Troubled Teen Mom star Amber Portwood is considering NOT taking a plea deal because it would effectively end her reality TV career , according to reports. Amber is supposed to be released from jail into the care of a halfway house this week after pleading guilty to possession of a controlled substance. She may end up changing her plea, however, so she can continue shooting Teen Mom as much as possible, sources tell E! News . Why on Earth … Portwood, who faces up to five years in jail if she violates probation, is not going to change her plea because she wants to sit in a cell instead. It is true, though, that the drug court that’s allowing Portwood to rehabilitate at the halfway house has ordered the facility not to allow cameras. For Amber Portwood , this is a very big deal. Last week, she said she had been under the impression that she would be allowed to live with her grandparents and film Teen Mom while fulfilling the terms of her sentence (counseling, regular check-ins with the court, etc.). Being ordered to a halfway house caught her by surprise. In order to stay out of jail, she was ordered to spend eight months at the halfway house and get a full-time job … one that does not involve TV. The third season of Teen Mom is set to premiere April 3, so that would leave Amber SOL and without the paycheck she’s come to depend on. As such, Amber decided Saturday that she may rather “do her time now and get it out of the way,” and the halfway house is “not the right place for her.” It wouldn’t be the full five years, presumably, if she did agree to serve jail time. We are probably talking about a couple of months, tops. After which, she would be free to film, without stipulations. “The system doesn’t want Amber to succeed,” a friend said. “She needs to stay in the entertainment industry. There are no jobs in Anderson (Ind.). She needs to finish her schooling. She can’t do all of that with a $7-an-hour job.” Baby daddy Gary Shirley currently has custody of her daughter, Leah.

Last night an unknown man went to Kim Kardashian’s house in Beverly Hills with luggage intending to stay with her, and police were called. He was not able to gain access to Kim’s home because of the security gate, but the unnamed man told security he was there to work on her reality show. Security asked him to leave but he wouldn’t, and security then contacted the police. More details are available at TMZ . One quick stroll around the Las Vegas Convention Center, home of CES, or any of its many offsite events, and you’ll quickly find yourselves rubbing shoulders with the likes of Justin Bieber, Justin Timberlake, Will Smith, 50 Cent, Kelly Clarkson and even “Jersey Shore” stars Snooki and Pauly D. Biebs was on hand to introduce the mRobo Ultra Bass , a Transformer-like portable MP3 player and speaker that turns into a dancing robot as the music plays, while “Social Network” star Justin Timberlake took the stage at a Panasonic Event and discussed plans for MySpace TV. Will Smith and Kelly Clarkson surprised the crowd at a Sony press conference with Smith promoting the forthcoming release of “Men in Black 3” and Clarkson closing the event by performing her hit “Mr. Know It All.” Snooki and Pauly D brought a little Seaside swagger to the convention. Snooks helped promote a series of audio products at iHip’s booth, telling MTV News, ” I am very excited for my new partnership with iHip and to get started on creating my very own headphone line.” Pauly D announced plans to hook up with SMS Audio and its CEO, rapper 50 Cent, to design a new headphone line. “Having my own headphones has always been a dream of mine, and now that dream is a reality,” Pauly told MTV News, while 50 Cent added via a press release, “Pauly D has a true passion for music and I know he’ll put that same energy into helping us develop and promote a quality headphone line.” Before you run off and book your ticket to Vegas for CES 2013, it’s worth noting that the show is closed to the general public, and unless you are Justin Bieber, no one under the age of 18 is allowed in. I rub his feet, I give him kisses,’ Amber Rose says on ‘RapFix Live.’ By Rob Markman, with reporting by Sway Calloway Amber Rose on “RapFix Live” Photo: Natasha Chandel/ MTV News Amber Rose went through a range of emotions when she appeared on Wednesday’s episode of “RapFix Live.” The radiant model spoke excitedly about her new single, “Fame,” and also broke down in tears when she described how she is bullied on the streets. But when the subject of her boyfriend, Wiz Khalifa , came up, Rose turned gleeful. “He’s so freaking cute, that’s my baby right there,” Amber gushed. “He’s beautiful, he’s perfection to me. I don’t see any flaws when I look at him.” Wiz and Amber aren’t married , though a rumor that they tied the knot did swirl in September. They do, however, live in the same building — practically next door to each other, Amber explained. “When we met, we fell in love and then he moved to L.A. and he wound up moving in my building and we just started our life like that together,” she said. “It’s good, we’re not married yet, and it’s good that we still have our separate places. I have a lot of clothes, so my clothes are not going to fit in his condo at all.” Rose is all about her man. The model went into great detail on the lengths that she goes to for Khalifa. She is quite the cook, and Wiz is particularly fond of her spaghetti. “I get up in the morning, I cook him breakfast every morning. I rub his feet, I give him kisses, feed him breakfast in bed,” she listed. “I clean the house, I run the shower for him; I iron his clothes and whatever he wants. “I love him; I would do anything for him. He is a spoiled brat when it comes to me. I don’t let him lift a finger; I do everything for him,” Rose continued. “I am the wife, I take care of all that. He doesn’t have to do anything.” The couple’s love is a two-way street, and Amber assures us that the rapper reciprocates her feelings. “He respects me, he loves me, he gives me all that in return,” she said. “We kinda do that to each other.” Do Amber and Wiz seem like the perfect couple?
