You Can’t Be Serious…Armed Robbers Run Up In A Dunkin Donuts To Steal Them Stacks But Steal Doughnuts Instead!!

Gotta get the cash, gotta get the dough… Three men were arrested Thursday after allegedly robbing a Dunkin’ Donuts on West Main Street Wednesday night while masked and armed with knives and a hatchet, the police said. The score: a bag of doughnuts. The three men confronted two employees at the doughnut shop shortly after 9 p.m., Barnstable police Sgt. Thomas Twomey said. One of the men had a hatchet and the other two were carrying knives, he said. Apparently thinking the workers were carrying cash from the day’s receipts, the men demanded a paper bag that was in one of the women’s purses. The bag, however, was filled with doughnuts, which the suspects took without looking inside. The men were captured on video and the police were able to track them down on Thursday, Twomey said. The police arrested Nicholas Mercurio, 19, Lukas Peterson, 21, and Charles Iliffe, 20, all of Hyannis, and charged them with armed robbery while masked, he said. Iliffe was taken to the Barnstable County Correctional Facility and the other two suspects were held at the Barnstable police station, Twomey said. The men were scheduled to be arraigned in Barnstable District Court on Friday. Ha! Imagine these a**holes explaining this story to people in prison when they as “So what you in for?” SMH Source

Go here to see the original:

We reported last week that while Gucci Mane’s bail is only $5,000, the wealthy Atlanta rapper had yet to post bail and remains incarcerated in the DeKalb County Jail. Sgt. Adrian Bell of the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office explained to Hot 107.9 that Gucci (born Radric Delantic Davis) was still locked up because “he has a probation violation and he has to go to Fulton County to answer those charges.” According to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Gucci was officially moved from DeKalb County to the Fulton County Jail today. There’s still no word about if and when Gucci will be able to post bail in Fulton. “He has to have a probation hearing in Fulton County before bond is set,” said Tracy Flanagan, Public Affairs Information Officer for the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office. Meanwhile, Hip Hop Wired is reporting that Gucci’s lawyer is denying the accusations that the rapper pushed a woman from his moving Hummer and that Gucci intends to plead not guilty to charges next Tuesday. Kim Kardashian Teases "Provocative" Super Bowl Ad

Due to her affinity for professional athletes, it should come as no surprise that Kim Kardashian would be involved in the most widely-watched sports day of the year: The giant-breasted red carpet poser will appear in an ad for Skechers ShapeUps at some point during the big game. She teased it as “provocative” this week, telling USA Today of the spot: “I break someone’s heart – again.” In other Super Bowl commercial news: Faith Hill will star in an ad for Teleflora, while Danica Patrick and Jillian Michaels will both grace the screen as Go Daddy spokeswomen. Edward Furlong: Arrested, Broke as a Joke

Actor Edward Furlong was arrested yesterday for violating a domestic restraining order. Not only that, he’s behind in child support … and he’s broke. Ed told a judge this morning, “I’m out of money. I’m completely broke.” Furlong, 33, currently stars in the upcoming film The Green Hornet . FOR LONG : Doesn’t sound like Ed’s troubles are going away soon . A month behind in child support, Ed lamented that he has to pay 10 percent to his lawyer, 10 percent to his publicist and 10 percent to his manager. Think about it. After that, he only has 70 percent of his earnings to blow on stuff other than his kid … how the heck is he supposed to get by, man? In his defense, sort of, Furlong says the judge never took this into account when ordering the child support his ex, Rachael Kneeland, requested. She’s requested that he up that sum and spousal support. The judge didn’t decide whether to modify the support agreement, so it remains as is for now. Things aren’t looking so hot for Furlong in any case. Furlong was taken into custody yesterday, after allegedly violating a restraining order by getting too close to Kneeland. Sounds like a fun situation. Hey, at least he joined our celebrity mug shots gallery. That’s got to count for something … it’s a pretty exclusive club. And an awesome one.

That Didn’t Take Long: Rehab Brawl May Send Lindsay Lohan Back to Jail

Lindsay Lohan is a free woman … BUT FOR HOW LONG?! Seriously, the girl commits probation violations like Miley Cyrus ‘ idiot friends take semi-scandalous pics and videos of her. Lindsay’s little scuffle at Betty Ford may ultimately land her in a heap of trouble, and possibly even back in jail. Her fate rests with the Riverside County District Attorney. Officials believe Lindsay violated her probation in the altercation with a Betty Ford Center staff member, and if the judge handling her case agrees … trouble. Dawn Holland, a staffer at Betty Ford, claims Lindsay assaulted and injured her last month after allegedly violating her curfew. Lindsay sort of denies this. For whatever reason, Holland, who was fired for blabbing about the event to TMZ, pulled a 180 and told police she had no interest in pursuing the case. Without a witness cooperating, the case should go away. Right? Not necessarily. The Riverside PD says the case will be submitted to the D.A. anyway because police believe Lindsay may have committed battery. That would therefore constitute a violation of her probation. Very clearly stated, one of the terms of probation is that Lindsay must obey all laws. The Riverside PD is forwarding its file on the case to the L.A. County Probation Office. Our guess is they’ll still drop it, but it remains open for now. Should she go back to jail?
