Amber Portwood Reveals Baby Name on Twitter!

Back in November, we learned that Amber Portwood is pregnant with her second child . Amber revealed that she’s expecting a boy , but other than that, she’s been mostly tight-lipped about the pregnancy. Given some of the negative reactions to Amber’s recent social media posts, we suppose we can’t blame her. After all, it was just earlier this week that Amber was slammed for posting an “inappropriate” photo of her daughter. There was nothing provocative about the pic, but the girl was apparently positioned too close to Amber’s boyfriend for some fans’ liking. It’s a jungle out there, and Portwood’s plight isn’t made any easier by the fact that her new dude, Andrew Glennon, has a seriously sketchy past . The point is, we can see why Amber isn’t big on sharing the details of her personal life these days. Unfortunately for her, the life of a reality star doesn’t allow for much in the way of privacy. Amber’s every social media interaction is scrutinized by millions of fans, and it looks as though Teen Mom: OG obsessives have unearthed some information that Amber may have preferred to keep private. The intel comes courtesy of a Twitter conversation between Amber and her brother Shawn. Shawn posted an obscured photo of Amber’s homemade Christmas present without revealing what it was. Along with the image, he posted this message: “I finally completed your gift. However, I’m not going to show it to you so you’ll see it tomorrow. I will send you this though.” “Awe Bubby I can’t wait!! I’m sure little James will love it!” Portwood replied. Yes, it seems Amber and Andrew will be naming their baby James. The moniker was reportedly selected due to the fact that it’s also Glennon’s middle name. Amber has yet to delete the tweet, but we can’t imagine she intended to make the reveal in such a low-key fashion. Whatever the case, the name is out there now, and fans have been vocal in their praise for Amber’s classic selection. Teen Mom: OG and Teen Mom 2 are among the most popular series in MTV's storied history. The stars may not enjoy the same universal name recognition as Snooki or The Situation, but their fans are an intensely devoted bunch with appetitse for every detail of the women's personal lives. So it should come as no surprise that there's considerable interest in just how much the Teen Moms get paid . Of course, given their many side projects and business ventures, the amount that each cast member pulls in varies wildly from one to the next … but suffice it to say, they're all doing very well. Here's a breakdown of just how much each mom is earning these days:   1. Catelynn Lowell: $25,000 per episode Catelynn is earning the standard rate for stars of the original series. And while she has a few other revenue streams in place, she’s not on her 24/7 grind like some of her co-stars. 2. Clothing By Cate Catelynn and husband Tyler Baltierra recently launched a children’s clothing line. The venture is too new to determine if it will be profitable or not. 3. Amber Portwood: $25,000 per episode Amber also pulls in $25,000 for just a few days work on TM:OG. Unlike Catelynn, however, she puts a lot of time into her side businesses. 4. Hard Times For Haute Amber launched her “online boutique” Forever Haute with the help of then-fiance Matt Baier. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem that the business is faring much better than the relationship. Rumors that Haute is out of business appear to be premature, but multiple insiders have confirmed the site has yet to turn a profit. 5. Maci Bookout: $25,000 per episode Some reality shows pay their more popular cast members a bit extra. Not Teen Mom: OG, however, which keeps the salaries consistent across the board. 6. Off the Bookout Unlike some of her other cast members, Maci doesn’t seem to have much time for side projects. With three kids to raise and an increasingly problematic ex, we suppose that’s no surprise. Matt Baier and Jennifer Conlon: Wedding Details Revealed!

On November 24th, while most of us were still working on our leftover turkey, Teen Mom “star” and notorious fame-seeker Matt Baier was getting married . We’re still bewildered by the news, but we’ve learned a lot about this random relationship since the nuptuals. And now we know more about the Vegas wedding itself. Matt Baier’s wife, Jennifer Conlon, has already spoken out about him and why they decided to get married:  “When you meet somebody and you have a connection, you know it in your heart.” Thinking with your heart sure will lead you to make some choices , folks. “It’s not something you question. It felt right to us.” Well, that explains their relationship … sort of. But what about marriage? “Getting married is something we wanted. We decided it was time, so he asked me to marry him.” That’s how proposals usually work. “Matt is a wonderful man,” Jennifer Conlon claims. All evidence on Teen Mom to the contrary? “What people think of him and how he’s portrayed, that’s not the man he truly is.” Ah, the ol’ “he’s a totally different person now because I say he is” line. Sure. So, if Matt Baier isn’t what the world has seen him to be, then what exactly is he like? “He is everything and more. He’s generous and loving. It’s unfortunate that people think differently.” Well, if you go on television and portray yourself as a slimy, dishonest guy who seemed to be there for the cameras and not for Amber, how are people supposed to reach different conclusions? “Matt is a good man, yet he gets attacked in a way I don’t understand. That’s not the person in front of me. His actions don’t show that.” So he’s one of those very rare people who are better behaved when they aren’t on camera. Conlon goes on to explain how Matt Baier is magically a better person now. “His past has nothing to do with the relationship.” Uh-huh. “The life we have now is what we have now. Matt is a wonderful partner, friend and someone who listens.” Sure. “I take a person for who they are today and what they do now.” It’s like the old saying goes: those who forget the past live in bliss and never regret it! “He’s my best friend. He loves me for me. We look forward to having a beautiful life together. My life led to finding my soul mate.” All of that … very affectionate nonsense tells you plenty about their relationship, in terms of feelings . But what new information do we now know about their wedding itself? Well, The Ashley reports that Matt Baier and Jennifer Conlon got married in Vegas, which we already knew, because their marriage certificate was registered in Clark County, Nevada. Remember how Matt Baier tried to get Amber Portwood to get married in the Little White Wedding Chapel in Vegas? Well, don’t worry, he didn’t try to repeat this with Jennifer Conlon. These two tied the knot in The Little Neon Chapel. Nothing classes things up like neon! The couple got the “traditional” ceremony (as traditional as you can get in a small room in what’s technically part of a shopping center). That means that they did not have the ceremony officiated by an Elvis impersonator. The best news is that it doesn’t sound like either of their children were forced to bear witness to this … touching moment of genuine affection … as all of the witnesses to their union were unfamiliar names. The Ashley suggests that they were provided by the chapel, and we are inclined to agree. Well, at least Farrah Abraham is happy for Matt Baier , for whatever that’s worth. Though this random union has left us scratching our heads, we’re reminded of one little detail: So, Conlon said that she didn’t watch Matt Baier, implying that his “fame” (is there such a thing as a W-list celebrity? Because that’s Baier) wasn’t what attracted her to him. Yet witnesses have reportedly said that she recognized him from TV when they first met. What if Conlon is running the same game on Baier that he ran on Amber Portwood? Well, part of it — getting famous by association? We’re not accusing her of anything, of course, but we can’t help but wonder. If so, well, Matt Baier might be getting a taste of his own medicine. Jennifer Conlon: Who is Matt Baier’s Wife Exactly?

Earlier this week, Teen Mom: OG fans were stunned by reports that Matt Baier had gotten married .  The news was surprising not only because Baier was dating Amber Portwood just a few short months ago, but also because it's tough to imagine the woman who'd walk blindly into a marriage with the guy, given his appallingly sketchy past.  So who is Jennifer Conlon? Well, with the exception of one interview, it seems she's keeping a mighty low-profile, but here's what we've learned in the days since she exchanged vows with Baier. 1. A (Formerly) Single Mom Like Amber, Jennifer was a single mom when she met Baier. Unlike Amber, she’s not a wealthy TV star. 2. Serving in Sin City Conlon reportedly works as a waitress in Las Vegas, where Matt, who earns much of his living from gambling, spends most of his time. 3. A Private Figure “She’s not a public figure. So we kept our relationship private,” Baier told the press about his relationship with Conlon. 4. Stepdaughters For Matt Jennifer apparently is the mother of two girls, whose ages are unknown. 5. So What Does Jen Have to Say As we stated earlier, Jen has kept a relatively low profile in the days since news of her marriage went public. But she did give one revealing interview. 6. Jimmy Fallon’s Mother Has Passed Away

Jimmy Fallon and his loved ones are in mourning. The comedian sadly lost his mother, Gloria, on Saturday, one day after NBC canceled a taping of The Tonight Show due to a Fallon family emergency. Said a spokesperson for the talk show host and his relatives: “Jimmy Fallon’s mother, Gloria, died peacefully on Saturday. “Jimmy was at his mother’s bedside, along with her loved ones, when she passed away at NYU Langone Medical Center in NYC. “Our prayers go out to Jimmy and his family as they go through this tough time.” Gloria was 68 years old. It’s unclear whether she had been ill for a long period of time, but at least Fallon was able to be with his mother at the time of her passing. On Friday, Variety reported that NBC had cancelled the Tonight Show’s scheduled taping due to “a private Fallon family matter.” In its place, the network ran an episode that had originally aired in September. According to IMDB, Gloria made two appearances on her son’s show over the years. Fallon keeps his private life mostly private, but he did open up about his mother at times over the years. Just this past June, he revealed to Howard Stern that Gloria used to be a nun. A month before that, he shared a memory about Gloria as part of a “#MomQuotes” segment for the talk show. “My mom and I were talking on the phone for the third time that day and she actually said, ‘We don’t talk enough,’ ” he tweeted at the time. We send our thoughts, prayers and condolences to Fallon and his family. It’s unclear if Fallon will resume taping The Tonight Show next week, but he should obviously take as long as he needs to mourn. May Gloria Fallon rest in peace. Larry David: SLAMMED for Doing Holocaust Jokes on Saturday Night Live!

So last night, Larry David hosted Saturday Night Live. It should have been a wonderful opportunity for some solid Bernie Sanders sketches, and he did do a Bernie impersonation at one point, but that’s not what people are talking about. Nope, instead people are focusing on his opening monologue. Specifically the segment during the monologue in which he made a few Holocaust jokes. He kicks off the bit by saying that he’s “always been obsessed with women,” and “I’ve often wondered, if I’d grown up in Poland when Hitler came to power and was sent to a concentration camp, would I still be checking out women in the camp?” The audience started laughing nervously, and he answered his own question with “I think I would.” “The problem is,” he continued, “there are no good opening lines in a concentration camp.” “How’s it going?” he asked an imaginary women in this wacky scenario. “They treating you OK? You know, if we ever get out of here, I’d love to take you out for some latkes. You like latkes?” Larry David Does Holocaust Jokes in Saturday Night Live Monologue When the line didn’t land — for the audience, too, but mostly for that imaginary lady — he said “What, what’d I say? Is it me, or is it the whole thing?” From there, Larry wrapped up the monologue and went into the typical “We got a great show tonight …” SNL thing. But, thanks to the internet, that certainly would not be the last we heard of those jokes. “I’m not a Jew,” one person tweeted, “but I’m low-key offended by Larry David’s holocaust jokes on #SNL. Not cool.” “I can’t believe they did jokes about a concentration camp I just can’t believe what I just saw it will never be okay to do,” another wrote. Some people used a popular hashtag, #ReallyMakesMeCringe, to express their feelings about the monologue, for example “#ReallyMakesMeCringe when we have people denying the holocaust & Larry David opens the door for them to think it’s fine to joke about.” There were a lot of photos shared of actual women in concentration camps to really drive home the point that the joke was offensive. “Comedy does NOT mean everything can be funny,” someone stated. “Always wrong to joke about the Holocaust, even if you’re Jewish.” Which is another thing — Larry is Jewish himself, so many people believe that he had the right to make those jokes. “Don’t get why non-Jews think their opinions matter on whether or not Larry David is allowed to reference the holocaust in his jokes,” one such person tweeted. Another explained that “If anyone is upset with Larry David’s holocaust jokes on SNL they are likely not Jewish. Matt Baier: Devastated Over Amber Portwood’s Pregnancy News!

Have you heard the good news? Or the technically good but still very, very concerning news, as it were? Amber Portwood is pregnant with her second child! After several outlets reported that Amber is expecting a baby with her boyfriend of approximately two seconds, Andrew Glennon, Amber confirmed it herself on Friday. She shared the news on Instagram, saying “I’m very excited for my future with Andrew and our little family we are starting together!” She also did an interview with Us Weekly in which she explained that “When I first found out, I was a little scared,” but “after the initial shock, it was nothing but happy thoughts and just enjoying my time with my boyfriend.” “I just kind of sat down and thought about it and realized that it was a big step in my life and it was a good thing actually, and I was really happy within 30 minutes.” It seems like a very short amount of time to come to terms with all that, but hey, we know that Amber isn’t really one to take things slow. After all, she and Andrew began dating in August , barely three months ago, and she just met the guy in June. It’s also worth mentioning that she met him while filming Marriage Boot Camp, the show she went on to try to save her relationship with Matt Baier. So there was literally no downtime between Matt and Andrew. And it’s not exactly like Andrew was the knight in shining armor who saved her from ol’ douchey Matt, either. Two of Andrew’s ex-girlfriends have restraining orders against him , and they’ve accused him of stalking them. He’s really and truly a creep, and in some ways, he’s even worse than Matt. And hey, since we keep talking about Matt, how do you think he’s handling all of this? Hint: not that well. Radar Online reached out to him to ask him about the pregnancy news, and it sounds like he wasn’t aware of it until they called him — his first response was apparently “You’re kidding.” When he gathered his thoughts, he said “Amber is a great mother. If this is what she wants then I’m extraordinarily happy for her and I wish them nothing but the best.” He also said that while he hasn’t talked to her “at all” since their split, he did plan to “text her congratulations.” As for his own life, he said that he’s “doing great,” and that he’s even got a new significant other himself. It can’t be easy for him though — with as many kids as he has out there and as much as he loved Amber’s fame and money, you’d have to imagine that he wanted to be the one to impregnate her. And as one of his friends explains to Hollywood Life, he really is struggling with this development. It’s because “Matt has a lot of regret about their breakup,” and “he feels like Amber is the one that got away.” “There’s still a part of him that was hoping they might eventually get back together, so this pregnancy news hit him hard.” Aww, poor guy! Except wait, they broke up because he failed a lie detector test , specifically a question about whether or not he made a sexual advance towards another woman. And also because he stole thousands and thousands of dollars from her, and said horrible, humiliating things about her on national television, and tried to control her whole entire life … the list goes on and on. So yeah, it’s definitely a good thing Amber got away from him and cut ties in such a permanent way. Now we just have to hope that Andrew manages to kep his own creeper tendencies at bay, and also that Amber somehow manages to develop some parenting skills in the upcoming months. Then we’ll be set!
