Is rotund Teen Mom baby daddy Gary Shirley the target of Amber Portwood’s insane rage, or does he play a big role in antagonizing her? In a video obtained by TMZ, Shirley gets an earful from the accused felon, but the video raises serious questions about big daddy himself. Shot in April, the clip shows Shirley on the phone with Amber Portwood, who goes off on him as usual. Strangely, he seems to revel in it. Should we be pointing fingers at Gary as well? Portwood pleaded not guilty to assault this week, but Gary may not be a sympathetic figure. He sure had fun with this particular, button-pushing diatribe. While she was reportedly encouraged to fight Gary by MTV, cops say Amber claims it was not done for Teen Mom viewers’ sake but was authentic anger. Is Gary was really a “victim” of violence in all of this? Was he playing it up for the cameras, or just riling up his baby mama? The former Rock of Love Bus finalist has been sentenced to six months in jail for an unusual method of attack: she assaulted a woman in 2008 with what police describe as a “pimp cup.” After pleading guilty to forcing her victim to get several stitches, the 25-year-old checked into Ventura County Jail in California yesterday. She Tweeted the following message to fans: “I will be locked up for 6 monthes [sic]. I can only get PostCards, no letters or packages.” Man. How will a chalice attacker get by?!?

After a turbulent 24 hours, Amber Portwood was released from jail and is about to be reunited with her 2-year-old daughter, Leah, according to her lawyer. “It’s my understanding that Leah will be placed back with her,” Robert Schembs said. Portwood pleaded not guilty to three felonies – two counts of domestic battery and one count of neglect of a dependent – after being arrested on Tuesday. FREE WOMAN : Amber Portwood got sprung. Her outlook was positive. She had shock, of course, but was in good spirits. The veteran rock group had the most successful tour in 2010. And, following closely behind at #2 and #3 are fellow veteran acts AC/DC and U2, concert tracker Pollstar reports. The New Jersey act sold an impressive $201.1 million worth of tickets worldwide this year in a concert economy that was on the downslide. Around the world, ticket sales for the top 50 tours dropped 12 percent to $2.93 billion, and in North America, they dropped 15 percent to $1.69 billion. Bon Jovi beat out 2009’s top two acts, bumping AC/DC, who grossed $177 million in ticket sales, to #2, and U2, with $160.9 million (impressive, considering they had to postpone their North American leg to 2011 due to Bono’s back surgery), to #3 on the list. But hot on the heels of the aging rockers is Lady Gaga, the only woman in the top 10 tours for 2010. Gaga and her Monster Ball tour placed fourth on the list. According to the report, Gaga’s over-the-top spectacle grossed $133.6 million over the course of 138 shows, most of which took place outside of North America. Gaga may have only placed fourth, but she played more shows than the top three: Bon Jovi played only 80 shows, AC/DC played 40 and U2 played 32 shows.
