Ho, Ho, Ho? For Luann de Lesseps this holiday season, it’s more like the following: No, No, No. The long-time Real Housewives of New York City cast member was arrested early Sunday morning in Palm Beach, Florida and charged with a number of crimes. According to TMZ, E! News and other reliable sources, de Lesseps was taken into custody for being drunk and disorderly… … and also for allegedly assaulting an officer of the law! YIKES! Insiders tell TMZ that Luann has been charged with five crimes, four of which are FELONIES: – Battery on a law enforcement officer. – Resisting arrest with violence. – Two counts of corruption by threat. The incident between the reality star and the police took place around 1:25 a.m. local time. An assistant state’s attorney tells The Palm Beach Post that de Lesseps reportedly slammed a door and kicked at least one police officer, telling people around her: “I’m going to kill you all.” She was then placed under arrest. After being taken to Palm Beach County Jail, the Bravo personality was released without bond. It remains unclear what prompted the altercation; aside from an abundance of alcohol, that is. The aforementioned publication also writes that during her court appearance today, Judge Ted Booras suggested she hire a defense attorney due to the serious nature of these charges. “Don’t say anything,” he told the former countess, according to the newspaper. The arrest took place nearly a year after the Bravo star married Tom D’Agostino Jr. in Palm Beach on New Year’s Eve. They announced their divorce a mere seven months later amid rumors of D’Agostino’s infidelity. For those unaware, Luann has a “Countess” title because she was married to Count Alexandre de Lesseps until their divorce in 2009. She is due back in court on January 25. Known as a singer, actress, model and author, Luann de Lesseps debuted on The Real Housewives of New York City in 2008. She has been a regular ever since. No word from anyone in her camp or anyone else associated with the series in the wake of this arrest. Not yet anyway. We’ll update this story with more details as news breaks. Tamar And Vince Involved In Domestic Violence Incident Looks like trouble is still brewing within Tamar Braxton and Vince Herbert’s rocky relationship . The couple got involved in an intense physical domestic dispute at the Ritz Carlton in Buckhead Atlanta last night, resulting in Tamar calling the police on Vince. BOSSIP has exclusively learned the details of the incident. According to our sources, Tamar and Vince got into an extremely heated argument that turned physical. During the altercation, Vince actually bit Tamar on her hand so badly that he drew blood, and she ended up calling the police. Witnesses say that Tamar’s finger was in extremely bad shape as she left the premises, and she very likely needed stitches to close up her wound. However, Tamar refused EMS services when they were offered. Vince was apparently NOT arrested, as he fled the scene before police even arrived. Even more shocking…we hear this isn’t the first time that these two have gotten physical. Sources say the couple routinely fist-fights and get into intense, physically violent altercations — something which everyone who works closely with the couple knows. They typically smooth things over and put on a good public face after each blowout…but apparently things got out of hand this time around, and police involvement was necessary. While there have already been cheating rumors swirling around these two — on BOTH ends — we hear the source of the drama between them is actually Tamar’s career moves. Apparently after getting dropped from Epic Records and fired from The Real back to back, Tamar has given her team an overhaul and made the choice to hire new management. Our sources say she has dropped Vince and instead went with Rushion MacDonald, Steve Harvey’s former longtime manager. This has rubbed Vince the wrong way and triggered even more vicious fights between the two. Johnny Depp Goes OFF on Amber Heard, Breaks Wine Bottle (VIDEO)

A seemingly drunk Johnny Depp went off on wife Amber Heard in their kitchen earlier this year, and she managed to get a video of the altercation.  WARNING: This may be upsetting to some viewers. Sources close to Depp believe this  shocking video posted on TMZ  was “heavily edited” and Amber was both smiling and egging him on.  It was also a total set up by Amber, if you believe his camp, and could never be used in court, since he didn't know he was being filmed. Keep that in mind as you watch it below. That said: Months before the May 21 incident in which Amber claims Johnny struck her, he is seen here breaking a wine bottle and glass in frustration. In the video, the 30-year-old Heard asks the actor if he just drank a bottle of wine, then tries to calm him down, but he is far from pleased. The actress then says she's sorry for something. She did not say what, and Johnny really wasn't happy with her, seemingly out of it and out of control as he have the same curt response: “Did something happen to you this morning?” Depp, 53, breaks a wine glass and bottle, and tries grab Amber's phone as a struggle seems to occur between them at the end of the clip. Is this proof Johnny Depp abused Amber Heard , which she has alleged as part of their ongoing domestic abuse and divorce dispute? Not on its own merit … but it makes you wonder. The former spouses are currently in the midst of one of the ugliest divorces of all time, with Heard alleging that Depp is a violent alcoholic. She claims he physically assaulted her on more than one occasion; Depp denies the claims and his camp has accused Heard of lying. One report claimed that their “biggest fight” occurred after Heard accused Depp of cheating  prior to the couple's separation this spring. According to the E! News story, “Johnny had a night out and Amber had a feeling he had been with someone,” says an insider. Heard then “questioned him about it and he blew up at her, got in her face yelling, chased her upstairs. Sources have revealed that there is definite trouble within the Family Hustle, as Tiny recently caught wind of a rendezvous between her hubby and a former Taz’s Angel and alleged escort in a local upscale Atlanta hotel. Apparently a recent scene caused in the hotel’s lobby got TI’s extracurricular exploits with the model exposed…and a hotel employee with loose lips spilled the beans to Sandra Rose : I will say that the hotel employee has receipts that shows T.I. was a registered guest (under his government name) and that a female’s name was added to T.I.’s room as someone who had 24/7 access to his room. In other words, he said this female was not registered to the room. Her name was simply added as a courtesy as someone who could come and go to the room with no questions asked. That female was not Tameka. The female’s name is Analicia Chaves, aka Ana Montana. She is a former member of Miami’s infamous prostitution ring, Taz’s Angels. Apparently she is known to travel overseas to offer her prostitution services to foreign ballers. Chaves was one of the video models in T.I.’s “Dope” music video and they run in the same circles. Interestingly, the altercation in the hotel went down about a week prior to T.I. and Tameka going on vacation together with their children. Despite prior reports that all was well in the Harris household…a VERY reliable source exclusively revealed to BOSSIP that this one is 100% true and Tiny is 100% PISSED. SMH! TI and Tiny seem like the type to be in it for the long haul — regardless of side-piece shenanigans . We wonder how this will play out. Little Women ATL Preview: Juicy Gets Chicken Winged By Tammie!

Well, that escalated quickly. In a clip teasing an upcoming episode of Lifetime’s Little Women: ATL , Juicy pushed her co-star to the point where she flipped a plate of chicken wings on her. TMZ has footage of the altercation , which took place inside a restaurant back in May. Juicy sat across from Minnie and her mother, Tammie as the trio argued about Juicy’s disbelief that Minnie was pregnant at one point, but then miscarried. “We all was asking you questions because we were concerned,” Juicy said calmly to Minnie. Tammie, whom TMZ confirms is not a little person, interrupted. “You not concerned.  No you ain’t,” she snapped at Juicy. “You’re questioning me, ‘what did the doctor say?’ That was some shady-ass sh**,” Minnie said. “You the devil.  You the devil,” Tammie told Juicy. “Some people might think so,” Juicy responded. Shoplifter Bites WalMart Employee’s Finger Off What do you do when your loins are aflame , bae is on the way, but you don’t have the funds or supplies to facilitate Netflix & Chill time? Swipe what you need from the local WalMart, of course. One Myrtle Beach woman did just that last Sunday, however she wasn’t too slick for the security cameras. Once she was caught stuffing merchandise by two store employees…she took things to the next level. Via Mail Online : According to the police report, which was first uncovered by the Smoking Gun, Carolynn Wright, 23, became violent after being discovered stealing from the Walmart in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on Sunday. It states that Walmart loss prevention officers, Candice Lawsom and Suzanne Koseroski, followed Wright out of the store and tried to stop her from taking off with her alleged loot, which included a pack of condoms, lube, a bra and two pairs of panties. A scuffle erupted between the three women, during which Wright allegedly punched Koseroski in the head, causing her to bleed from the ear. Wright then allegedly proceeded to chomp down on Lawsom’s hand. Refusing to let go, Wright bit off a piece of the woman’s finger. The finger tip was later discovered by police. When a customer who witnessed the altercation tried to call 911, Wright grabbed the woman’s phone and then pulled her hair before getting punched in the face. The Walmart employee who had her finger bit off required stitches, and her finger tip was not able to be reattached, police reported. The total value of the items that Wright tried to steal was $40.07. SMH!! On another note…what brand of lube and how many condoms was she buying to drive the value up to $40??
