choosing their own “bending” powers. Shyamalan, who wrote, directed and produced the movie, which is based on the hit animated Nickelodeon TV show, would opt to have the ability to manipulate air. “First of all, I have an advantage ’cause everything has air around it,” Shyamalan told MTV News at the New York premiere of the movie on Wednesday. “Right now, if you were Earthbender, you’d be kind of screwed because there’s concrete underneath us. But I got you.” Nicola Peltz, who plays a Waterbender in the film, said she would stick to that power in real life as well. “I think water’s the most interesting because unfortunately it can harm you like a tsunami but it also heals people,” the actress said, adding that she’d like to be a ‘bender that’s also a do-gooder. “I would like to be a Waterbender because I could stop the tsunami and also give clean water to countries.” Jackson Rathbone was also on the water bandwagon. “I would probably say water just based on the fact that it’s one of the most prevalent elements around,” said Rathbone. “Bruce Lee talks much about being like water in his book Artist of Life. ” Noah Ringer works all the elements as the film’s lead, Aang, but he was able to single out one that he’d most like to control. “Air would be pretty cool because you could fly,” said Ringer, adding that Airbending has some practical advantages as well. “You wouldn’t have to ride on airplanes or anything.” Seychelle Gabriel, who plays Princess Yue in the film, would keep things close to home. “I’ve been telling everyone earth because I just think there’s so many possibilities because there’s rocks and trees and dirt and gravel,” said Gabriel. “There’s so many choices to pick from.” Dev Patel, however, eschewed the whole four-elements thing altogether and offered his own special ability. “If it was a real element it would … be turning back time. There’s so many crazy catastrophes happening in the world today. To be able to do that would just be fantastic,” said Patel, who nodded and simply said “BP,” as one of the disasters he’d like to fix. Kristen Stewart to Twihards: Don’t Murder Me!

We mean this with all due respect, but perhaps Kristen Stewart should quit acting. She really doesn’t seem to enjoy the spotlight, does she? Aside from making inappropriate comments (such as comparing the paparazzi to rapists , which she quickly apologized for), the actress comes across as painfully awkward in interviews . It’s refreshing, but it’s also just strange. Now, in an interview with British magazine Hello! , Stewart admits that she has serious fear of fame. Especially fame at the level she’s achieved. “I don’t feel very comfortable on the red carpet,” she said. “I look out there at a thousand people and I realize they could rush me and assassinate me. No security could protect me. Ostensibly they’re fans, but I think about them turning on me.” Kristen says she “struggles to keep myself from crying” during public appearances and shows many signs of social anxiety disorder, a legitimate phobia that is triggered by perceived scrutiny from those around you. There is good news for Stewart: at least she can go home and have Robert Pattinson hold her tightly every evening.

Kristen Stewart Dishes On Her Real-Life ‘Wolf Pack’

‘They’re really sweet. I cook for them when they’re hungry,’ Stewart says of her pet wolf hybrids on ‘Late Show With David Letterman.’ By Jocelyn Vena Kristen Stewart visits “The Late Show with David Letterman” on Monday Photo: James Devaney/ Getty Images Kristen Stewart visited the “Late Show With David Letterman” on Monday night to promote the latest “Twilight” film, “Eclipse,” opening Wednesday, and the conversation quickly turned to Stewart’s real-life wolf pack. You see, the actress actually owns wolf hybrids. While Letterman held up a photo of her pet wolf, Stewart explained, “This is my pet. This is Jack. He’s our oldest male. I know he looks kind of scary. He’s a wolf. He’s really sweet.” When asked where she got the wolf, Stewart replied, “[We got him] from Florida, actually. … They told us [he’s a wolf]. The dark ones are apparently European. They’re wolf dogs. They’re hybrids.” If you’re wondering how Stewart got the idea to have wolves in her home, it has nothing to do with “Twilight.” “It’s my mom’s deal. Maybe it’s a bit of empty-nest syndrome and she needed to raise more children, because they really are hard to take care of. She’s awesome. She’s just a little funny,” the actress explained. When a photo of Stewart cuddling with one of her wolves was shown, she added, “See, they’re really sweet. I cook for them when they’re hungry,” adding that it is legal to own wolf hybrids in the U.S. But the talk wasn’t all about Stewart’s wolves. Letterman asked about her “mixed” relationship with a vampire in the form of Robert Pattinson. “That’s very prejudiced Dave,” she joked. She then pointed out that the relationship won’t be “mixed” for much longer. In “Breaking Dawn,” she’ll become a vampire. “Well, I’m not spoiling it for anybody, Dave. I’m gonna make the transformation,” she said. When Dave asked who might “sponsor” that transformation, she joked, “I haven’t thought about that. Maybe ‘True Blood’ will sponsor us.” What do you think of Stewart owning actual wolves? Tell us in the comments! Amy Locane Charged with Vehicular Homicide

Amy Locane is in serious trouble with the law. The actress, who appeared on the original Melrose Place and played a small role in the 2002 movie Secretary , crashed into the side of another car in Montgomery, New Jersey on Sunday night, killing the woman in the passenger’s seat of that vehicle. The second driver involved was taken to a nearby hospital, while Locane was arrested on the spot for DUI. The New Jersey Star-Ledger reports the actress admitted to drinking several glasses of wine prior to the accident. Incredibly, Locane rear-ended another car before getting into this major crash. She fled that scene, but was followed by a driver who phoned police and said Locane was “swerving and knocking down several mailboxes.” A mother of two, Locane has been charged with second-degree vehicular homicide and third-degree assault by auto. She could face 10 years in prison if convicted.

Angelina Jolie Vanity Fair 2010

Asked if she and Pitt want a seventh child, Angelina Jolie, 35, tells Vanity Fair: “We#39;re not opposed to it. But we want to make sure we can give everybody special time.” Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have built a large family, and despite the rumors, it#39;s not likely to get too much bigger – as the actress is concerned about having enough time for each child as they grow up. It#39;s easy when they#39;re small, she says, and don#39;t require much emotional support. But as they get older, “

Angelina Jolie Talks ‘Mr. & Mrs. Smith’ Sequel, Brad Pitt

‘Do we have kids in the movie?’ the star wonders to Vanity Fair. ‘If we work on it, we pull from our own life.’ By Jocelyn Vena Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie in “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” Photo: 20th Century Fox In the years since Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt met on the set of the high-octane action flick “Mr. & Mrs. Smith,” the pair have gone on to work on a spate of critically acclaimed films. Of course, they’ve also created a life for themselves offscreen, raising a brood of six together and traveling the world on a variety of philanthropic projects. So, is Hollywood’s sexiest A-list couple ready for a sequel? “People have tried. And it’s strange: Do we have kids in the movie?” Angelina Jolie considered in an interview with Vanity Fair. “We’ve thought about that, but it becomes personal now that we actually have kids. And if we work on it, we pull from our own life, which is funny to us, but you feel strange sharing too much,” Jolie said in the magazine’s August issue. “We did ask somebody to look into ‘Mr. & Mrs.’ to see if they could crack a sequel, but there wasn’t anything original. It was just, ‘Well, they’re going to get married, or they’ve got kids, or they get separated.’ Never great,” she added. But even if the chances of a sequel to the 2005 flick seem slim, Jolie said she’d be game to team up with partner Pitt for another project. “I’d love to. We’ve talked about it. We’d have to figure out who’s going to watch the kids, but it’s really about finding the right thing, because we’ve looked,” she explained. “When you’re a couple, there are certain things people don’t want to see you do. It becomes too indulgent, too personal. I don’t think people want to see people who are really together intimate onscreen.” Jolie, however, had an idea about how to avoid filmgoers’ tendency to reject some real-life couples hooking up onscreen (see: Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck circa “Gigli”). “Maybe we have to play bad guys that try to kill each other,” said the actress, whose “Salt” arrives in theaters July 23 . “So it’s just fun and aggressive, not dealing with some man-woman deal.” Do you think Brad and Angelina should team up on the big screen again?
