Bret Lockett would like to clear something up: when he claimed he and Kim Kardashian carried on a five-month affair, he really meant that he’s never met the reality star. Facing a possible lawsuit for his allegations , the NFL player gave an interview to HLN last night, during which he clarified his remarks. Now, Lockett says he never met Kim and the entire relationship took place over text message. Why, in that case, did he say he had been physical with Kardashian? Because she told him she was touching herself during exchanges. The whole tale now sounds as believable as any storyline on Kim’s reality show. Bret Lockett Interview – Never Met Kim!

Omarion ‘s recent re-interpretation of Jodeci’s “Come & Talk To Me” and its accompanying R-rated video have drawn a lot of criticism for it’s sexually-explicit nature.  Some have claimed that the video attempts to silence rumors regarding Omarion’s sexuality. A lot of people from the old school, that grew up listening to Jodeci, and I’m not meaning in my age bracket, I mean part of Jodeci’s time, they don’t really like it,” Omarion tells Vibe . “But a lot of the young people appreciate it. Meredith Baxter Says David Birney Abused Her

Having come out as a lesbian in December 2009 on Today, Meredith Baxter returned to the NBC program to make another announcement Tuesday: She was a victim of domestic violence. Baxter, best known as the mom on Family Ties, alleged her ex-husband and Bridget Loves Birney co-star, David Birney, abused her in their marriage. When asked why she stayed with Birney, who denies the allegations, Baxter replied, “I didn’t know I had a choice. I didn’t know I could go.” She adds that Birney purposefully set his sights on her . “He’s not going to pick someone who’s on top of themselves and who’s confident and aggressive,” she said. “For him to be who he needed to be, it needed to be someone who was mousy and quiet and retiring, and that’s what I was.” The 63-year-old Baxter said she was able to keep this and other personal problems a secret from the stars she worked with over the years. “You learn to compartmentalize. As soon as I got to the studio, my home life was not happening,” she recalled. “I never talked about it.” “No one knew anything.” Baxter, who has three kids with Birney, said she eventually “had to change my thinking” because “I didn’t want to be a victim” anymore.

Kate Major to Michael Lohan: Leave Me Alone!

Michael Lohan recently reached out to Billy Ray Cyrus . His ex-fiancee, Kate Major, says he’s been doing the same – and just filed a criminal complaint because he’s calling, harassing and threatening her constantly. A few weeks ago, the on-off couple split (again), Kate tried to pack up her stuff from their NYC apartment, MiLo got in the way and things blew the f*%k up. Kate then fled to her family’s Florida home, where Michael called so much, Kate asked Verizon to permanently block his number, which didn’t sit well with him. Michael allegedly threatened to do “something bad” to her at that point. She filed a criminal complaint with police in Florida and plans to seek a restraining order on Monday. Mike, of course, says her accusations are false as always. MiLo, accused of assault on Kate last summer, only to have her drop the charge, says “She has done this many times, and the allegations always prove false.” Much like his claims of representing Lindsay to the Late Show .

Steve Harvey Responds to Ex-Wife’s Claims

Steve Harvey is no longer letting his lawyer do his talking . A few days after the comedian’s first wife, Mary Harvey, unleashed a verbal, videotaped assault against him, the best-selling author has spoken out against the allegations that he cheated on her and turned the couple’s son against her. “I know the truth,” Harvey said. “My son is coming into the room crying. And that’s what hurts me, why you would do this. And I don’t even understand the purpose. I mean, I got you’re mad, but [she’s talking about] 12 years ago. That’s what we’re doin’ now?” Steve and Mary got married 1996 and divorced nine years later. Son Broderick was born in 1997 and Steve has since remarried. “The truth’s gonna come out,” Harvey said. “Because once you go public, you allow people to start asking questions… I’m just more concerned about my son, who I have total custody of. He doesn’t deserve the questions.” Harvey concluded by referring to Mary’s rant as being full of “lies,” but said he won’t reciprocate by going into similar detail in public. The reason? That’s still his child’s mother. “And I’m his father,” the actor said. “And it’s my job to raise him right.”

SMH: Steve Harvey took to his nationally syndicated radio show yesterday to address salacious allegations his ex-wife, Mary Shackelford’s posted via YouTube videos about the ‘King of Comedy’ being a serial cheater who left her for his current wife, Marjorie Bridges Harvey. Since their 2005 divorce, Shackelford claimed that she now has nothing, as Harvey also has full custody of their 15-year-old son, Wynton. Now, the New York Times Bestselling author’s current wife has retained an attorney to fight the allegations that she was the other woman, something that she said has left her both “shocked and dismayed.” Mrs. Harvey is pursuing a lawsuit against Shackelford. Floyd Mayweather really wants to get into his motherf-ckin house. The boxer was stopped at the security gate of his Las Vegas home early on the morning of December 19. When asked for his ID, the athlete said he didn’t have it – and then exploded at the guard who wouldn’t immediately let him pass. Floyd Mayweather Flips Out “Let me in my mother f**king house!!! You know who I am man… let me in my house!!!” Mayweather screams, also referencing the allegations made by another guard who claims the boxer smacked him : “I had a problem here before when the security lied and said I touched him and I didn’t!” TMZ, who first posted the video above, says this tape has been turned over to police and it could be used in latest the battery case against Mayweather.

Many gossip blogs began speculating that not only were Kim and Kanye dating, but that they also were expecting a little bundle of joy. The reality starlet laughed off the allegations when MTV News caught up with her at Z-100’s Jingleball in New York on Friday night. “My reaction is, ‘God, I’ve got to stay away from those hot dogs and nuts on the street corner and the ice cream!’ ” she explained. “Like those trucks, I’ve never seen that before — trucks of ice cream. You have to stop and eat! I couldn’t control myself, so [in] New York [I] put on like 10 pounds and then I’m pregnant with Kanye’s baby, so whatever! What can you do?!
