This week, Dancing with the Stars voters got it right. Or at least we did. If the goal were truly to rid the show of its worst performer, Kate Gosselin would have been gone last night … and likely the previous two elimination rounds, too. But Dancing with the Stars is as much a popularity contest as a competition, and All My Children star Aiden Turner lacked it, as well as talent. Not a good combo. Still, host Tom Bergeron tried to tease us at the onset: “A favorite might be going home tonight.” THG might get an exclusive sit-down with Brangelina today, too. Despite her alleged breakthrough, Kate Gosselin was in the bottom three with Turner and Niecy Nash – the three poorest performers Monday, to voters’ credit. From that point on, you knew the fix was in for Kate Turner was toast. Unfortunately, Edyta Sliwinska was eliminated last night. Monday evening “was the first time I had total and complete fun and I’m addicted and I’m totally going to cry if it’s over,” Kate told co-host Brooke Burke Tuesday. She was deemed safe before Aiden and Niecy, though, so she’ll be back next week for “movie night,” whatever that means. Turner’s take on being exiled? “Each week I came out here to give it my all,” he said, smiling. That’s all you can do. Bow down to the dancing goddess that is Kate Gosselin and move on. If there was one thing Steven Seagal was good at as an actor – and, at most, there was only one thing – it was taking on injustices and righting wrongs. According to Seagal’s lawyer, that’s exactly what his mission is when it comes to Kayden Nguyen . The model has sued Seagal for sexual harassment, claiming he fondled her breasts and ordered her to serve as his sex toy. In a statement, attorney Marty Singer refers to Nguyen (pictured) as a “disgruntled” former employee who was fired for using illegal narcotics and adds: “[I am] extremely confident this merit-less lawsuit will be dismissed.” Singer continued: “Ms. Nguyen filed her lawsuit without even notifying Steven Seagal or his representatives of her alleged claims because she was aware that claims could be asserted against her based on her own conduct. Her lawsuit is nothing more than a preemptive strike by a disgruntled ex-employee.” We have no idea what took place, of course, but Nguyen actually appeared on a segment of Tyra Banks’ talk show in 2009 and said: “I can use my sex appeal to get any girl that I want and trick any guy to getting what I want.” WATCH THE CLIP BELOW. Big Ben’s Other Accuser: We’re Not Giving Up!
NFL star Ben Roethlisberger will not be charged for sexual assault over the alleged incident that took place March 5 in Georgia, according to news reports. According to Milledgeville, Ga., prosecutor Fred Bright, the alleged victim wrote a letter on March 17, stating she no longer wanted to pursue the case. Why she wanted it over with is unclear, but it’s a done deal . During his investigation, Bright claims that “everyone” involved said that both the quarterback and the Ben Roethlisberger accuser were highly intoxicated. What’s unclear is what went on in the bathroom at Capital City nightclub, as “significant questions about what occurred” mean Ben won’t be prosecuted. BEN THERE, DONE THAT : Roethlisberger dodges another bullet . After the alleged incident, the woman went to a local hospital where a doctor and two nurses examined her and found “a superficial laceration,” bruising and bleeding. The woman told doctors “a boy kinda raped me,” but prosecutors say the doctor could not definitively say if the woman’s injuries substantiated a sexual assault claim . Bright said Roethlisberger initially claimed the woman fell and hit her head in the bathroom, but after she arrived at the hospital, doctors found no trauma to the head. After that, Bright says Ben’s agent stepped in and said the quarterback wouldn’t answer questions without an attorney present. In any case, he’s in the clear now. His civil suit courtesy of Andrea McNulty is still pending, however.

Man, this is not the week to be in a relationship with a Gossip Girl co-star.
