Source: Andrew Chin / Getty A$AP Rocky has concluded the second day of his ongoing trial in Sweden with testimony from himself and the alleged victim, Mustafa Jafari. New video evidence has also been produced, which shows one of Rocky’s bodyguards brutally choke-slamming Jafari. The Blast reports : The Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet has a reporter, Adam Westin, inside the courtroom for the second day of the trial who has been providing minute-by-minute updates. According to Westin (and Google Translate), when A$AP took the stand, he explained that he and his friends just wanted to walk around Sweden, get some air, and check out the sites. He said things were going well and they even took electric scooters to help get around. He said people started to approach his security guard but A$AP didn’t pay much attention and the security guard asked them to leave. Next thing A$AP knows, the security guard grabs the alleged victim by the collar and moves him out of the way. A$AP said the situation was a little scary and he said he “assumed that these guys were under the influence of some kind of drug.” Reports have recently surfaced that the 19-year-old Jafari had a record of assault, theft, and drug possession. In his testimony, Jafari claims he encountered Rocky and his team outside a burger joint and asked them if they saw a friend of his. In a stunning twist that truly no one saw coming, 90 Day Fiance star Jay Smith was released from ICE custody this week. His bailout came as a major surprise for several reasons, but a lot of fans want to hear from him. How does Jay feel about his incarceration? What are his plans now? Will he just wait for deportation or is he going to fight for legal residency? Here is what Jay has to say in his first statement since his release: 1. Jay did not have a fun July He spent almost the entire month behind bars. Now, for the first time, he is breaking his silence. 2. Ashley took out a protection order On July 1, she obtained a Protection From Abuse order. Jay had allegedly broken into her home, and Ashley apparently had evidence of alleged abuse during their marriage (awful stuff). The goal of the PFA was to keep Jay away. 3. Jay promptly broke the rules As you can see in his fateful Instagram Story, Jay discussed the PFA … which he’s not allowed to do. This was a violation, and so the police contacted him and told him that he would be arrested. 4. Jay did the smart thing, here He voluntarily turned himself in to authorities, and even implied as much on Instagram — even if most followers didn’t yet know what was going on. 5. Jay followed through and was arrested Because he is not an American citizen (or even, it is believed, a legal resident), Jay was then placed in ICE custody. 6. Even Ashley was devastated This is not how she wanted this to end. The woman who was sentenced to life in prison at 16 years old for killing her sex trafficker will be released from prison next week. USA Today reports that Cyntoia will be released Wednesday after being incarcerated at The Tennessee Prison for Women for 15 years. As previously reported Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam granted her clemency in January after her case made national headlines and celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Rihanna drew attention to her story. Cyntoia’s sentence will be commuted to parole where she will stay under state supervision for the next 10 years. Fans have been patiently waiting for the follow-up to Rick Ross’ debut album Port Of Miami since it was first released back in 2006. The smash hit, “Hustlin’” is still one of the boss’ biggest songs to date, and with a remix featuring legends like Jay-Z and Jeezy , it was no question that Ross would be here for a long time after his glorious debut. Now, almost exactly 13 years after the release of the album that put him on the scene, Rick Ross is coming out with Port Of Miami 2 –and it looks like it’s going to be something really special. This follow-up has been teased by Ross and others in his camp for a while now, but we’ve finally got a release date: August 9th–which is just one day off from the August 8, 2006 release date of his debut.
