Damn Chris . If it’s not one thing it’s another. Chris Brown Sued Chris just can’t seem to keep his azz out of trouble. Life said “you didn’t serve any time for that Rihanna whooping, so from this point on it’s hell ninja.” According to TMZ We called this one from a mile away — the 24-year-old girl who said she did NOT want Chris Brown’s money after he allegedly assaulted her in a nightclub has just filed a lawsuit, demanding $25,000 — minimum. We broke the story … Deanna Gines claims CB violently shoved her to the ground last month inside Heat Ultra Lounge in the O.C., tearing ligaments in her right knee. Chris denied the allegations — and the club owner said she was full of crap. Now here’s what’s really stinky … Deanna told “TMZ Live,” she only wanted an apology from Chris — not his money. She never got an apology … so now she’s suing Brown and the nightclub for battery, assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Chris you should have apologized and saved $25,000. That’s pocket change to you, but that money can feed an African village.
RHOA Insider Responds To Allegations Of Porsha Stewart Cheating Scandal RHOA reality star and soon-to-be divorcee Porsha Stewart was back to being a hot topic in the worst way recently when the rumor mill started swirling with talk that she was getting her sideline swerve on with her new cast member’s husband once upon a time while she was still married to Kordell. Porsha has been relatively quiet about the allegations, but now a “source” close to the situation is speaking out and saying it’s all for ratings. via Radar Online Atlanta socialite Crystal “Mocahantas” Barnes hasn’t even officially joined The Real Housewives of Atlanta yet, but she’s already at the center of a juicy storyline: Earlier this week, reports surfaced that Crystal’s fiancé, producer Ralo Wonder, had an affair with RHOA star Porsha Stewart while she was still married to her ex, Kordell. But now, a source close to Crystal has come forward to RadarOnline.com to claim that the whole thing was simply a fabricated storyline dreamed up by someone hoping to create drama for the show. “It’s a total lie,” the source tells RadarOnline.com exclusively. “It’s more than likely that someone just made it up for the show.” “Ralo and Crystal have been together for a while and they’re happy and getting ready to get married,” the source continues. “This whole thing is just made up.” What’s more, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned, Crystal is due to give birth to her first child with Ralo shortly. Secure in their relationship, the couple is laughing off the cheating rumors. “They’re happy,” the douce insists. “With the show coming up and everything, they’re just taking it day by day. But they’re excited and we’re all excited to see Crystal on TV soon.” Even without confirmation from this mysterious ”source,” Porsha cheating with a married man and soon-to-be-father in the midst of all her own relationship drama that’s gone down over the past year sounds a little far-fetched anyway….riiight? The sudden firing of Selma Blair from Charlie Sheen‘s Anger Management has prompted a lot of speculation regarding why she was shown the door. Rumors indicated that Blair complained to colleagues behind Sheen’s back about his work ethic, but a new report says it was more complicated than that. According to Radar , Blair’s complaints about Charlie were to someone outside of the show, and a chain of gossip brought the information back to Sheen. That led to Charlie getting Selma Blair fired , a decision made in part because he was “incredibly attracted” to his co-star, which made him feel betrayed. “He loved her,” a source familiar with their relationship said. “They grew very close. When it came time to cast for his new show he wanted her.” “He was crazy about her. Call it lust at the very least .” “As the show began Sheen was still highly attracted to Selma. Call it flirtatious or whatever you want, but his feelings were obvious. He thought there was chemistry.” But Sheen and Blair had mutual friends and one of those friends sabotaged her with him, after she allegedly talked smack, leading to his outburst. “Charlie has reverted to his usual behavior on the set,” the source revealed. “He is late, sometimes he is hours late. The whole cast is bothered by it.” “There have even been times when he sits in the car for approximately an hour outside of the studio making everyone wait, just because he can.” Blair was upset and so were other people on the show, but, the source insists, she did NOT complain to execs or anyone associated with the show. “You don’t talk behind someone’s back when you work with them. With Charlie if you have an issue, you go directly to him,” the source said. Blair, however, complained about the star to a close friend and divulged details of his behavior, which got back to him, and Charlie Sheen was enraged . “Charlie was furious when it got back to him,” the source said. “It didn’t happen all at once. When he first heard about it, things changed on the show.” “Suddenly his character was no longer sleeping with her character.” Call it art imitating life.
Just hours after she bailed on the Today show , Paula Deen issued a bizarre statement regarding her use of racial slurs, only to promptly yank it off YouTube. It’s the weirdest, least sincere-sounding apology ever. See for yourself: Paula Deen Statement on Racial Slurs With an edit after almost every sentence and frequent stumbles over words, this “apology” achieves the rare feat of leaving Deen’s image worse off than before. Rather than explaining why she used racial slurs in the past, which she admitted under oath in a lawsuit deposition – she just says she’s really sorry. For what? You wouldn’t know based on this video! She doesn’t say. Clearly, some PR team (and not a very good one, mind you) threw together a script and had her read from it, rather than letting her speak from her heart. The result is Deen looking ridiculous … neither sincere, nor apologetic, nor capable of understanding what the heck she even wants forgiveness for. It was taken down shortly after it was posted, but as we know, nothing can truly be axed from the Internet. Her PR people could be axed, however … One assumes this was filmed in response to the controversy that arose over a lawsuit against Deen, who is accused of discrimination in the workplace. A former employee said Deen made racial slurs against her; Deen denied the allegations of the lawsuit, but admits she has used epithets in the past. And to think, there was a time when the nutritional content of Paula Deen recipes was the most controversial topic associated with the Southern chef.

Dang, it’s like that out there Maryland ? Via NYDailyNews reports : A Maryland teacher has been busted after sick footage emerged of her having sex with her family’s pet dog, police said. Stephanie Mikles, 45, allegedly engaged in a variety of sexual acts with the canine over a month-long period in August 2008. But she was only arrested earlier this year after child advocacy center officers searched her home on an unrelated matter and found pictures and video of the disgusting acts . Mikles, who looks after special needs students for Hartford County School District, was charged with unnatural or perverted sexual practice. She denies the allegations and has been suspended from her job pending the outcome of the case. If convicted, she faces up to 10 years in prison and a $1,000 fine. The dog, reports ABC2, is still living with the family. Mikles is out of jail on $5,000 bond. SMH! And she’s a special needs teacher!
Epitome of a bad father?? Ex-New York Giants Player Michael Boley Arrested For Child Abuse Of His Son Sadly enough, this isn’t Boley’s first go-round with child abuse . According to TMZ reports : Ex-New York Giants linebacker Michael Boley was quietly arrested for child abuse back in February … 3 days after he was cut by the team … TMZ has learned. Boley — a starting linebacker in Super Bowl XLVI — had been under investigation in Alabama for a 2011 incident involving his son, who was 5 years old at the time. The details of the alleged abuse are unclear, although sources tell us the allegations were of a physical nature and NOT sexual abuse. Here’s what we know … Boley’s case was scheduled to go in front of a grand jury in February 2013 … but before that got under way, the 30-year-old NFL star struck a plea deal with prosecutors. Court officials in Etowah County, AL tell TMZ … Boley pled guilty to child abuse — and in exchange, he was ordered to enroll in a pre-trial diversion program and upon completion the charge would be dropped. Boley was also required to turn himself into authorities. He was booked on February 8, smiled for a mug shot and was released from custody later that day. Seems the NY Giants were hip to Boley’s legal issues … ’cause he was unexpectedly cut by the team on February 5 … 3 days before Boley turned himself in to authorities. Boley is currently a free agent, on the hunt for a job. A rep for Boley had no comment — but sources connected to the NFL star tell us Boley plans to comply with the terms of the plea deal. Abusing children is bad enough as is, but your own son?!? SMH Happy trials Mike, sounds like you’re on the land of orange jumpsuits and stainless steel wrist wear. Image via AP Continue reading →
Another day, another skanky teacher popped for inappropriate sexual relationship with teenage boys… Via KHOU: A Santa Fe High School teacher has been charged with three felonies following allegations that she sexually assaulted a teenage student. Jaimie Dominy Page, 25, was arrested Thursday and charged with sexual abuse of a child; having an improper relationship between an educator and a student; and online solicitation of a minor. Page was booked into the Galveston County Jail on bonds totaling $50,000, authorities said. She posted bond and was released Thursday afternoon, authorities said. Adam Poole, an assistant district attorney with the Galveston County District Attorney’s Office, said all three charges relate to Page’s relationship with a male student. Authorities allege Page sent an explicit photograph to the student, who is not being identified because of his age, and had a sexual relationship with him. Poole said there was an investigation into whether other students had been involved. He said the investigation began after Page was put on administrative leave by the school district in February. According to jail records, Page was arrested at 2:10 p.m. during a traffic stop on FM 646 near the intersection with I-45. Page was placed on administrative leave by the Santa Fe Independent School District on Feb. 20 after the school began an investigation into the abuse allegations. According to a statement released by district Wednesday night, Page resigned from the district during the course of an investigation into the allegations. This broad has nothing to be smiling about right now!
Former Elmo puppeteer Kevin Clash is trying to get all three of the lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct by him dismissed, citing statutes of limitations. He stands accused of inappropriate sexual relations with boys under the age of 18; Clash previously denied all of the allegations against him. Clash attorney Michael Berger wrote in a brief Friday: “There are two applicable types of statutes of limitations , a six-year one based on when the right of action has accrued, and a three-year one based on when the alleged victim turned 18 and was therefore no longer under the disability of being a minor.” According to Clash’s camp, both have lapsed. Cecil Singleton , the first to file suit against the former Sesame Street staple, said in court documents that his interaction with Clash occurred in 2003. He was 15 at the time. He stated that he wasn’t “aware he had suffered adverse psychological and emotional effects from Kevin Clash’s sexual acts and conduct until 2012.” The second plaintiff, who filed as John Doe, said in his suit that he was 16 when he had an inappropriate sexual relationship with Clash in 2000. A third plaintiff, identified only as S.M., charged in a complaint that he was “16 or 17” when he had sexual contact with Clash in the mid-1990s. Yet another man, Sheldon Stephens , accused Clash of similar behavior before settling out of court … then saying he wishes he hadn’t settled. Berger states in today’s filing that the three men suing Clash would have needed to file suit, respectively, in 2009, 2006 and 2001 to be within six years. Or, based on their respective ages, in 2009, 2003 and 2000, respectively as the latest possible dates to be within three years of them turning 18. All three suits were filed in November and December of 2012. Jeff Herman, who represents all three plaintiffs, tells E! News he doesn’t think a motion to “avoid liability on technical grounds” will be successful. “It should be noted his motion does not say the abuse did not happen, just that it is too late to file the complaints,” Herman told the network in response. “The law we are proceeding under recognizes the rights of victims to bring their lawsuits within six years from the time they connect their injuries to the abuse.” “We are hopeful the Court will see it our way, however, by being able to bring their claims forth publicly the victims are already further along in the healing process.”
Is American Idol racist ? American Idol Denies Racist Allegations Via TMZ reports : Four “American Idol” finalists from different seasons — two of whom are black — insist the singing competition is many things … but racist is NOT one of them. TMZ broke the story … nine black ex-contestants are planning to sue “Idol” producers, claiming the contestants were publicly disqualified based on their dubious criminal backgrounds … solely because they’re African-American. But Season 6 finalist Melinda Doolittle adamantly disagrees, telling TMZ, “It is shocking to see such allegations. In my experience on the show, the ‘Idol’ team strives to champion everyone, regardless of race. However, each contestant is explicitly told that the withholding of information that may compromise the show or artist, can and will result in immediate disqualification.” Season 4 finalist Vonzell Solomon adds, “I didn’t experience any of that [racial discrimination] … all of our contracts were clear about how the background checks worked and that we could be disqualified if we lied about our past.” Two other former contestants — Season 5 winner Taylor Hicks and Season 10 finalist Casey Abrams — also agree. Casey says, “I don’t know why they are biting the hand that fed them. Those guys beat thousands of people who wanted to be on TV. Idol is picky, but I’m not sure about racist.” Taylor — whose Vegas show is still going strong — adds, “American Idol is for everyone. All walks of life go through the show. Not once did I see the show discriminate towards anyone. It’s all about the votes.” FYI — “Idol” has had three black winners in its history … Ruben Studdard, Fantasia Barrino and Jordin Sparks. Fox and “Idol” producers have yet to respond to the allegations. Discuss…
