Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore may have been spotted together at a Kabbalah center Friday night, but don’t take this as a sign of reconciliation, a source tells Great Britain’s The Daily Mail . Earlier that same day, the actress “consulted with a lawyer about getting a divorce,” the insider claims . “The discussion included her living arrangements and how a divorce would impact her assets.” Both stars are worth over $100 million. “This is a huge and very tough decision for Miss Moore to take. But her trust has been shattered,” the mole adds, saying Moore didn’t want to believe the rumors about Sara Leal were true, but photographic evidence of Kutcher partying in San Diego makes the story hard to ignore. I’m at peace with whatever the plan is. But will you hate me if I say I don’t want to talk about my relationship?” While the actress remains mum about Justin Theroux and whether the two are getting married, she did reveal a hot-tempered run-in she had on set. “I threw a chair at a director,” the 42-year-old admitted. “It wasn’t my proudest moment. He was treating a script supervisor horribly … When the director walked in, I threw a chair at him. Monday’s Dancing With the Stars performances captured a critical year in the life of each participant. For J.R. Martinez , that year was 2003, when he was wounded in Iraq. For Chaz Bono, the most defining year has been this one. Kate Winslet really has no idea how to play this celebrity gossip game. She is supposed to get divorced, talk trash about her ex and maybe make a sex tape with a new boyfriend, only to complain about how it got out and then star in a reality show. Instead, the Oscar winner has to be all mature and grounded, as evidenced by her interview in the latest issue of Harper’s Bazaar UK . Asked about ex-husband Sam Mendes (the pair divorced in March 2010), Winslet replied: “It’s fine, it’s really fine. I’m not going to s***fling, there’s no point in even going there… We’re grown-ups at the end of the day, and however hard it’s been for me, it’s been equally hard for him. And we have a child together who we both love – and raising him together, jointly and without any conflict, is absolutely key.” Come on, Kate. What are we supposed to do with that?!? After struggling for a period of time following the split, the actress now says “I do truly feel that I’m back,” adding: “I feel that I’m just at the beginning of a new narrative, and it’s incredibly exciting. It’s complicated, I know, and uncertain – but it’s where life happens, between the cracks. While fans were hitting up the movie theaters this weekend to see his film “50/50,” Rogen was busy marrying his longtime lady love, Lauren Miller. People.com reports that a number of Rogen’s pals and former co-stars, including Jonah Hill, Adam Sandler and Paul Rudd, attended the California ceremony on Saturday. The pair married in Sonoma in a location overlooking a nearby vineyard. A female rabbi married the pair with other friends like “Knocked Up” director Judd Apatow, his actress wife Leslie Mann and “The Office” star Craig Robinson in attendance. After the pair tied the knot they reportedly drove off in a convertible to another location for the A-list reception. A source tells Usmagazine.com that “the wedding was more laughs than anything else. Every other line was a joke and the crowd couldn’t contain their laughter. It was nonstop fun!” The festivities reportedly took place over three days. Rogen’s cancer dramedy, “50/50,” co-starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt, opened on Friday and came in at a solid #4, right behind “Dolphin Tale” (#1), “Moneyball” (#2) and “The Lion King” (#3). Rogen and his writer bride met back in 2004 when he was a writer on “Da Ali G Show.” When he was on “Conan” last November he opened up about popping the question to Miller a couple months before, in September. “Literally, I felt like someone had given me like a truckload of heroin to hold onto, I felt like the feds were going to kick in my door at any second,” he said of buying the engagement ring. “I couldn’t have a conversation with my girlfriend. All I could think of was this ring. Like, ‘Don’t say ‘Lord of the Rings’! ‘It’s really chilled out and relaxed,’ actress says of film’s New Zealand set. Tolkien’s beloved book, everyone knows the movie version won’t be an exact replica and that there will be a few surprises in store when the first film hits theaters next year. One of those surprises director Peter Jackson already announced is the addition of actress Evangeline Lilly, playing the newly created role of Woodland Elf Tauriel . MTV News had a couple of minutes with the actress at the premiere of her new film “Real Steel” on Sunday night, and we snuck in a few “Hobbit” questions, asking for a progress update on the elf fight training she endured for the role. “Elf fighting, let me just say something, recovering from labor is like recovering from a full-body injury, and I didn’t realize to what extent that was true until I started training for elf fighting,” revealed Lilly, who gave birth to her first child in May. “My hips don’t move like they used to move, my back doesn’t move like it used to move, my shoulders are sore every day. But it’s fun.” The former “Lost” actress said she’s also enjoying the “chilled out” atmosphere of filming in New Zealand, as well as being a part of yet another male-dominated cast. “It’s kind of, like, my M.O.,” Lilly said about being one of few women on set. ” ‘Lost’ was a boys club, ‘The Hurt Locker’ was a boys club, [‘Real Steel’] was a boys club, and now ‘The Hobbit’ is a boys club. So I’m used to it. … It’s really chilled out and relaxed, and everyone is really down to earth and supportive.” Finally, we asked Lilly if she’d been able to glean any words of wisdom from Jackson’s previous leading-lady elves, Cate Blanchett as Galadriel and Liv Tyler as Arwen in the “Lord of the Rings” trilogy. “I wish! I would love to talk to those women, and they’re two women who I deeply admire,” she said. “Cate Blanchett is in this film, and I missed her; we didn’t cross paths. She was filming before I got there and was gone by the time I arrived. “But the good thing is, I tried not to copy their performances,” she added. “I really wanted to have something original, so I intentionally didn’t go back and watch ‘Rings’ for that reason. Gene Simmons and Shannon Tweed got married Saturday, making it official after 28 YEARS of dating and two children together. Better late than never! The KISS bassist, 62, and the actress, 54, exchanged vows in evening ceremony outside on the crystal lawn at the posh Beverly Hills Hotel yesterday. The guests cheered loudly when Simmons said “I do” to his partner. Tweed walked down the aisle in an ivory Priscilla of Boston gown, one of three dresses she chose for the occasion, and carried a bouquet of ivory roses. The couple exchanged vows they wrote themselves in front of 400 guests including Hugh Hefner, Bill Maher and, of course, the other KISS members. Also in attendance were Shannon Tweed and Gene Simmons’ two children Nick, 22, and Sophie, 19, who served as the maid of honor for her mother. Their first dance was quite fitting for a couple who have been together nearly 30 years: “At Last” by Etta James, performed by daughter Sophie. For the first time since private photos of her hit the Net, Johansson tells CNN, ‘It just feels wrong.’ By James Montgomery Scarlett Johansson Photo: Vittorio Zunino Celotto/ Getty Images Scarlett Johansson has broken her silence about the nude photos of her that hit several websites earlier this month, saying that she feels like a target because of her fame. In an interview with CNN , the actress insisted that celebrities are no different than anyone else when it comes to the right of privacy, but added that, more often than not — as the scandal surrounding her photos proves — that just isn’t the case. “Just because you’re an actor or make films or whatever doesn’t mean you’re not entitled to your own personal privacy,” she said. “If that is sieged in some way, it feels unjust. It feels wrong.” The actress was interviewed in Nairobi, Kenya, where she was traveling to see firsthand the effect drought and famine have had in the area. In the hours after photos of the actress first hit the Net, Johansson’s lawyer sent cease-and-desist orders to websites that ran the pics, alleging they were hacked from her phone and therefore represented “stolen copyright-protected private photographs.” The lawyer’s statement continued, “The highly personal and private photographs at issue capture our client self-posing in her own home in a state of undress and/or topless. If you fail to comply, you will be acting at your own peril. Please govern yourselves accordingly.” Johansson reportedly also was working with the FBI to investigate who hacked her phone and leaked her photos. Fox News reported that the actress was actually interviewed by the FBI months ago in connection with an investigation into a hacking ring that also hit several other “high-profile individuals.” And to that end, Johansson told CNN that, though she struggles with life in the spotlight, she’s determined to maintain her privacy. “It’s an adjustment, but I think there are certain instances where you give a lot of yourself and finally you have to kind of put your foot down and say ‘Oh wait, I’m taking it back,’ ” she said .
Leisha Hailey, an actress most recently seen on CSI but best known for her role on Showtime’s The L Word , was kicked off a Southwest Airlines flight today and immediately took to Twitter to complain that she and her girlfriend got the boot because of their sexual orientation. Hailey says a flight attendant asked her and her partner to leave because they were kissing and, according to the stewardess, Southwest is a “family” airline. “They don’t like us,” the actress Tweeted of the company’s alleged “homophobic” policies. But Southwest has now replied and says its employees simply responded to passenger complains about the actress’ “excessive” affection toward her girlfriend. “Our crew, responsible for the comfort of all Customers on board, approached the passengers based solely on behavior and not gender,” the statement reads. “The conversation escalated to a level that was better resolved on the ground, as opposed to in flight. We are ready to work directly with the passengers involved to offer our heartfelt apologies for falling short of their expectation.” Hailey should just be grateful she wasn’t wearing baggy pants , too.
