HOT97 DJ Funkmaster Flex took offense at comments made by the hosts of rival radio station Power 105.1′s morning show “ The Breakfast Club ” in regards to the arrest of HOT97 DJ Mister Cee last week. In true Funk Flex style, the DJ dropped bombs as he called out Power 105.1′s Breakfast Club.  “I know everything that moves in that building,”  Flex said before launching into a rather emotional tirade. This morning, Funkmaster Flex was crowned “Donkey of the Day” by The Breakfast Club. The crew berated Flex for dropping subliminal disses towards the crew and even went so far as to say that they weren’t scared of Flex, claiming that he only goes after the dead or women, referring to Flex’s venomous comments towards 2Pac and his previous beefs with females like Christina Milian and Amber Rose, not to mention his recent domestic violence arrest. That’s the word on the street. Sources are reporting that ‘Black and Yellow’ rapper Wiz Khalifa has proposed to the model (and Kanye West ex) and that the two plan to marry this summer. The rapper recently told MTV News that he had introduced Rose to his mother, with whom she hit it off. “They actually really, really dig each other,” Khalifa said of the meeting. “Amber is a sweetheart, and my mom, everybody who meets her loves her anyway.” A source close to the couple says, “Wiz is going on tour for the next month. But he told her when he gets back, he’s going to marry her. And he was serious — he asked her to start making plans.” Khalifa hasn’t confirmed the proposal yet, although he has made his feelings for Rose clear: “She’s a great girl, she’s like one of the best girls in the world. I just want everybody to know how great she is.” Awww, how sweet! Amber Rose may break the record for winningest ho in history… depending on how Wiz’ career works out in the long run. Source

A few days ago, acclaimed journalist and ghostwriter of Jay-Z’s Decoded, Dream Hampton’s “The Trouble with Chris Brown” mysteriously disappeared from BET.com. The piece was posted shortly after his Good Morning America behind-the-scenes performance; and, after a little work presumably on the part of his “enablers” (as Hampton so adequately referred to his manager, publicist, etc.), the commentary was removed. Addressing real issues isn’t always profitable; but, more disheartening than BET’s permissiveness is the slew of young women and girls that make up Team Breezy, female bloggers and Twitter followers who have unwaveringly stood by Chris Brown amidst domestic violence charges and uncontrolled, violent outbursts. They are the 1.9 million @chrisbrown followers who drove his new album F.A.M.E. to number one and, instead of holding him accountable, relentlessly displace responsibility for his actions onto others.
