The Voice Results: Who Made the Top 8?

The Top 8 finalists have been announced on The Voice results show. James Deen on Farrah Abraham Pregnancy Scare: Total PR Stunt, Really Not Cool!

Farrah Abraham’s pregnancy test will be coming up negative, James Deen says, and he’s not impressed by what he calls her latest publicity stunt. James is far from pleased by speculation that he got Farrah Abraham pregnant , a rumor that spread after she was seen buying an over-the-counter test. “To say you’re potentially pregnant is not something to joke about,” he said. “When you knowingly involve another human being and craft a publicity stunt around that, a child is not something to be taken lightly.” “It’s not a game anymore and it’s really not cool .” “This is a type of publicity I do not agree with and I do not want to participate in. Joking, lying or using pregnancy to get attention and media is not cool.” The 27-year-old porn star then went on to explain why it would be impossible for Farrah Abraham to get pregnant from their bedroom antics anyway. We won’t spell it out for you, but it’s called Backdoor Teen Mom for a reason. James Deen reiterated that he takes this matter very seriously at work. “I spoke to the clinic where we both got tested before our scene along with my personal medical doctor regarding the subject,” he added. “However, I’m more concerned that Vivid told me she was on birth control. Had I known she wasn’t taking preventive measures I would have never accepted the job.” Indeed, in a recent interview, the MTV star said she was in fact on birth control. Farrah Abraham? Lying? Not taking responsibility for her actions? Trying to orchestrate elaborate PR stunts to extend her 15 minutes of fame? We never would have imagined such a thing.

The Voice Recap: Justin Bieber Meets Harry Potter

The Voice’s blind auditions continued Tuesday night, the second installment of what will be a three-part Voice Season 3 premiere extravaganza week. Only 5-6 performances were aired during this truncated, hour-long episode, but some of those blindly auditioning made their mark just the same. Who was 2-for-2 in landing the contestants they coveted? Who came away empty last night and what singer was a cross between Bieber and Potter? Read our recap below to see who made the cut! Team Christina Aguilera Christina Aguilera started off the night by snagging Adriana Louise, who got all four of the coaches to turn around by singing Jessie J’s “Domino.”

The Voice Season 3 Premiere Recap: Still Lovin’ You Blind

The Voice returned for Season 3 last night, premiering in the fall for the first time (perhaps to stir up unfriendly competition and level The X Factor). For whatever reason, Blake Shelton’s folksy, borderline inappropriate wise cracks are back, along with Cee Lo Green’s eccentricities and cockatoos. Christina Aguilera’s booty is off the charts (in a good way), and Adam Levine continues to impress in his role as a judge, mentor and showman. Oh yeah, the blind auditions were pretty cool too. Team Christina Aguilera The format is the same: With their backs turned to a singing hopeful, the judges turn around if they like what they see … er, what they don’t see. If more than one turns around, then the candidate gets to choose his or her coach. Xtina got her first team member Monday night with De’Borah.

The Voice Recap: And the Battles Conclude …

In the fourth and final week of The Voice’s Battles, there were some mediocre efforts, but by and large, the duets were strong enough to lead to some tough calls. The Battle Round, as we’ve discussed, forces aspirants to crank out songs that aren’t necessarily in their vocal wheelhouse, putting some at a slight disadvantage.

Adam Levine: Releasing Signature Fragrance, Mocked By Christina Aguilera on Twitter

Wonder if it will be called Hypocrisy? When it comes to Adam Levine’s new fragrance – coming May 2013! – Christina Aguilera smells something funny … namely the fact that The Voice coach had mocked the entire concept of celebrity perfumes/colognes about 12 months ago. “Haha @AdamLevine. What a difference a year makes,” Aguilera tweeted along with a link to this tweet that the Maroon 5 singer sent out in March 2011: “I also would like to put an official ban on celebrity fragrances. Punishable by death from this point forward,” Levine wrote at the time. What a difference, indeed. The teasing was all in good fun, though, as Aguilera followed up by saying to her NBC co-star, “Welcome to the celebrity fragrance family!” Levine’s scent, 222, will have versions for men and women, BT-Dubs. Phew.
